Customer service & a warm smile still exists at Unincorporated & that's what I love about local stores. Since my brother moved to CV, I decided to gift him the Unincorpoated T-shirt & hat. It's great to be able to buy her High School logo hoodie off season & the owner says some of the proceeds goes back to the high school, so that is wonderful to hear. This time it's different.. I wasn't sure if they were open due to COVID so I called in to check. I talked to Lupita. I was looking for NYX face products: foundation & pressed powder. They only have 1 of each (in my shade) left in stock. I knew these items are always short in stock. She told me she was going to put it on hold. Honestly, I didn't really believe that but when I showed up half hour later, I saw she did set it aside. Awwww...Lupita is the bomb! In addition to the things I reserved, I bought a few more items and every question I had it was answered with enough information. Because of Lupita, I felt so comfortable being there and she helped me find what I was looking for in a product. Her bright attitude and friendly personality made it easy to talk to her. What a positive environment!!! All in all I had an AMAZING experience at this store. Would 10/10 come back again.

Met with professionalism and courteous service, this place is top notch and one class act. With new apparel lines from Europe, Italy, Scotland and USA, it's all about service, whether it's Robin or her darling mom, Lorraine . In my previous review....I said and I say again, if you don't look good, they don't! Lorraine, words can't express my appreciation for your undying patience with me! My new wardrobe neccesairé is beautiful! You outperformed again! Thank you for your "fashion eye", expertise in putting together a lovely selection and candor, on what best suits me! Love it all, Italian embroidery silk tops, darling jeans, retro dress, embroidered blouse et all. ....and so does EVERYONE else. Service and Quality is exceptional. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a specialty clothing store, sole proprietors who offer quality apparel and assist their customers of any age or price point, with such great attention to detail. Your own "personal concierge"! CV has a gem and it's you Lorraine and your daughter, Robin. For that, I shall bestow 10 stars! **********

He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to help my daughter design the perfect skateboard. They had so many awesome deck designs to choose from, a great selection of wheels, and tons of fun stickers that made the whole experience even more exciting for her. While we were waiting for everything to be put together, I believe the manager came out and was just as friendly. He welcomed us and made us feel right at home, which really added to the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was a sign about rewarding kids for getting good grades. I thought it was such a cool idea that they encourage kids by letting them earn free skateboard parts and other goodies. I love seeing businesses invest in their community like that. Thank you to Antonio and the whole team for making my daughter's first skateboard such a fun and memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

About a year ago for my birthday, my husband took me here to get my snake eyes tongue piercing redone, and the girl was very sweet and confident, which I found comforting. however, I think she followed where my piercing had ripped, so I can't completely blame her, but it healed crooked and I wasn't happy and had to take it out. It was $65 down the drain. Thinking this was a one-off, we ended up going to get my husband's nose pierced for his birthday, but they hit a nerve and it did not heal correctly, got infected and ended up needing to be taken out. I think that the staff are very friendly here, but they need more experienced piercers. The lady who changed out my piercings at this location was very sweet and cleaned them out for free. She did not change or give me new jewelry, but she cleaned my existing jewelry for free, and I really appreciated her. I wish I remembered her name, but it has been so long. I only just joined yelp. Sweet young black lady. Very bubbly. 3 stars for staff friendliness but they do need experience.:(

I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week.
