Customer service is awesome..lynn, Christina ,etc is the sweetest!!! The only problem is I end up buying too much!!! U can never leave the store with one item. Christina is always showing me the new items they stock. My husband gets so grumpy waiting in the car.... Dolores doesn't seem to know anything about customer service, she was rude as hell when all l asked for was where the plastic silverware was. She continued to shortly tell me the general vicinity where it was at not even the isle, then proceeded to get mad at me for asking a second time because HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHERE THEY WERE WHEN ALL YOU TELL ME IS "over there." It's a discount "dollar" store... set your expectations accordingly. That said, up until very recently, everything used to cost $1, it now it's $1.25. That extra quarter adds up, but I still find shopping here for some items to be very cost effective. Some notes: -(Most of) the employees are super friendly. Yes, they are often short staffed on cashiers, leading to very long lines and wait times, but the cashiers have always been friendly, however stressed or harried they are. I find that if I'm patient and kind to the employees, they reciprocate. *Shout out to Joie! I've been there twice during very busy times and witnessed her hustling, whether it be as cashier, or doing whatever else needs to be done. -Helium filled balloons are a great deal, but just be warned that they tend to be out of stock of balloon styles or even out of helium. But you can place advanced orders if (recommended!) you need a lot of them for an event. *Suggestion to Store Manager: Have a large sign on the balloon design wall indicating what designs are not available. This would alleviate frustration for the customer and cashier and others in line. -Check out their greeting cards! The selection isn't huge but they're a great deal at 2/$1.25. -They've really stepped up their baking items. Besides selling half-sized cans of Pillsbury frosting and half-sized boxes of cake mix (cuz sometimes you really only need 12 cupcakes!), they also have a variety of sprinkles and icing gels. I even saw those candy edible googly eyes! I guess the lesson here is, don't sleep on this Dollar Tree. You never know what you'll find! read more

Stopped by to buy some supplies for my dog's birthday and found everything I needed. There's ample parking in the shopping center which is great. Everything in the store is $1.25 each, but there are some items that are a bit more expensive, they do show the different price however. They have a wide variety of stock and the staff were really nice. They were out of a lot of "Happy Birthday Balloons", but I wasn't picky and made due with what they had and the worker was very patient with me. I'm surprised they even have 3 stars. Cashier Sharon was the rudest person I've ever encountered and I work in retail. When she asked if I needed a bag, I replied that I can just use the reuseable bag that I was purchasing. She just flung it across the counter and piled my purchases on top without any care. So I started bagging my stuff myself. When I paid with cash, she snarkily said she didn't have change. As I was about to leave I noticed a large rip in the bag I just purchased so I asked her if I could swap it out for a non-damaged one. Sharon rudely said it has a hole because I put stuff in the bag. I had 4-5 items in there like highlighters and bubbles. If I bag isn't for holding products, what would it be good for?! I then politely asked to speak to her manager. She ignored my request. So I asked if she was just going to ignore me. She called the next customer forward and checked them out as if I didn't even exist. I ended up swapping out the bag and leaving the defective bag at the register. What a terrible excuse for a human being! She needs to be retrained or get another job that doesn't involve customer service. On a nicer note, the Asian man who was stocking stuff towards the back of the store was super kind. He saw me holding stuff in my hands and voluntarily grabbed a hand basket for me to use. At least there's someone with kindness that works there. read more

this is one of the biggest dollar tree i've shoppped in. shelves were full of inventory. nothing seems to be short. even the snack shelves were full, several aisles worth. check out was a breeze. few people shopping. no problem social distancing at all. read more

Sharon is the most incompetent checker at this store. I had a horrible experience with her today. this is not the first time I have had an encounter with her. I wanted to buy birthday care milk for my granddaughter the bar code would not scan she said the system did not allow her just to put the upc number in an assistant came up and told her it was 1.25 I said can't you just put the price in misc she said no. Finally the manager came up read her the numbers but she didn't correctly put them in. The line was getting backed up she could care less. Also I had to slide my card 4 times to get it to work. she bragged that she's been there 18 years what a joke. She should be fired. Don't go through her line. read more

As a local guide I take notice of wheelchair ramps at stores. There is none here directly in front of the door. If you go down toward Petco its the first available ramp. If you go to town in here and use a shopping cart you might also need said wheelchair ramp. I really think one more belongs somewhere between Fed Ex and Dollar tree. I wonder who pays for that sort of thing? Inside the store its bright in an unpleasant sort of way and not inviting at all. I like 99 cent stores more somehow. They are more crazy but somehow more cheerful. Good place to buy bleach, toothbrushes, bottled water (stash a few for an emergency) and the like. No line when I went - very empty ghost town vibe. read more

It's easy to spend $$$ on junks. Everything is $1 so it's tempting to load up the shopping cart. Some items are good to buy here like zip ties, plastic storage bins, cleaning brushes, greeting cards, etc. Many items are just junk. The store has a plastic smell with a touch of lead smell lol. Don't buy toys for your kids here. Just be mindful of what you buy. It's fun to walk up and down each aisle and see what $1 can get you. Even Walmart doesn't sell $1 cleaning brushes. I have a rectangle kitchen sink with sharp 90* corners. No brushes can get into that corner to get out the gunk and the funk. I found this flat duster brush and pan set with silver bristle. This brush gets in that corner and cleans out everything without scratching the stainless steel sink. The round toilet brush also gets down into the kitchen sink hole and cleans out all the food residue too. Hey a brush is a brush, it doesn't matter where or how you use it. read more

Craziest experience I ever had at a dollar tree happened today around 5pm. A cashier was screaming at another employee as I was walking in. I walked in right as he started cursing at her about balloon arrangements of all things. I had a toddler at infant with me and did not expect F bombs to be thrown out. What's more surprising to me is that he wasn't sent home, suspended or fired on the spot. read more

I love the store. They have a lot of great items including bag ice (good ice) however today David the cashier was rude to me and another customer and I didn't like the service I received. The manger was on lunch so I couldn't tell them about the service. Not sure if I will go back. I told David I was exchanging 2 items and he acted like it was a bother to him and cut me off when I was trying to tell them the items were on the other register and when the other cashier tried to tell him what was going on he ignored her. Then she came to give him the items and he still acted like he didn't know what was going on. He finally rang my items up and did the exchange told me my total I gave him $5 ask for it back and told him I would pay with card and he cashed me out with the $5 anyway and gave me changed even though he gave me the $5 back. When I told him he gave me the $5 back he was like whatever. Smh ‍ not good service at all read more

Walked in AWARE of closing times, I walked in a 8:52. I literally just needed one box of candy. BUT, I no sooner walked in and I was greeted "Wekcome in, you have 8 minutes until we close." I work in retail. I GET IT. you want to leave on time. It's a Friday night. You have plans. But customer service isn't making your priority to tell shoppers when you close. Yes some like to wander up and down aisles and others know what they want. But when you simply ASK what they're looking for and direct them in the right way, will get you out in the same amount of time. This new location is larger and has more merchandise. It is also appears to be cleaner and better organized than the old location. Unfortunately, the store needs better lighting. When I entered the store it almost appeared the lights were off and the store wasn't open for business. read more

Wow! Very rude. My fiance and myself have been shopping here since this Dollar Tree opened. For the most part, you get a pretty good bang for your buck here -- and for the most part, the people who work here are friendly. *normally* Today, we stopped by to pick up a few things, there where a few people ahead of us in line, which is fine. When there was room to put our items on the conveyor belt, we dropped our Hand-Basket on it. Paten, the cashier, was very rude.... while we where waiting, Paten was helping a customer in front of us.. which is fine. When the basket came down the belt, she picked it up and dumped all the contents out, which included glass, and other various things.When we say dumped, we mean picked up, and dropped out.. and then tells the customer about how annoying it is when people dont empty their baskets out... Uhh ok? Then that customer agrees and looks at us like were scum. So now we feel like we did something wrong. First, my fiance and myself both worked in a grocery story for many years. Ok... so we've pretty much seen it all but this definitely takes the cake to one of the worst experience we've EVER had in any store. We asked why she did that, and the answer was simply, its an inconvenience. Sorry, didn't realize I was an inconvenience for being a patron. I don't recommend shopping here, unless you enjoy being treated like you're an inconvenience. read more

Standard "dollar store" place, but it seemed dreary in there probably bc there wasn't much lighting and it was pretty cluttered with a lot of merchandise in unopened boxes in the aisles. This store moved from the Railroad location. Much cleaner and organized! Easier to find items and not as crowded. Helpful staff. Only thing is long lines! Other than that, a must go to for items that would cost you more at other stores (i.e household cleaning items) read more
