We found out about Prim on Instagram and my only regret is that I didn't visit sooner! I read some of the comments and I was a bit hesitant to visit as folks mention the staff was rude and/or the prices....well I don't know where they shopped because The entire staff was extremely helpful and gave their honest opinions when we tried items on. The energy was super upbeat!! As far as prices, some items were on the high end side but it's quality products and you get what you pay for...my motto is quality over quantity and this boutique is definitely quality. I also found items that were comparable to other boutiques I have shopped at. These prices are no different than if you went to shop at Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's and I prefer to shop small business! He called me very quickly and the conversation was so different from the other places I spoke with! Instead of just laying out "here's how it works, here's what you get for this price," etc., he asked a lot about what I was looking for, what I hoped to get out of it, my motivations or inspirations, etc. That personal touch carried throughout the experience. He consistently made an effort to understand what I was looking for--from the planning process to the photo shoot to going through the photos afterward--to make sure that I got exactly what I was hoping for. The photos themselves are absolutely awesome. It's incredible the different looks and feels he creates in a relatively small studio. More importantly, he just has an incredible eye for what is going to look good and how to create looks, moods, etc. I felt super comfortable the whole time, and I think that shows in the final product. Everyone who has seen my pictures has been blown away. He's way more than just a photographer; he's a true artist. Never in a million years had I ever imagined having a giant naked photo of myself on my wall, and yet here we are...and everyone who's seen it has been amazed. Can't recommend him highly enough!

No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.
