It's my first time coming to this shopping center called Hacienda Crossings. It's a very huge place and many people seem to come here during the weekend. I think they're famous for having Regal movie theater there. They also seem to have good restaurants here as well as other stores like Best Buy and Barnes & Noble. My only issue with it is that some of the areas around here are vacant. So I'm hoping that more businesses will start to get their leases here. Clearly there's no cafe as of now but hopefully it attracts more visitors. Anyways, I like the nature here since they have palm trees and it seems like a place to kinda relax. read more

The theatre is still very nice. It has become depressing that most stores shut down. I genuinely wish more stores and popular ones would open here. It was such a nice pleasant place about 10 years ago. Service was great for most restaurants and stores. Selection of stores were great, can have a few options like e.g. Daiso, a Korean cosmetics store, a Mexican restaurant, etc. Value for money is good. Lets put in a BART station in the middle of nowhere at the time. Add some apartments, condos, rack em and stack em rat trap living quarters, some restaurants, stores and a movie theater and what do you get.......Hacienda Crossings. Social engineering at its best to eliminate cars. Back in the day I think I hit something like Fuddruckers. Nowadays we hit the theater, Market Tavern, Lazy Dog and Tequila Bar and Grill. These places get packed with mostly the people living in the area and needing a drink before turning in for the night after spending all day in the rat wheel. I also used to go into Barnes and Noble at times. Not sure about all the other places here. I'm sure they provide jobs for some of the people in the rack em and stack ems previously mentioned and a place for those peeps to shop nearby. read more

Love to come to this big movie theater and spend more than I would normally do ($21 a seat) to have the all moving all shaking experience. For some films it is totally worth your money. For others , spend your money in your local movie theater that needs your support. read more

We came here to take our kids to watch Super Mario in 4DX. One kf the best experiences we've had watching movies. it felt like a ride at Universal Studios. We all enjoyed ourselves! The theater was very nice and impressive. They have different concession stands, bars, smoothie/juice bar and lavazzo coffee bar. We will be returning to watch other movies here. This is good shopping center for tri-valley area. This complex has large parking area and multiple options for eating including On the borders (may be closed during pandemic), Lazy dog , sri thai etc., ice-cream shops , many shops like old navy, best buy ,bed bath & beyond, my favorite book shop barnes & noble. Last but no least, there is a large 21 screen cinema theatre including IMAX screen. This complex host blood donation drive every month that was why I checked in on yelp. Thanks to hacienda crossing management for allowing the blood donation drive. This place used to be our favorite spot. During covid period (march 2020 onwards), many businesses has to close temporarily/permanently. Hoping to start all businesses to start like it used to. read more

Hacienda Crossings Shopping center is the oldest and the first shopping center to be built out here in the East end of Dublin. Before 20 years ago, this was just open country up against the Alameda Co Jail. But houses went in and shopping centers did too. Now, this area is a prime example of suburban sprawl, not that that's a bad thing, it brings money and jobs to this area. Dublin has tons of money from sales taxes from all this shopping. This is one of the larger strip malls, goes really beyond a strip mall, with big stores like TV Maxx, Best Buy and the IMAX movie theater. You have many smaller businesses as well, like a Thai restaurant and burger places. The parking is packed on weekends, seems like everything out here. If you live near here like my friend, who lives just basically across the main street, Dublin Blvd, it's super convenient. I really only come here if I'm visiting my friend. read more

Outdoor shopping center with great IMAX movie theater that anchors surrounding mediocre chain restaurants. Parking scarce at times. Movie theater is awesome. Its an IMAX. The real deal. Its a destination for people that live as far as Tracy to San Leandro. Lots of boring chain restaurants and stores. Nothing really special - I find myself going to the bookstore as they are becoming fewer and further in between these days, especially in less affluent areas. Parking can be horrible at times. Traffic backed up, hard to find a spot. They really should have built a parking structure. Outdoor shopping centers seem to have replaced the indoor type these days. Safe neighborhood. Havieda crossings is by far one of my favorite shopping centers close to my home. You can find anything here: great restaurants, clothing stores, bookstore, movie theater, makeup and perfume store, best buy, babys r us, any mountain, gas station and much much more. There are many parking spaces available and there are at least 4 main entrances to the shopping center which makes getting in and out of there as easy as possible. Hacienda Crossings is a nice little area with various different shops including Any Mountain, Old Navy, Barnes and Nobles, etc. It also houses the one rare real IMAX theater as well as a select number of restaurants of variety from burgers to sushi and froyo for your pre-movie watching or post-movie watching hunger. This place periodically suffers technical difficulties. It's true that one can argue that of several if not all malls or shopping centers. However, twice in the recent past it suffered a power outage. Earlier this week each shop appeared to have lost online capabilites. You're probably asking yourself what that means. It means cash-only! It means if you didn't Fandango you had to stand in line for a cashier at the movie theater. It means the restaurants had to bust out old school charge sliders. It's not a discouraging mark against it but just be aware. The individual shops deserve individual yelps. It basically is your run of the mill family oriented mall. read more

We have shopped at this location probably a hundred times. We have been here for movies, bookstores, eating, and other purchases. The main problem is that it can be very busy here, and you really have to be careful about pedestrians. So enjoy your visit here, but be very careful about the traffic! read more

I always seem to disregard this shopping center, thinking it's too far from San Ramon to hit up during my lunch hour. It's actually not a bad ride over and if you are going with something specific in mind, you can get the shopping job done in an hour or less. My faves here are the Pier 1 Imports and Old Navy. Both are well stocked, organized nicely and can offer a relaxing shopping experience during the day. I've also frequented the Bed, Bath and Beyond here-and often forget it's an option for me (versus going to the overly crowded Pleasant Hill location on the weekends.) Nice little plaza with some solid retail options. There are some eateries as well but I've only stopped in to the Jamba Juice here. Somehow we always come here. Not for the movie theater (usually), although it is a good choice since it has a lot of screens. This shopping center has so much choice in restaurants and stores. We usually come on a visit to Barnes and Nobles. Sometimes, I visit the neighboring Old Navy or the shoe store. Then across the street for Jamba or to visit one of the restaurants next to the movie theater. Fuddrucker's (a kiddie favorite), Thai, La Salsa, Vietnamese, plus more. If you go early, you will miss the crazy line of cars to get in and out. read more

Funny that we were coming from downtown Livermore and navigation took us several blocks west of the location but things happen. When we were looking for the entrance, it was easy to spot the multitude of vehicles heading toward the turn lane. I was more interested in Best Buy and Old Navy, but there were several other stores and places to eat. Then, there is the IMAX cinema. They are few and far between and if you're looking for something incredible, I guess it's worth the big bucks. The parking lot was a bit odd and it's difficult to find the stores until you go further toward I-580 and look back at the store fronts. When the Hacienda Crossings first opened up, I had no idea I would be coming here so frequently. It hasn't changed much, except for the increased prices of the Regal Theater, and apparently this is now the hip "hang out" place for all the kids & teenagers. Hacienda Crossings doesn't have that many stores & restaurants for a strip mall, but they definitely have the more popular businesses located here. People love the Best Buys, Barnes & Noble, Babies R' Us, Starbucks, Five Guys, and especially the IMAX theater (which is the only one located in the East Bay). That's the main reason why I come here so often. If there's a downside, they don't have any *good* Asian restaurants; but then again.., that's why they created the Ulferts Center just down the street on Dublin Blvd. read more

Awww I still remember when they first built this plaza, I grew up in San Ramon and I spent all my weekends in Middle School and High School coming here with my friends to watch movies. They also have the Starbucks that's open the latest in the area. They have an Ulta store and a TJ Maxx. They could definitely upgrade and bring it nicer stores and better restaurants but I still love coming here when I'm in the area. It brings back memories. read more

It seems the new trend in shopping are the outdoor complexes also known as lifestyle or power centers. Hacienda Crossings falls in this category. The highlight of the place is the IMAX movie theater. This is one of the biggest movie complexes that I've ever seen. There is also a Best Buy (yipee!), Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, and a bunch of other big chain stores. A good variety of restaurants and home to the only Fuddruckers that I know of in the Bay Area. The downside of this place: -The parking lot is a pain to get around, especially during weekends and holidays. I've had so many close calls here with all the frustrated drivers trying to get around or get out of the place. -The worst time to come is on a Friday or Saturday night. Good luck finding a parking space. This is also the most dangerous times for the pedestrian as the parking lot becomes clogged with cars. -Too many irritating and obnoxious high school kids. You can't expect too much from a strip mall, honestly. But Hacienda Crossings (HC) is one of the better strip malls I have been to. And it also helps that it's walking distance from home. And to top it, has stores that I adore and love to shop at. To name a few - TJ Maxx, Old Navy, one of the best Best Buy outlets, the best Bed Bath and Beyond store in the Bay. It has the usual Starbucks Coffee and Jamba Juice. Some of the restaurants would be On the Border for Mexican food, Sri Thai for Thai food, et all. To view the store list, visit the website. And (drumroll) it has Regal IMAX :D Now, who wouldn't give 4 stars to a mall that has an Imax theatre in walking distance? One of the gripes that I see most people having is that parking sucks and the stores aren't at walkable distance. a) Give this place a break. Each store and restaurant is humongous. Therefore, the distance between stores, courtesy the large square footage. b) Are you really that lazy that you can't walk across a strip mall to get to the next store? c) If you are lazy, you'll prolly turn obese soon. So diss your laziness and not the poor strip mall. I do agree that parking can be an issue on the weekends, especially when you are out to see a movie. Again, I am the kinds that doesn't mind parking a little farther since I don't mind walking. All in all, this is a very self-sufficient mall. read more

Let's give these guys a break! we have to compare this against "other" like complexes... Hacienda Crossing is no Santana Row, nor should it be compared to them or other "indoor malls" ok.... true... this is an "outdoor mall" and it's no fun shopping here when it's raining or COLD... and the parking here is not the best. However, I come here a lot and after a few visits, I kinda understood why the parking is laid out the way it is. Parking is set up in a way that makes it somewhat easy to go from car to store (not such a long trek). Also who wants to move their car to go to one side of the outdoor complex to the other? You literally can park your car in the center of the parking lot and walk from B&N to Regal Theatres using a single path walkway (true you go through the parking lot, but look for the walkway, it's very helpful!) I like this place because you can literally spend a nice sunny day here hanging out, shopping and eating: -Comfy, IMAX theatre -Barnes and Noble (my favorite bookstore!) -TJ MAXX (YES!!) -DSW shoes -Babies R US -Fuddruckers -Pier 1 Imports -Tilly's -Game Stop -Any Mountain -Thai Food, Frozen Yogurt, La Salsa, Taxi's Burgers, On the Border Mexican, Cold Stone, Macaroni Grill, Black Angus... I'm sure there are a hundred more stores I'm missing.. but you the list is pretty good. there is a store here to suit almost anyone! read more

I hate the parking and the fact that this is not a walkable shopping center. Cars rule this place on the weekends so you feel forced to move your car from one far away parking spot to another. Oh and I hate that when you exit by the Macaroni Grill you are forced to make a right and then U-Turn to the exit (Grrr!). Oh and beware that there is always a cop posted near the Chevron waiting for someone to make a left. read more

HC is a great shopping center to stroll around on summer evenings during the week. They've got a great list of stores, here are a few of the ones we hit up: -Babies 'R Us -Barnes and Nobles -Old Navy -Bed Bath & Beyond -TJ Maxx -Best Buy They have some good eats too, here are a few: -Fuddruckers -On the Boarder -Macaroni Grill -Mimi's Cafe -Sri Thai -Matsu Sushi -Starbucks (of course) -Tutti Frutti (fro yo) The list goes on and on... Obviously, they have the HC Regal Cinema movie theater that shows IMAX movies. This is a great local place to shop & dine or have a family date night. read more

I like some of the stores and restaurants here, and the theater, but Hacienda Crossings has one of the worst shopping center layouts I've ever seen. It's a shame, because Gates + Associates usually does truly wonderful work, but they blew it big time with this one. I normally give lower marks to shopping centers, but Hacienda has some decent stores (errand type shopping, not browsing/lifestyle shopping), a mega-movie complex, a bunch of mostly middle-of-the-road restaurants and ample parking with multiple entrance/exits. Aside from a few decent chain stores being the closest around where I live (any mountain, best buy, bed bath & beyond, and the imax theater), this place is a nightmare. After today's experience, I would rather drive the extra 5-10 miles to avoid the parking in this hellhole. I had forgotten why I stayed away from this place in the first place. Whoever designed the parking lot should be forced to work there as the mall patrol. Likely, they will get run over on the first day by one of the 11 billion SUVs that can't/don't bother to see around the weirdly angled yield and stop signs. This place only has two real exits (the third one only loops back around to dublin blvd to meet up with the other exit)... why? Maybe it's to keep people stuck at the mall and shop some more. read more

Parking here is a nightmare when it is busy, and that is a lot. There are a lot of bottlenecks where cars get jammed up and it seems like they just need more parking spaces as well. It is really like two different shopping centers: The theater and its surrounding restaurants with walkways and seating areas surrounded by parking places and then the big stored off to one side across a jumble of parking lots all at strange angles to each other. When I come here I have to be careful which way I come in, that way I can avoide as much of the car jams as possible and I find myself parking away from what I want just to avoide parts of the parking lot (unless it is mid-day on a week day or late at night). read more

The shopping center is in a good location right off 580 at Hacienda and Dublin Blvd. It has a great selection of stores such as Best Buy, Old Navy, Baby's R Us, Party City and Bed, Bath and More to name a few. Some food locations like Five Guys, Applebee's, Jamba Juice, Cold Stone and Starbucks. A great movie theater with IMAX. Really the only drawback is the parking lot. It is a pain in the arrsss to get around and find parking on most days. Forget about the weekend or even worse the holiday season. read more

I frequent here almost every weekend. Babies R US, Pier 1 imports, Bed bath n Beyond, Best Buy, Barnes n Noble, Old Navy and what not. During a period of time, we would be here lot more than visit our powder room. Anyway, this strip mall has all that u would imagine. Electronics, home improvement, baby needs, adult needs, cinema, food, u name it u have it. So an ultimate strip mall to pass time. Huge parking space, good choice of restaurants, entertainment, in all, great place from sunrise to sunset. read more

I love this shopping center, it has every kind of store you could want in one huge shopping center. While parking during the holiday season can be a pain, it is a great place to get shopping done, hang out, have dinner/dessert/coffee or see a movie. It is an outdoor shopping center, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get shopping done during the winter months, but it's not so bad, if you're prepared for it. :) This is one of the shopping centers I like to visit when I'm in town and when I just need somewhere to hang out and be! read more

I love this place, lots of variety of stores with more stock of products compared to Great Mall in Milpitas. If you are in mood of shopping big, it is worth to visit this place. I take away 1 star as it lacks good food court and lack of parking. read more

I recently moved to Dublin area and this place is great for all areas of what me and my family need. Best Buy, which is one of the nicest in the area. TJ maxx is fantastic for both men and women (finally). Not to mention, Cold Stone is right there which is my kids favorite. Parking is free and it's also right next to BART if that's easier for you. Overall, it's a great place. There is literally something for everyone. read more

The shopping here is good....really it's GREAT...But the parking is seriously nothing short of totally crappy. The poeple who designed this parking lot should be tarred, feathered and also be made to drive around for hours and hours looking for a parking spot next to a specific store! I think this is a great shopping center compared to Union Landing in Union City. What a nightmare that place is. This shopping center has better personnel, a lot more parking, no confusing twists and turns. I'd much rather risk being in traffic at the 580/680 cloverleaf than attempt to getting out of the Union Landing shopping center while trying to avoid hearing the obnoxiously repetitive and loud music from the sooo-cool hooptie next to me. read more
