This is the best mall you can find living in the East Bay since majority of the malls near my area are dying in bankruptcy. Plus, they don't charge an hourly parking like Valley Fair and Santana Row in Santa Clara. They have a good selection of stores like Great Mall mixed with Valley Fair. I barely shop for clothes here, but the food selection is good. I recommend getting a soft serve taiyaki from iSee Cream, cute boba drinks from Ume Tea, and the original boba shop Quickly. Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station. read more

A mall or shopping center that's been around in the area for so long. It's an enclosed mall and like any shopping center, the makeup of the stores has changed over the last few decades. Depending on the store, the service is what you would expect when you go into the different places. I don't know if I can make a definitive statement on the selection of the type of stores in here because like most shopping centers I imagine they evolve over time. Although I do notice that some of the stores have an emphasis on value rather than luxury. I hope that this place can have some restoration to its former glory or at least how it felt in my youth. I actually worked at three different stores within this mall growing up. And my first girlfriend also worked in this mall as well and lived down the street lol. So lots of history here for me. Most recently, I came here to go pick up my nephew from a class. He was taking within this mall. Parking is easy and the layout is pretty straightforward. read more

Stoneridge Mall was SO good years ago! It is so run down now: stores are closing, even Macy's don't have a lot of selections now. I wish somebody can revive it! Parking is ok nowadays. And stores close so early! Service still very good, selection can be more and value is good when sale is on. read more

Favorite mall by far, always has been. It's huge inside and out, parking is convenient. They have so many different stores many you'd find in any mall + a lot of good ones you wouldn't find normally. They have lots of kid based stores as well to keep the kiddos busy, so very family oriented. One my favorite coffee shops "it's a grind coffee house" is located here. They also have an Apple Store which is 90% of the time I come to this mall. My favorite Photo Booth is in here as well! You get 2 print outs, sooo many props to choose from!! Nice size shopping center. Anchor stores such as Macy's and JC Penny's are found here. I came here to check out the PopMart store. It's well lit and cool inside on a late December day. Public bathrooms are available throughout the center. I preferred the bathrooms at Macy's third floor. Much cleaner and less of a line. If you're hungry, you can find baked goods at Andersen's Bakery, Panda Express, Wetzel's Pretzel and CPK to name a few. We tried the new Ume California drink and snack shop. Adorable drink comes with a hidden soft toy in the bottom of the drink! Service at the shops we patronized were average. Unfortunately not too helpful. Maybe it's the holidays? Price points were high as we went to PopMart. The bakery was reasonably priced. The Ume drink with hidden toy was @$10. read more

I enjoy this mall, It is the nearest mall to me and they have Sephora and Lush. My son especially enjoys the Lego store. I like that there's a GNC but I wish there was an open play area for children. My family and I also enjoy the Cheesecake Factory here ( there's always a wait), so make reservations. I saw a Fabletics store, iv thought they were only available online, I'll check it out next time I'm there. Overall, this is a good mall. read more

This review is for the Santa photos at the center of the mall! Tis the season yall. You can make a reservation at whereissanta.com which I did, and when I arrived there was a Reservations line and a No Reservations line. The lines for both seemed to be about the same wait time (10-15 minutes), so I don't think my reservation made much of a difference. I came on a busy Saturday, but perhaps the reservation is more worth it closer to Christmas Day. With your reservation booking you have the option to Reserve Now Decide Later for $19.99 which can be applied to your photo package after you take the photos. The most expensive package option is $59.99 which includes 10 photo prints of different sizes, all digital images (for Christmas cards!) and some cute Shutterfly coupons. Least expensive is $39.99 with 6 photo prints and the coupon (no digital). Basically you can't make a reservation unless you choose one of the above lol The photo taking process itself was smooth; the photographer was quick and patient with my screaming child, and Santa looked so done but was still kind haha. Attached are two digital images I got for your reference of quality and style. Santa photos at the mall are mostly for the nostalgia factor so I probably won't be back again due to its prices, but it was fun for me the adult :) read more

There are also many kids ride machines . They are all self served so the parents can get the ride tokens or tickets from an Ocean Crest station. There is a POP MART Robot Shop too . Don't know why this mall has such low ratings. If you want to see actual bad malls, take a look at the Puente Hills Mall or the Newpark Mall. When we visited, it was pretty busy and lots of people walking around even in the evening. And it's always a somewhat "nicer" mall if you have an Apple store and Lego store there too. The shopping center has the mall staples like Bath and Body Works, Build a Bear, Cinnabon, H&M, Hot Topic, etc. They have a Miniso, Uniqlo, Popmart, and many of the good counterparts with the good Santa Anita Mall down south. But this mall also has services like the DMV (I've never seen one attached to a mall before). They have the standard mall fare for food but also a Maruwu Seicha (though I just think this franchise is ok), Ume Tea, and mostly quick eat stops. read more

Came by on 2/28/26 with my beautiful family to visit Jumpity Bumpity when we walked all around the mall to find it. Found a mini cat town we would return for and other stores as well. This mall has a great selection of stores as well discreet security all around the complex. We will definitely come back to explore more next time. read more

I don't really go to Malls very often, but Stoneridge is probably the best Mall in the East Bay, at least to me!! I mostly come here to go to the Cheesecake Factory, but since Macys is right next door, it's pretty easy to take a look, especially if the wait is long. Plenty of stores in here, there are 2 levels, and they keep this place very clean. I do like the JC Penny's here along with some of the shoe stores also. There's also some other restaurants here along with the food court, so you do have options. And in the summer time when Pleasanton really heats up and it's too hot to do anything outside, this mall is a great option because it has some great air conditioning in here!! Plenty of parking all around, and the stores always have a good selections available. read more

Service was no bueno for the 2 stores I went into. Francesca's & Zara Apparently, I was non-existent in Francesca's as the young ladies behind the counter were more interested in their DoorDash order and we're not engaging with the customers, I didn't even get a hello, when I walked in, just a side eye. However, when I was leaving the next person got a welcome, not too sure what's up with that! Whilst I didn't get greeted when I walked into Zara either it appeared that the employees were actually busy. Can't speak too much on the value because after that, I just left. A pretty big mall with lots of cool stores. Honestly, the only thing missing is a food court, all the food choices are spread out all over the place, and so that means there are no real places to sit and eat what you do buy unless you visit one of the actual sit down restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory. Also, they really should put up actual maps because trying to find your way back to a store you wanted to revisit was difficult and using the QR code link just doesn't do the trick. Overall though, it's a good way to spend a few hours. read more

I remember Stoneridge used to be so poppin 10+ years ago when I worked nearby. Now it's extremely sad and outdated. Sure there's still stores left but everytime I come here it just feels lifeless. The clothes also feel outdated for some reason. It has your basic shops like Macy's, Uniqlo, Lululemon, Bath and Body Works but somehow all of them feel very outdated and not hip or modern like other locations. This place used to have Nordstroms too. It's sad to see it go downhill. There's no food court as random food vendors are scattered around the mall. I'd love to see Simon malls bring this place back to life because I'd hate to see another mall die. We really need to keep these places in business!! read more

I like this mall. It still has a decent amount of stores to choose from. It does feel a little outdated compared to places like Valley Fair in San Jose or Hillsdale in San Mateo, but it gets the job done. You can still find what you need and get a decent amount of shopping done. It's also a good spot to kill some time if you're in the area. Loved this mall. Perfect for toddlers as it has a very nice play area with slides, blocks etc, as well as video games that kids can play for a dollar. Also has special carts that you can take your kids in. Nice selection of shops from JC Penny (which also has the only salon in the mall), Macys, Francesca's, etc. Wish there was at least one more salon in the mall.... Not the mall I shopped and brought my kids as we raised a family in tri valley. Many empty spots. Nordstrom gone!! It was the place to go and buy dress shirts, suits etc. nope, gone!! A nice mall that I have a special place in my heart for. It's evolved over the years, just like most malls. I went today specifically for Victoria's Secret and Bath and Body Works. I sometimes feel I can lose track of where I am in this mall, as I am familiar with it, but by no means am I an expert. I had trouble finding a restroom today and as others have pointed out, it's hard finding directories here and you have to know where you are in order to also know where you want to go. I eventually found a restroom but the signs need to be a bit clearer and not so tucked away/hidden. Not that many places to grab a snack either as they're spread out throughout the mall and also sort of hidden. These are the only negatives I can think of for the most part. Not too many offerings for 30 somethings+ crowd as far as clothing goes but it is nice to browse. I feel most of the clothing stores are meant for a little bit younger people. read more

My daughter loves to come to the corn operated rides, but this is the second trip out here where I have fed three different machines for quarters and they still read as zero. So I have a crying toddler and the machines eat three bucks. Don't use the machines here because they're super shady, there's not even any support that you can get by phone or email or anything and doesn't care. I rarely go to this mall since I don't enjoy commuting through I-680 due to horrendous traffic especially on the afternoon. This mall is huge and a good place to shop for things that are on sale. Also, there is plenty of parking spaces here everyday you come here. They have good selections of the mall like Hot Topic, Zumiez, Macy's, Apple, GameStop, and Bath & Body Works. However, there is no food court in the mall and mostly have to find restaurants that are close to the entrances of this mall. Of course there is Cheesecake Factory, which is typically located at most malls. This mall is a convenient place for Pleasanton residents to shop at, but I wouldn't come here often since I live in Fremont and that the commute is terrible sometimes. read more

I came here after realizing my ex girlfriend is a frequent visitor here. She is a huge fan of the dog store in this location. I had to take two stars off because I had a very tough time finding the dog store. I gave up after two tries. As for me I am not really happy with this place. It's not much of a place where you will be expecting a lot of food because there is no centrally located food court. Food in this mall is heavily scattered. If you come here while hungry, you are out of luck. I am okay with multiple shopping centers owned by Simon properties but this is one of three that don't meet my expectations at all. If you are a just traveling on the road and want to cool down this is a good place, otherwise pass by all means. They do have some cool drink stalls here. read more

This shopping mall is one of the shopping malls still very popular and attracts many shoppers. Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton is older but still very busy. It was packed with people. The parking lot is full. It reminded me of the good old days of shopping malls. Same as all the shopping malls. Stoneridge Shopping Center is also suffering from the two major tenants closing. It was the Nordstrom and Sears. I'm worried about if they will survive when those big department stores close down! But they seem to do well. Most of the stores and restaurants are pretty busy there. I hope they will keep going strong and bring two new players to their two major retail spaces to replace Nordstrom and Sears soon! The parking lots have many different sections. This mall use to be so nice and upscale. Nowadays you'll be lucky to shop in a comfortable environment.

Its a decent mall. Clean, spacious, and safe with visible security officers patrolling both inside and outside in parking lots. Service: Lots of cleaning staff that are constantly wiping down escalators and other high touch surfaces which makes you feel a sense of cleanliness. There is no longer a concierge in the middle of the mall to ask questions, so much go to the 2nd floor to the administration office which is located by H&M. Shops: Lots of popular shops that include Macys, Apple, Nordstrom, Sephora, Lulu Lemon, and much more. There are many smaller shops such as Lush, Bath n Bodyworks, and Champs. Food: This is where this mall is a let down. No food court just a bunch on restaurants scattered up and down the mall. From Buckhorn Grill, Panda Express, Cheesecake Factory, Macdonalds, Auntie Anns, and Miss Field's Cookies. Some restaurants are upstairs some downstairs which leaves guest confused. Overall: A decent mall with both safety and security with a good selection of shops, but no food court. read more

Although many of the stores here are out of business, this mall remains a relatively useful place to shop. It doesn't have a great selection of restaurants, but there are a couple. The mall is very convenient to Dublin and pleasanton, but unless you've got a specific need, there isn't a lot of reason to drive from oakland. There seems to be a recent increase in the number of massage shops, but they are no longer worth your while. The massage shop is really the only reason I used to come here. Then I would stumble on to some other things that I liked, for example the I custom shop. But now the massage shops are overpriced and uncomfortably demanding of high tips. I think the selection in this mall is reasonably good given the number of stores that have closed. I'll continue to shop here for the specific things that this mall has but no others do. Bliss The Shoe Store Me and my cousin went on June 5th the day of my graduation, before we left the house i put on my heels and they broke, not because of me but because they were already broken. We went to bliss to return it and get a new one considering that my graduation was in an hour and we went up to this lady who worked there and told her we wanted to return it because it broke. Instantly she started raising her voice at us saying if we don't have a receipt she can't do anything and that they might not even be from the store, but you could clearly tell that they were from there considering i bought them just a couple days before. She continued yelling at us for a good 10 minutes and was on the phone with someone talking in a different language about us and mentioned "receipt" so we assumed it was about us, she would not give us her name but she told us she has been working there for 10 years, as someone who's been working for 10 years they should know how to treat customers very well and not start yelling before we actually got the chance to spoke.. read more

The people in this area are wild! I literally watched a girl let her dog pee on a store door. Then my dog tried to pee over the spot. Obviously I stopped him. Hello people!! This is why dogs aren't allowed inside because owners don't know how to act. When I first arrived, this lady's dog pooped and she kept walking. Do people think the mall is a dog park?! I felt bad for the works that had to clean up after that lady's dog. And yes I know I am part of the problem but I clean up after my dog.
