It's AD 2026 and this store still runs a system like it's 1985. After 20 minutes of watching absolutely nothing happen, I literally threw the items I was holding onto the counter where the cashier was and stormed out. Only then did the manager suddenly decide to react and come after me. Completely unacceptable customer service and total disregard for anyone waiting in line. By the way, their fabric section sucks. This bed was barely used. No jumping, no misuse -- just normal use. A bunk bed should not structurally fail like this after just over a year. This is not wear and tear, it's a serious defect. The most concerning part is the safety risk. If my child had been on the bottom bunk at the time, this could have caused a serious injury. What's even more frustrating is that Living Spaces refused to help because we are just a few months outside of the one-year warranty. Hiding behind a warranty when a children's bed collapses like this is unacceptable. This is not just poor quality, it's dangerous. And the lack of accountability makes it worse. I would not trust this product or this company.
