I commissioned Hayley to do a charcoal portrait of our dog Olive, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. She captured Olive's goofy smile, her expressive eyes, and even the way her ears fold, so it feels like Olive herself is looking back at you. It's so lifelike that our other dogs saw it on the mantle and started barking at it! Hayley clearly draws each piece by hand with real care, and it shows. Communication was easy, and the framed portrait looks beautiful in our home. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to celebrate their pet. Thank you, Hayley, we will treasure this. read more

Brentwood is growing. And with that, so is the local scene of unique shops. Located in Streets of Brentwood, Artisan Peacock is a co-op of local makers and merchants. It's a massive space with high ceilings and packed full of items that make unique gifts for you or anyone who enjoys one of a kind items. The selection runs the gamut of jewelry to soaps and body products to stained glass and plants and pottery. Their artists and makers are the ones staffing the shop and are excited to share with you their set up and more about their wares. It's nice to know that the money you spend here, supports your local makers. I've seen them help other customers pick out the perfect gifts and show them different ideas. Their prices are fair for unique goods and it's worth it to support the local economy. This is such a fun shop. There's free and plentiful parking as well. Hope they do well and stick around a while! read more

Artisan Peacock is one of my new favorite gems in Brentwood--literally and spiritually. Tucked inside The Streets of Brentwood, this space radiates pure magic. From the moment you step inside, you're wrapped in a calming, creative atmosphere. It's a cozy, high-vibe sanctuary filled with crystals, candles, handmade jewelry, and heart-centered energy. I picked up three new rings I'm obsessed with: a deep blue lapis stone, a luminous white crystal, and a gorgeous silver turquoise piece that feels powerful and protective. The pieces are not only beautiful--they're meaningful. You can tell so much love goes into curating the artists and the energy here. Sara, the owner, is such a beautiful soul--warm, welcoming, and deeply connected to the artists and energy she curates. This isn't just a shop--it's an experience. Artisan Peacock offers a wide variety of holistic, handcrafted goods: bracelets, necklaces, candles, soaps, lotions, and more. It's all about self-care, self-love, and spiritual healing--something for everyone seeking intention and beauty in their lives. They also host community events and activities, which makes it a fun and fulfilling place to visit. Whether you're picking up a meaningful gift or recharging your own energy, Artisan Peacock is a must-visit spot in the heart of Brentwood. read more

I love the idea of supporting local artists. However, be aware that the day I came to visit they have the local artists working there and the one who owned this display (Apothecary) is racist. She basically told me I know about the scents she was selling because of my ethnicity. This woman was very ignorant to what she was saying. I immediately left very uncomfortable. read more

Love this store! I love the creative aesthetic of this store. I can just get lost looking at everything and I usually take about 3 rounds to intentionally look at everything. I've bought quite a few vintage items. I appreciate the artistic quality and the mindfulness of how this store looks. Each item is crafted by local artists and I truly appreciate that. The price is worth it, especially if I am supporting local artists. This is definitely my new favorite store. The employees that work there are friendly as well. They make themselves available and will check in but they are not overbearing. read more
