I barely shop for clothes here, but the food selection is good. I recommend getting a soft serve taiyaki from iSee Cream, cute boba drinks from Ume Tea, and the original boba shop Quickly. Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station.

Dublin Ulferts Center certainly still retained its good reputations but it's been kinda slowly getting pushed to the side by the much newer Pacific Pearl. Some shops that used to be at Ulferts but now have moved to Pacific Pearl such as Snowflakes (traitor! Lol kidding of course), and some of my favorite restaurants that used to be here have sadly closed - such as Taiwanese restaurant Liang Mama, Szechuan restaurant Happy Family, and hotpot place Halu Shabu Shabu. However, the plaza as it currently is I think still offers a decent variety of good food options - you'd find here Kee Wah Chinese bakery, Fujiwara ramen, my favorite Thai restaurant Thai Basil Express, and probably the most famous of all would be the Dublin Koi Palace for their outstanding dim sum. Another restaurant that in my opinion has really helped keep this plaza afloat is Tasty Pot. There are some stores on the inside with the majority of the eateries facing outward on the first floor. During the week, it was nice to walk around the shops as they weren't too crowded. They have a number of your typical retailers like anthropologie, madewell, sephora and west elm. There are a number of really great food options so it's a good place to go if you're feeling hungry. Parking is free, but kind of confusing! There's only one entrance into the parking structure in the back and once you're inside, it can be really hard to remember where you parked. The parking area isn't well marked and because of the way it's set up, it's really easy to forget where you've parked your car. You have to go down a hallway to enter into the actual shopping area and they all look identical. Try to keep tabs on this so you don't end up circling around like me!
