After 20 minutes of watching absolutely nothing happen, I literally threw the items I was holding onto the counter where the cashier was and stormed out. This bed was barely used. No jumping, no misuse -- just normal use. A bunk bed should not structurally fail like this after just over a year. This is not wear and tear, it's a serious defect. The most concerning part is the safety risk. If my child had been on the bottom bunk at the time, this could have caused a serious injury. What's even more frustrating is that Living Spaces refused to help because we are just a few months outside of the one-year warranty. Hiding behind a warranty when a children's bed collapses like this is unacceptable. This is not just poor quality, it's dangerous. And the lack of accountability makes it worse. I would not trust this product or this company.
