Lychee Sparkling water. Very refreshing, plus Sakura is a fave.

I'm always inspired whenever I stop by Daiso. I knew I wanted to browse, but my sister and I were able to find a few items to pick up for work and gifts. The store was clean and bright and there were plenty of options. We made it to the register pretty quickly and the cashier was very cordial.

    Love this for watering plants!

Daiso reminds me of a fun Japanese Dollar Store. I always try to stop in whenever I'm near one of these stores and was delighted that one opened in Dublin a few years ago. They carry unique items as well as seasonal products. They have dishes, kitchen gadgets, stationery, yarn, sandals, gardening supplies, pet items, snacks, drinks and so much more. Everything is organized and displayed beautifully! I love these long-necked squeegee bottles for watering plants (photo below). Prices have gone up but everything is still very affordable. Employees are all pleasant and friendly. Stop by and see what's new! Lots of parking available.

Huge Daiso in Dublin! I love it. My sister and I spent a lot of time here browsing and I bought a bunch of random stuff. I go here for random Knick knacks. I bought a small clear box to hold my soap dispenser and other small items on the sink counter. I also bought some cute cable protectors, beige colored pantyhose, folding fans, and a small handheld mirror. I love their crafting supplies section too. I never know what I find useful for my projects! I am also a fan of their knee high socks and black tights. I buy a lot of hosiery for costuming purposes. They also have some fun snacks and drinks in the front area. They also have a limited selection of Rilakkuma and other Sanrio things like pouches etc.

Penguin or Watermelon? Nobody knows :)

I love Daiso. While you might see some items with questionable usefulness or durability, you could encounter a lot of great finds here as well. For example I buy my nail clippers only from Daiso - they have the most durable and strongest nail clippers in the world. I also got a bunch of other stuff from Daiso today - a file organizer, chair socks to prevent scratches on my wooden floor, etc. Moreover, you might find some super cute stuffed animals for your kids. Typically their price range is quite friendly, but you do have to pay attention to the price stickers as not everything at the store was $1.75 (price as of Nov 2023).

    Good stuff

The staff here are super sweet and friendly! Very cheerful! The place is super clean and organized! Wonderful place to shop! Thank you!

    Not made Thailand.

When it comes to packaged food from Asia, I only eat made in Korea or Japan. Came to this store on the Fourth of July day. My wife and I bought whole bunch of stuff, including a bag of takoyaki balls (it's similar to cheese balls.) It also shows Japanese writing on the back, so I thought it was made in Japan. When I got home and looked in the back, it says product by Thailand. Rather disappointed, that Daiso is misleading their products. Look at the attached pictures. I still give 3 stars because the customer service was good.

We were in Dublin for the day and enjoyed our stop at Daiso. It's very well lit, organized and stocked. Having been to the Concord store just the day prior, I was quickly reminded how much the stores can differ. It's so easy to buy lots of things I "must" have because heck, they're only $1.50. Location was fun as we hit Ranch 99 and this huge thrift store as well - both next door. Good stuff!

They have such cool useful things for all around the house at amazing prices. This location is super clean organized and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Lots of Japanese-style chips and crackers

Dublin's Daiso has been open since September 2018. Location is next to Fitness 19 and a few doors down from 99 Ranch in Dublin. Its like a Japanese hybrid between Target and Dollar Tree or 99-cent Store. The Dublin store is pretty small by Daiso standards. I've been to really big ones in Vancouver BC and in San Francisco Japantown. They seem to have a pretty good selection of items, with many of them $1.50 each: * Plastic food storage containers * Lots of kitchenware and bowls * Stationery * Japanese snacks in the form of chips, crackers, and a few baked goods.

I happened to notice they have some unusual types of batteries. You know those button type of batteries

"Hey what are you doing with that duster?" As I walked the aisles of this new store, I couldn't help but notice a bunch of the employees having dusters in their hands. They actually go around dusting the shelves! And that aspect is what sets the store apart from other dollar stores. It's far cleaner, far brighter than similar stores. On the other hand it's $1.50 not $1. Some of the items are similar to Dollar stores, and others are from Japan. For example, there are many treats and pastries that apparently are made in Japan. I purchased a few pastries and we're going to have them tonight! I talked to several staff members, and they were very helpful and courteous. Probably you could find some of the items cheaper, as others have noted. But I think paying a little bit more is worth it, if you get a bright, clean store.

Easily one of my favorite stores to frequent. Minus one star for no tap payment. Sorry, but get with the times. Other Daiso's have it!!

Are they open during shelter in place order? If yes that would be wonderful because they sell essential food items and is a hardware store for my many needs

Yes they are! Their new hours are 12pm-6pm everyday.

I walked in a little after 8 AM and most of the Christmas decorations were on sale for 50% off. Buying gift bags that I can use next year felt like I'm robbing the store with such great deals. The store was clean and well stopped and well organized. I made everything really easy to find, and although I came in for one thing and filled my basket up until it was overflowing, the cashier didn't seem to mind also when she was filling up balloons in the store, she noticed that I was unpacking my fully loaded basket and she seamlessly walked over to help me out. She was very kind and friendly and helped me stuff as much as I could in the bag that I brought so that I didn't have to go buy another plastic bag and it worked. I am very grateful for her assistance today. I think this is my new favorite Dollar tree location.

I was with my mom (who also has a review on here) and we encountered an old white worker who is blatantly racist. He used weaponized incompetence to get out of any work that involved helping anyone who wasn't white, saying "I don't do that," "whoever helped you first has to do that." The only other worker there was an old Indian lady who we've encountered in past visits just fine. She already had a line which we were last to join before she ran off to help an Asian lady who just bought balloons. This Asian customer had approached him first to ask for the balloons to be filled but he was apparently too busy just standing by the carts, scrolling on his phone. My mom and I debated leaving because while the Indian lady was helping the customer, he made no effort to acknowledge or step in to help us. It wasn't until a couple, the girl being white, also joined the line so the white man finally came to his register and instead of saying he could help us directly, just said "I can help who's next" which the couple of course rushed over. At that point, our patience was basically gone but we still picked up all our stuff and put it on his belt. After helping the couple, he just walked away?? My mom was over all of this and asked him if he was just leaving while we obviously needed help to which he again excuses that he's busy pretending to move stuff on a random shelf. While I have it, not everyone needs retail experience to know checking customers out should be main priority especially with us being put on hold for the longest now. We left with no purchase or interest to return with this racist working there and I doubt anything will be done. Feel sorry for the Indian lady that has to tolerate that deadweight, good luck ma'am !

Everything is organized in sections and labeled. Again, a lot of variety. The book section is grand and I like how they're also organized by topics. Only thing that was a deterrent with this store was the pricing. Sure, you can look for the 50% color tag on some items to get a discount and possibly find a hidden gem of a deal, BUT Ross and Marshalls are literally across the street and they have all this new stuff for the same or even cheaper price (at least what I saw clothing wise). I personally wouldn't go out of my way to this location. I would think with so many items being donated, you'd find a fair price to keep items circulating and truly being a thrift price. Would I go back? Sure. It's just wasn't my exciting go to thrift spot. Check it out for yourself!
