HOUZZ staged my Santa Clara condo, and the results exceeded my expectations. From the first…read morewalk-through to the final reveal, the team was punctual, organized, and clearly experienced in what buyers in this market respond to. The design itself was beautiful -- thoughtful furniture scaling that made the space feel larger, a clean, warm palette, and styling details that photographed exceptionally well. Nothing felt generic or off-the-shelf; every room had a purpose and a point of view. What stood out most was the professionalism. Communication was prompt, the install and de-stage were handled cleanly, and there were no surprises on cost or timeline. As someone who works in real estate, I'm particular about presentation, and HOUZZ delivered work I'd be comfortable putting in front of any client. If you're preparing a property in the Bay Area and want staging that elevates the listing rather than just filling it, they're definitely worth the call.

The space had great bones but needed a design-forward touch to help buyers connect emotionally and HouzzStage understood the assignment. From start to finish, Nicky was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely fun to work with. He brought sharp design instincts, clear communication, and a confidence that made the whole process seamless. Most importantly, he honored deadlines, respected the budget, and showed up with creative solutions that elevated every room. The final result was stunning: sleek, modern, and full of just the right energy to make the unit stand out in a competitive market. Thank you Nicky! Till next time!

They were prompt, on time, and very professional. Prospective buyers, visitors, and realtors thought the staging looked great and made the home feel especially inviting. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use their services again! Here's a video of the home that showcases their work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgPa0Z-U5dE&t=4s

We were referred to this stager by our realtor, and from the beginning I had reservations. She came…read moreto our home before staging, took photos, yet still seemed unsure of what furniture she would be bringing until the actual day of installation. That didn't inspire much confidence. Unfortunately, the finished result did not match the quality or style portrayed on her website. She charges premium prices, so we expected a much more elevated design. In fact, we were asked to remove several of our own furniture pieces that we felt were more attractive than what was brought in. The only larger rental pieces included were a couch, dining table, and two chairs for the 60-day lease. The rest consisted primarily of small décor items, artwork, and pillows. Given the cost, we honestly felt we could have purchased comparable furniture ourselves. Our home is brand new, and despite the investment in staging, it did not sell during the 60-day staging period. While I understand staging alone cannot guarantee a sale, we ultimately did not feel the value justified the price. After deciding not to extend the staging, the experience became even more disappointing. Her demeanor noticeably changed. She arrived to remove the furniture before our realtor was present and attempted to charge us for a small pink cardboard box and a pillow that we later found. Before pickup, I specifically asked if she wanted me to clean anything beforehand, and she told me it wasn't necessary. After everything was removed, I was surprised to receive a $320 furniture cleaning invoice. Had I been told cleaning was expected, I would have gladly had the furniture professionally cleaned before pickup. I also took photos prior to removal and did not observe any damage or excessive soiling. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Between the high cost, the staging itself, and the unexpected charges afterward, I do not feel we received the level of service or professionalism we were paying for. If you're considering hiring a home stager, I would recommend getting multiple quotes, reviewing recent portfolios, and making sure their design style aligns with your expectations before committing.
