The pricing is pretty awesome because it's gather what you can, bring it to the front desk, the clerk/owner gives you an estimate, and he gave me a deal with a lifetime. I got 22 glass containers of all different sizes for $10! Best deal ever!! The owner has three stores in the East Bay and the second store is literally a 10 seconds walk away. I scored another green vase there for a dollar! I'm gonna visit this place again and tell everyone about it! Everyone should check it out, especially if you're looking for glassware.

I fell into this intriguing Antique store on the main st. of Park Ave. It has 2 levels of pretty much anything ranging from Furniture, clothes, knick knacks and various things which are anything that constitutes as " antiques". I had bought a Hockey Jersey which has the infamous Friday the 13th villain but definitely in mint condition never worn. Sports memorabilia and Throwback jerseys and hats. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. It has something for everyone and also has reasonable prices.

He replies, you called me! Rude; after I just explained why he needs to act like a professional and reference the business. I tell him I'm not from Hayward and willing to drive there if you would do a quick look to see if you have any CD players and cassette players for a stereo system, not a boom box. He said he thinks he has some. I explain I am willing to drive if he has some, but don't want to if he doesn't. He say, yes I think we have some. I ask will you please confirm and take a look. He says, I'm pretty sure we have them. I ask how much are they. He says they'er not much. I ask again, would you please check and let me know how much. I see these in other thrift shops for $15-20 dollars. He says his aren't that cheap. I ask how much are yours. He replies more that that. I said that doesn't help me. For Pete's sake, you are not working with me at all on anything I ask. You don't let people know your a business when you answer the phone and argue with them about I called you etc. He is not willing to walk over to physically see if he has a cd or cassette player and not willing to tell me how much he charges. I push him again for a price. He says the CD player and cassette players are over $80 each. I say, that's why I'm asking. I don't want to pay that much. He says his have been gone over and work. I said that doesn't matter to me. What ever shop I buy from, they will take it back if it doesn't work, even at $15. He says I knew you didn't want to spend any money that's why I didn't tell you. I said when someone asks for a price, simply tell them. Don't make drama out of it, that's insulting. Then he hangs up on me. Ask yourself, do you want to be treated this way? Shame on him. He wanted to argue with me about everything. I called him back, of course he didn't take the call. I left him a messaging saying he just earned a negative one star on yelp. You brought it on with you bad attitude. I don' know what position Roberto or Jesus or smoother man? has (answering machine message says she is his daughter leaving the recording. I'm assume it's his business.) It's been along time since I've run into a rude business owner. I've only left one other Yelp review and it was 5 starts. Selling at the flea market should be fun! Prices are what you'll get for NEW in the store. No seller wants to negotiate (and further adds comments such as "I don't want to sell you, you can leave now" or adds excuses such as "it's harder to crochet small animals") even when the market is about to close. I am trying really hard to support... For example, someone in my party wanted toothbrushes. The individual selling the toothbrush placed a price tag higher than what you'll purchase in store NEW (and let's be honest, less likely to be stolen in the stores). The person in my party was willing to do a bundle deal for a mild discount (such as if one was $3, my person was willing to do 2 for $5).
