It was a generally quieter time with much less people so we enjoyed that rare moment. While finishing our meals, we noticed a maintenance man servicing the 2 sets of trash cans closest to our seats and were shocked to see all cans (recycle/trash/compost) dumped into a single collection bin. What the heck? Why bother to sort your trash when its all collected in a single bin? That was upsetting to me, as I have always taken the time to properly sort my trash in these locations. If management has decided sorting isn't necessary they should remove the labels from these bins. Trash is trash! Still upset because this is wrong. Management should do better! Value of meal was ok.

But currently not willing to shell out another $1,100 (and that is the outlet price). My wife has many purses and wallets with this brand. Their other brand is Miu Miu. Well there are 6 major brands under their umbrella, see website. Atmosphere - Good size location. I especially like how the men's section is at least of the location, which is rare for these luxury brands. Plenty of mall parking, especially on this raining Sunday. But within an hour after the rain stopped, the mall got crazy busy! Service - Good. Price - Expensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1913, formally known as Fratelli Prada and with your 606+ locations. 1913 - Started as a leather goods business. 1977 - Granddaughter Miuccia started making their signature waterproof bags (backpacks) out of nylon. 1979 - Improved designs to tough military spec black nylon; actually one of the reasons I like this brand (and Tumi's brand also, which has a similar concept). 1992 - Miu Miu brand launched.

That said this store has some items that might interest you. - Make sure to ask what is outlet specific vs retail store merchandise (if you care) - about half of the purse and accessories were outlet specific - I didn't think the selection was good but this could vary (?) - The sales associates are pretty attentive - that could be good or bad - They said the average discount is 40% off retail - They had a selection of outlet specific black nylon accessories and bags

Sadly, all the jackets I have bought from you were below standards. The good news is that you tried to make the repairs, but with 3rd party vendors, and it did not meet a luxury product standards. My wife and daughter have much better luck with your brand. Service for my daughter had been exceptional. She has ordered many products from your brand. Decent sales today (12/29/24), but unless I am VERY comfortable with my future purchases with your brand, I will not buy, no matter how good of a deal. Atmosphere - Decent size location, neat and organized. Plenty of free parking at the mall, but again we got here when it was still raining. Within an hour, it was crazy busy and there were no more parking spaces. But it was a Holiday Sunday today! Service - Good. Price - Outlet prices, but for me it is more about quality rather than the actual price. So it was expensive for me since everything I bought I have not been happy with. It is good value for my wife and daughter since they have been lucky and gotten good/better quality purchases. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1856 with your 418+ locations.

Depending on the store, the service is what you would expect when you go into the different places. I don't know if I can make a definitive statement on the selection of the type of stores in here because like most shopping centers I imagine they evolve over time. Although I do notice that some of the stores have an emphasis on value rather than luxury. I hope that this place can have some restoration to its former glory or at least how it felt in my youth. I actually worked at three different stores within this mall growing up. And my first girlfriend also worked in this mall as well and lived down the street lol. So lots of history here for me.
