Great website presentation but expect less, way less. Dragged a heavy furniture on a custom italian ceramic floor that caused deep long mark lines on a $3.3 Mil newer pre-listing home and denied responsibility. Mr Nicky Do and company stepped on the fresh clear finish with shoes on right after the floor artisan just repaired the damaged floor and left shoe prints all over after the owner's strict warning not to. Floor artisan had to redo the whole process as a result of Mr Nicky Do and his crew's reckless attitude that caused additional stress and delays for the property owners not to mention leaving 1 bedroom - the most important room in the house empty and unstaged. Virtual staging aps and softwares are better options or go with another professional stager. 5 stars for VirtualTourCafe Lindsey Prather for excellent customer care and great pictures.
