The coupon s which come in the emails are frequent and very useful and make you think that they care and come handy when a lot of ornaments are pricy during the Xmas season. Lots of parking , service is friendly and they answer any questions you may have. Lots of keepsakes , Bay Area team merchandise and even Star Wars stuff and wrapping paper too but of course you can get wrapping paper cheaper other places . For the coupon validation they help you find it on your email or ask you for your cell phone number that you registered with. It's one of the largest Hallmark shops I've been to. Spaced out nicely, clean and organized, with not too many visitors on a Friday afternoon. I spent a good amount of time exploring the greeting cards in the humor section, as I was looking for a birthday card for a family member. The selection was okay, but I didn't find anything that particularly stood out. I did end up purchasing one that was good enough. Plenty of gift bags to choose from as well. These were basic items I'd expect to find in this store, and I left with what I came for. Service was fast and friendly too.

This time I was looking for a hair curling tool and there were SO many of them: different styles, functions, prices, colors, lengths, etc. Service was quick and accurate. Wait at the long line on a weekend was moving quickly. Will come again if I have a particular item in mind I want to look for. Parking can be tough, with H Mart next door. You can park closer to Burger King and Half Priced Books that side of the parking lot.

They greeted us as we went in and several asked if we needed help looking for something. I did needed help about my online coupon in my account and when I did end up buying stuff, I didn't have a problem redeeming it, which was great! I also needed help searching for a travel size fragrance mist. I went to search on the wall where it's usually displayed "Life's a Fairytale" but didn't see the travel size, one of the associates took me around the store to look for it and we did end up finding it, in a very hidden spot. They really need to have signs stating it is not a playground parents let their kids sit there and play with everything and then it's ruined for people to buy. It's unbelievable. The same company owns both Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh. But merchandise at Carter's is less expensive. Both stores have a huge amount of babies' and kids' clothes. Thats made her more confusing and she said again maybe they give that on specific days, so she went to another colleague and asked (she asked like a teenager coworker) who also confused what "veteran" or "military" discounts means until they just told us they give it only during "Veterans Day". So the only word they knew is Veteran's Day thats why initially she said they give the discount on specific day. So I called my friend from another branch and she sent me a photo confirming that military/veteran discount is 10% of entire purchase. My husband was so upset that we just went straight home instead of shopping for more. He felt disrespected (of course you served your country but refused to give you the benefit that you deserve) or at least be knowledgeable about it. I hope they have a supervisor/manager knowledgeable and matured enough to deal with this kind of simple but important questions. Those who serve for this country deserve respect.

In response to your message on Google and FB…read more I understand that you're saying it was because we were a large group, but that's exactly what I don't understand. Every parent was individually standing in line and making their own purchase for their own child, just like every other customer in that line. We weren't one person trying to purchase for an entire basketball team. The kids were walking around looking at things because it's a toy store. The parents stayed in line. There was also no posted rule saying that a child had to physically stand in line the entire time in order for their parent to purchase for them. So why did the fact that we happened to know each other change how the rules were applied to us? If we had all walked in separately and didn't know one another, would each parent have been allowed to make the exact same purchase? That's the part that made us feel singled out. And when a group is treated differently from everyone else, it does make you wonder why and whether there was some kind of bias involved. As a toy store serving children and families in an increasingly diverse community, I really think you should do better. We weren't asking for special treatment. We were asking for the same treatment as every other parent who stood in that line.
