PLEASANTLY surprised of this "flea market" inspired by the famous Parisian flea market that is so shabby and chic. Did not know of its existence after living in Livermore for over 2 years when did a Google search of best flea markets in SF B ay Area. It is hidden in a large warehouse business area off HWY 580 at Vasco Rd. It is set up with vendors with its own "small" antique shops. Beautifully organized with many beautiful things to find. Was amazed at many reasonable priced furniture pieces. If this "flea market: would get the word out, I am certain that it would bring even more vendors. It is worth to explore since not too many antique shops nestled together in the Tri-Valley area. Only opened once a month for 4 days. read more

Lovely vintage antique shop with so much french, farmhouse, rustic, and chic decor. Knick Knack heaven for those who love shopping for unique holiday items!!! Open to the public 3 1/2 days a month, got a chance to visit for the month of November (Nov 6 - 9). The service was awesome, if one of the store associates see you holding an item, they will ask if you want them to put it in a basket for you. When u check out, just mention your basket name and they will ring it up for you. Love it this way so you aren't carrying a bunch of things around since the hallways are really narrow. The warehouse itself has a hallway with a bunch of rooms and stairs to a second floor. Each room has a lot of decor that you can buy, even the ones hanging on the walls. It was really packed even on Friday morning when I went, but it was manageable. I spent an hour and a half here. They mentioned having an outdoor market on Saturday and Sundays but I went on a Friday so I didn't get a chance to see it. However, they might only do that for this month because of the rainier weather next month. Prices were decent. Definitely worth checking this place out. I found out about the flea market through my aunt. I drove up from San Jose and spent the day with my aunt and her boyfriend. It was so much fun. We went in December so it was holiday themed. There is a disabled parking spot in the lot but generally no parking in the lot, only street parking for everyone else. I really liked everything but enjoyed the outdoor market the most. The prices in the outdoor market were more affordable. I found the most gorgeous sterling silver ring for $25 that would have been a lot more other places. I also found holiday decor and a picture frame. I bought a trinket box for my aunt that was darling. They also sell some sweet treats inside. They have clothing upstairs. We were there for 1.5 hours and that was plenty of time. My aunt found the cutest vintage rose colored antique table with a drawer. We took it home with us and it was only $38! I would like to come here again sometime in the spring to check out what's new. Certainly worth the trip! read more

Falloween was present this weekend 10/3 to 10/6 at the Paris Flea Market. An assortment of Fall and Halloween decor plus tons of pumpkins. Prices ranged from $4 to $25 some items seemed overpriced but there's something for everyone. I always come home with a unique find. Their next flea market weekend is November 7-10, 2024. My daughter and I have come here three or four times within the past year or two. We always find little original gifts for family and friends birthdays/Christmas. They definitely have a lot of shabby chic items, and some antiques items, but mostly repurposed furniture that has been painted. The place is pretty cramped, and hard to move about in. It is my only complaint, and that if a fire ever broke out you may have to trample people to get out. My daughter found the cutest romper for her cheer banquet for next May. I know that no other girl will have the same romper/dress as you're pretty much getting an original outfit when you purchase clothing there. T-shirts maybe the only thing that you'll find in duplicated. All in all the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and yes we will be back next month. read more

In addition to the separate little rooms you can weave in out out of depending on the theme that suits your taste, but the staff will be right there when you walk in, offering a kind greeting, or help with any item in question. What a pleasant experience this was. Feeling at home, when you are out and about in the world, is not very common, but at Paris Flea Market, we did feel at home, we didn't want to leave. Wow this place was only open for 30 min when I showed up and it was packed. Packed like "don't swing a big purse in here packed." My usual protocol for flea markets (do one lap to take it all in then go back around and focus) didn't really work here. So I picked up a few items and thought that I would come back when the crowds have thinned. I came back two days later and found that their inventory had decreased by at least 30-40%. I had mentally kept a couple of items "in my hair" to think about but came back to find that someone else liked them too because they were gone. Lesson learned. A flea market is a flea market is a flea market. What makes this one different are the people who work here, it is very organized, it is in a very large space. What a neat hidden gem in the Livermore area. A couple of my friends are really into vintage and I always tag along to look at all of the goodies here. You can haggle on prices as well but from what I've seen it's pretty reasonable compared to other vintage markets. They also have everything organized by the seller so it makes it easy to navigate. Check their webpage to see where and when it's happening. It's usually during the second week of the month from Thursday to Sunday if I remember correctly. I saw a ton of great home made goods as well. If you bring your own bag, you can enter for their monthly raffles. read more

Love this flea market, the ladies who run it are always so nice and helpful, and the merchandise is great! Older furniture that has been re-painted to reflect the Parisian style. Prices are higher than a thrift store but lower than buying new, it is really a great in between and often there are very unique pieces. The 2nd floor has clothing and some of the pieces are awfully cute and one of a kind. Great place for furniture and home goods! read more

The location of this shop is an unlikely industrial looking building, that you need to venture down to the Vasco Road exit in Livermore to find. I wasn't quite sure what to expect once inside but I had hopes considering they are affiliated with A Room With a Past in Walnut Creek. They are open one weekend a month and hours and days are posted on their website. On the Saturday I visited, it was their December opening, so everything was charmingly decorated and merchandised for the holidays. They have a unique and well displayed selection of both vintage and vintage inspired goods. Their Christmas ornaments reminded me of a simpler time and were well priced. They have a another warehouse you can browse if you exit the back of the store and turn left. I was quite pleased and surprised by the warmth they were able to infuse in what would normally be a cold, bare industrial space. Throughout the store you could sample baked treats and coffee, which was nice touch. I'd love to go back and see what's on offer during a non-holiday month. It was all around a nice way to spend an hour browsing with friendly staff and plenty of holiday cheer! read more

I picked up the postcard about this place a couple months ago and kept trying to make it. In February I finally succeeded. I was NOT disappointed at all! I'm not one for flea markets or thrift shops, but Paris Flea Market was different and FUN. The ladies working there were all so friendly and helpful! I found a few treasures (which were incredibly affordable) and look forward to going back! It can get pretty crowded and I wouldn't necessarily say it's wheelchair accessible as it's fairly tight quarters with a lot of gizmos that can be knocked into if you're not careful. Sadly the PFM isn't what it once was. The past year I kept trying to support them when they were open, made my reservation and waited my turn and was generally disappointed. Went again this weekend hoping to find treasures like they had a few years ago. Now what I see mostly is reworked Home Goods style items and the few vintage items are partial sets, with items missing it chipped or discolored. There are a few craft items that are nicely done but few vintage goods. I hope they can get a few more vendors and get back to the level of quality they had in the beginning. read more

I know antiques. My family owned an antique store in southern California. We sold high end antique furniture sourced from all over Europe and refurbished in our woodworking shop. There are almost no antiques here, and that's being generous. My wife found some crystal items she liked and a wooden serving tray, so we bought it. Nothing there is very expensive. I love the Paris Flea Market and sure wish it was open more often. I especially love going there when a holiday is approaching to see what clever decorations and other holiday themed items will be available. Even on the non holiday months I never know what surprises I'll find there. The parking lot sales are also a favorite. The staff is helpful and friendly, prices are reasonable, and refreshments served. It can get crowded, so please leave the whiny and pouty kids, spouses, friends, etc. elsewhere. read more

I had looked forward to visiting this shop for quite awhile ,unfortunately it was a very hot day they have no air conditioning. while they do have some nice vintage items they also have a mix of items that can be bought at ross's but for 25-50 percent more.staff is helpful they follow you around and place your items in a holding area unfortunately one of my items disappeared. Found the place to be extremely cramped not at all what I was expecting I guess. Pricing seemed to be on the average to upper end. I have been a loyal customer of Paris Flea Market going monthly for 10 years. After my experience today I will not be returning. Since the change of ownership the place does not run like a business should. Today, they sold items I had in the hold area for the outside market to another person. Their excuse was someone else bought a lot of succulents and we thought it was hers. Except my items had huge green post it notes with my name on it so that was not an honest mistake, it was carelessness. While inside waiting to go upstairs one of the ladies, I believe her name is Pat, made people wait to go upstairs. I get that, it's covid times. I and another lady were waiting to go upstairs and Pat's 3 friends called up to her and she let them bypass the people waiting to go upstairs. Completely unprofessional. I always support local business and had loved this place, but alas the quality of items has gone down and so has the service. I will not return. read more

In one word....MAGICAL! But, of course I can't stop at one word, can I? Visited for my first time this morning and fell in love instantly. I mentioned to one of the employees that it was my first time and she welcomed me and gave me the scoop: there are two floors and another shop (an extension of Paris Flea Market) out the back door and to the left side. If you see things you like in the main building, you purchase up front and if you see anything in the other area, you purchase there. They will gladly take your items and hold for you in cubbies up front. Upstairs you will find vintage clothing that in my opinion is underpriced, french soaps, jewelry, and refreshments for shoppers. If you are in the market for vintage clothing, this is an absolute must! They do have well-lit fitting rooms, too. If you want your husband to come, just tell him they have coffee and freshly baked pastries and bistro tables on the second floor balcony overlooking the first floor. The other building is a few steps outside the back door. It is a small area, but is filled with lots of goodies. This is a very large store (larger than their sister store in Walnut Creek) and it is filled with the most amazing items. While I believe both stores use the same vendors (at least a few, I am sure), I saw very few duplicates from the Walnut Creek store that I visited last month. The people who work at Paris Flea Market are absolutely sweet and will stop and talk to you as if there weren't 100 other things they needed to do. One gal answered my questions about chalk painting and gave me great tips. She also mentioned they offer chalk paint classes. She showed me a couple pieces of furniture she chalk painted and they were gorgeous AND very, very reasonably priced. Stores likes this make me wish I didn't live an hour away! read more
