    Great selections, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Jocelyne and Malik assisted me at store and now I am loving my new bed and mattress! Delivery team were amazing too! 2 men were very efficient and very tu fast at assembling the bed! I definitely recommend shop here and get delivered by them!!

    A somewhat overwhelming warehouse with all types of furniture (couches, beds, dining room tables, rugs, etc). They also have delivery, so need to rent a truck. One thing to note is the warehouse is giant and so it has a tendency to make all the couches look small (when they are not). They have different price points - a "fancier" side, as an example. A lot of the couches are customizable including A LOT of Options for fabric choices.

    I purchased from living spaces a mattress that was manufactured in 2018 along with some other furniture back at that time. About one week ago I did some spring cleaning and carpet shampooed the headboard, mattress and rug next to it using my extender wand. Hours later when I got home from work the bed was still wet so as I was feeling the headboard that was also wet I noticed that underneath the mattress there was a zipper. I thought it would be quicker to throw the cover into the washer and dryer. You see a zipper, there's no warning on the label so you take it off. As I was putting the mattress cover in the dryer I noticed there was cotton batting, which made me concerned because I thought maybe it would shrink and not fit back on the foam. Suddenly online as I'm reading there are constant warnings from people like me not to take the cover off because of fiberglass contamination. Sure enough when I turn the lights off there's fiberglass all over the sides of the foam sticking out like little knives all over my rug, all over the baseboard, all over the floor and fiberglass dust in the air. I will have spent approximately $10,000 once this is all finished. My insurance won't take the claim because it's called contamination. The manufacturer of the foam because they didn't put the fiberglass sock on also will not take responsibility. I called the living spaces customer service after speaking to somebody in person at the shop. and essentially they told me we did not tell you to take off the cover and I said yeah, but you also didn't tell me not to anywhere. They won't help. This is a real issue that isn't warned about widely unless you do research. I also had to replace my dryer because when I opened the door from my insurance agent to get pictures of the tags, there was fiberglass soaked on the interior. The door, on the seals everywhere! I've ordered a new dryer, a new frame, a new nontoxic mattress. We will need to buy all new bedding. The only thing I think I'm gonna be able to save are my clothes because the closet door was closed for the most part except for a crack on either side which I did see fiberglass on some of the clothes but there's no way I can throw away all my clothes and because my drawers were closed the stuff in the drawers are OK. This is also very psychologically taxing because we've had to stay in the guest bedroom while this is going on and I go in every day in the dark with a flashlight and walk around the room I've cleaned and cleaned and cleaned after having an emergency service come out and remove all the stuff and clean by the way that was $3000. Somebody needs to take responsibility that they're doing these kind of things. It's absolutely a nightmare and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I still have fear about the blinds because I believe that it's settled in the blinds and I'm fearful that when I turn my fan on in the summer, it's going to stir up things that may have gotten into the cracks. After the professional team has come by and Stanley Steemer comes out for $1000 and cleans out my air vent and my dryer vent. I'm still gonna continue to wipe the walls down with wet towels until the new furniture comes and slowly try to mentally get myself back into that room because honestly, I'm afraid to go into the room.

    I would never buy a couch from living Spaces or recommend anyone to buy a couch from living spaces. I spent over $3500 on the couch and within the first few months, the fabric began piling like crazy. The complete texture of the fabric has changed dramatically and it's so uncomfortable to sit on. Feathers poking out, lumpy cushions. I'm honestly heartbroken over this. :/

    Zero star, the store manager was rude to me and the sales person was deceptive and lied to me about the return policy, he seduced me to buy the bug and inform me the flexible return policy for 30 days, when I returned it on the 8th day, they told me it is out of return windows, called customer service, was told 'bugger off' & 'bad luck', this company is a SCAM, they treated their customer like a piece of shit.

    Pierce Espresso California King Wood Panel bed DO NOT BUY THIS BED! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could rate this 0 stars!!! False advertisement at the store they showed us a mattress that fit the bed. We ordered a California King and was told that it fit with this frame. When we received it there was a 8 inch gap and you can see the bed frame panels. We called to complain and they were so rude and said we get what we ordered. They told us to push the mattress to the middle and that the sheets would hide the space. But a sheet cannot hide 8 inches of a gap even with 100 sheets on. We went to the store and they couldn't help either and we were even told they had no notes regarding our phone calls. They told us we could order another bed-frame but we will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Do not buy this bed frame the mattress does not fit!!!

Of course I was mad and said that it was ridiculous and POOR POOR quality for the leg to just break off and only had the furniture for 4 months!!! Mind you my previous bedroom set I got rid of I had for over 25 years - Cherry wood (the real wood). Of course I regretted buying this furniture. So with some back and forth the guy says bring the dresser to us and they will ship to manufacturer and "see what they can do". Not reassuring. So my husband took the dresser down on a Tuesday, then the people at the warehouse say, we need you to bring it back on Thursday, as if they couldn't just store 1 broke dresser for 2 days, but whatever. So they send it back, the guys says the dresser should be ready in 2 weeks. 4 weeks go by, no word from them, so I call, the guy at DFW says oh let me check and can I call him back. I said no, you have had my dresser for over a month, and have made no attempt to give me a courtesy call and I expected him to call me back especially since it had been over 4 weeks it was with manufacturer. Overall, the quality of furniture is POOR, and cheaply made, I think Ikea might of offered some better quality furniture. I would not recommend DFW for furniture to anyone. I didn't like that they were quick to be dismissive and had to go back and forth about getting the 4 month old dresser to be returned and fixed, and on top of everything they didn't even try to offer me nothing.
