They also give you a business card that is a stamp card, so each time you go in you get a stamp to earn 40% off your purchase. They have accessories for your floral arrangements as well. They give you a reasonable time frame for your orders as well, and I'm sure if you need it rushed, they offer that as well (probably for a fee of course). I personally came in here for a custom bridal bouquet. They truly understood me and did a phenomenal job. My faux flowers look realistic and it will be something I get to cherish forever after my big day. I'm truly impressed with their service and extremely happy with my order. They are nothing but kind souls. Highly recommend their services for all your flower needs. I got my favorite flower and got it as a cascading bouquet vs the traditional bouquet. One of the items I was buying was a set of kitchen napkins. There were only 4 napkins, even though these sets normally come with 8. There was no price tag on them, so I politely asked the cashier, Linda, if she could compare them to similar items sold in the store. Linda told me the price would be $15. I asked why, since most similar napkin sets there are usually priced around $12-15 for a full set. She replied that this brand costs twice as much. I then asked what brand it was, and she could not answer me. Instead, she simply said, "Are you taking them or not?" After that, a manager came over and adjusted the price to $7.50. I still bought them, although I was disappointed they were incomplete and only had 4 napkins instead of 8. When I got home, I realized these were clearly returned items. The tags and brand labels had been cut off, which means they had likely already been used, washed, and returned by someone else. So Linda completely misled me about there being some "expensive brand," when in reality there was no visible brand at all. The entire interaction left a very bad feeling. Every time I use the things I bought that day, I will remember this unpleasant shopping experience. I honestly do not think I will return to this HomeGoods again because I do not want to deal with this kind of treatment or dishonesty from an employee. The store is spacious and well stocked with healthy plants that include some very unique varieties. During the farmers market downtown each Saturday, they open early. The people there are so kind and very knowledgeable. I will only buy my indoor plants here!
