Outlet is a little misleading for this place as the store appears to have many items at full price. We were interested in a few items but was not able to get anyone to check the price for us. We love Disney, don't get us wrong, but this outlet somehow did not live up to the magic that we would expect while walking into a Disney themed store. It seemed just OK. Browsed around and left looking at other stores. read more

I had a terrible experience in this store. After a visit to the store on 3/17 where we purchased $120+ in items we came home to find a security tag on a 3 piece nightgown/robe set for my daughter. We live an hour away from the store so I wasn't excited at the thought of driving all the way back to have the security tag removed but decided to go back on 4/2 to make sure we didn't ruin the item trying to get it removed ourselves. I brought my 10 year older daughter back with me because she loves shopping there. I brought the receipt and the full pj set with me. I told the person at the entrance of the store what had happened since I assumed entering the store would set off the alarm. They said to proceed to the checkout and they would help me out. I handed the item to the cashier with the receipt and she told me that item was not on my receipt and that I obviously had not purchased it like I said I had. I was appalled. Have never been accused of stealing anything in my life. I'm assuming the original cashier made a mistake but to accuse me of not purchasing the item was not what I was expecting to hear. Why would I drive an hour to bring it back to the store? After calling the manager over she said "well you'll have to purchase it now if you want it." So in other words, this 3 piece set Id walked in with was not leaving the store with me. There was no apology, no discount, nothing but the assumption that I'd stolen the item even though I walked in with it and my receipt showing I'd spent $120+. I was pretty in shock over this treatment and beyond mortified. My daughter was literally scared to be in the store at that point and thought we were getting in trouble. So we ultimately left the item that they had taken from me and left the store. I came home later so upset of over the experience and called the store. I spoke to the manager Amber who said she was not there earlier but only said "I'm sorry. I can offer you a discount on the item but you'll have to drive back here and buy it". I said that was not an acceptable resolution as I'd just spent 2 hours in the car only to come home without my item that I walked in with. After all they had zero proof that the item was not in fact mine. One look at the security camera would have shown I walked in with the items. I asked if it could be escalated and she said she would contact guest relations. It's now 5 days later and the same manager called me back and just said I could call guest relations myself and that she couldn't help me. Then she gave me the wrong number to call. She admitted it was their error but gave no resolution. I'm also convinced she never called guest services because when I just called to file a complaint they had no record of Amber calling in. Do not visit this store. Their customer service is not acceptable and definitely not what I'd expect from Disney. We will not be visiting this location ever again especially after my daughter was so upset and scared to be in the store. read more

This one is by far the worst disney stores I've been in years !!! The staff are grumpy all look piss off at the world like the entire world owes them. Zero smiles or greeting, we went during holiday shopping season in December, now in retail world, this is the super bread and butter season, you would think the staff would at least greet and smile their customers, but nope none whatsoever. The other part that was super rude is there are no signs what time the shop closes and what the staff decided to do is turn the light off, no announcement of store closing soon or anything like that come on even Target and Walmart make announcement about closing and bring your final selections to the cashiers, this store decide it is okay to just turn off lights and customers are suppose to know to go to register or leave ? This is a kid store, thank goodness no kid trip over anything or fell where the lights were out !!!! Management really need to rethink how they suppose to do business. I also wonder all this positive feedbacks are from their own employees to cover their dirty work !!! read more

Thanks to Keegan who made today at Disney a magical night as it should always be. I was here 2 nights ago trying to take care of a return that should of been easy but Tiffany made that the hardest which I have to add part of it was me being unprepared with no receipt thinking they would be able to just look it up and to top it off I didn't have my debit card which was my original payment method. I want to say after Keegan helped me tonight I will be coming back to this store after I told myself never again due to the poor customer service I had received. Thanks again Keegan there needs to be more people like you who work Disney and you deserve to be praised I will also be contacting her manager read more

I called this store Wednesday morning to see if they had any of the new released tsums left and a very nice Cast Member helped me, she told me they only had 3 out of the 5 that I needed and asked if I'd like her to hold them for me. Later in the afternoon stopped in for a visit (for the first time) and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and went up to the counter where a nice young fella was working at the counter and I asked him if they still had the items I put on hold. He brought the bag out and to my surprise, the Cast Member I spoke with on the phone must have found one left of the other tsums I needed and added it to the ones she was holding for me. Made my day and was such a pleasant surprise. The cast member who helped me check out was really great too. Fantastic service and the store is kept very nice! :) read more

I was looking for a Halloween costume for my son, and it was crunch time! I called ahead and confirmed they had what I wanted. I picked it up and the computer for some reason rang up the item much much less than the sticker price. The manager said "Let's make this a magical experience!" and honored the lower price! And I did indeed have a magical night and now my boy has a quality costume! read more

I have had the worst customer experience at this particular location. I purchased a toy for my son and it broke within two weeks and I don't have my receipt or the box however I do have my credit card statement. I contacted the store to see if I can do a simple exchange and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes I got transferred around to two people and to make it worse the acting district manager would not take my call. I'm shocked that Disney has a store in that functions in this manner at all I contacted customer service they said that I could do an exchange but they would need to contact the store. Contacted the store and refused to do an exchange for me. The worst customer service I have ever experience at Disney. read more

1/1/17 came here in the evening the whole staff had nothing but smiles on they're faces all were very helpful to the customers, a customer dropped a cup by accident not sure if it broke, the staff quickly came with smiles assuring the customer its ok and they quickly removed the item, another lady was looking for a specific item that wasn't on the shelf an employee found the last one in the back the customer was super happy, this employee I saw was using sign language as she communicated with the customer, with a smile on her face the whole time which I thought was great even the lady at the register was smiling joking with us, with all the smiles and great atmosphere I felt like I was as Disney land ! read more

Do not come here thinking you will get a discount on anything. It is the same price as the regular store according to the employee I talked to. She said there are some things that you can only find at the outlet but otherwise, same prices. read more

Great friendly staff.. Many items on clearance at great prices for some older product plus nice option for current full retail store product and actual Disney theme parks products read more

What's not to love about the disney store? Some items can easily be found at the regular disney store, but you can tell which one are outlet quality. All honesty, it seems like all items are the same as a regular disney store so it's hard to tell the difference. Customer service could be better. I was walking around the store with numerous items since I couldn't find a bag or basket and no one offered to help me. That was pretty rude on account I was holding glass mugs. I couldn't quite tell what was on sale and if it was the price was not that big of a difference from regular price. Their clearance item is more of a steal so be sure to check it out.I came here once on a weekend and it was a mad house since a ton of people and kids were in there, but I did go on a Thursday a little before lunch and the store was spotless clean. You could actually find stuff. I wouldn't go here on a weekend and highly recommend people to come on a week day. I know i'll always be back here when I am in the outlet area. If you live near by here and a huge disney fan by all means come make a stop here since the nearest locations are either new park mall or downtown SF. read more

Out of the Newark and San Jose location (Valley Fair), this location is my favorite. Always organized, clean walk ways and stocked products. The staff is always welcoming and polite. read more

I went in with a friend on Dec 31st and she found the most adorable dress on the "$9.99 and up" rack, though the tag did not look like a sale tag. My biggest shopping peeve is finding something I love on a clearance rack only to be told at the register "Oh, that didnt belong on that rack.". I advised her to confirm the price and sure enough, it shouldnt have been on the sale rack, BUT, this store did the right thing and honored the sign/sale price. There were a few of that same dress on the rack so the employee went right over and moved them to the correct rack. THAT is good customer service! Kudo's, Disney Store - Livermore! read more
