To my delight, there were so many awesome things for sale -- kitchenware, postcards, accessories, clothing, decor, etc. It was so fun looking through everything and things were very reasonably priced (no sticker shock like shopping at Goodwill these days!) and in good shape. The best part was the owner who was such a delightful lady! She was super fun and engaging all sorts of people in fun conversations. She was also so patient with a bunch of high school girls sorting through endless jewelry and checked in respectfully with everyone perusing. The men's selection here was much better than I expected, I found some slacks and some shirts at very reasonable prices!! The line went reasonably fast, overall a good experience. Known to sell Costco returns (saw some shampoo that's been partially used). Prices overall is lower than retail (sign said 20% off for clothing) but definitely not like 50% off. I didn't find anything I wanted but will keep in mind next time need to do some white elephant shopping. Pretty chilly inside so dress warm if it's cold out. Lots of security cameras everywhere.

It's always long, not like this. That is one thing I dislike about the store is the lines. They used to have remote checkouts. They would have kiosks throughout the store where you can check out on your own or with the help of an associate, but they don't have that anymore. Selection- We were here looking for clothing for our teenage nephews. We found two tops for one. Lucky and Quicksilver. Both really nice and after opening it on Christmas we learned that he approved. For the other nephew we got him pants. We picked out a nice pair of Addis sweatpants and he really liked it and they actually fit. The size smalls aren't all the same. He's got a tiny waist so it's hard to find him pants. Those Addis ones were the right side and fashionable. There was so much more we could have shopped for, but with the line to the back of the store we had to keep going and get out of there. I really liked there selection of clothing. I still find them pricy at times, but you can find really good deals too. The issue I have is most of the clothing is made for the Rack. They aren't discontinued or discounted regular Nordstroms clothing so you are getting what you pay for. And if you're ok with that then this is the store for you. I've gotten some really nice pieces here and so has my husband. I'd come back, but only when I had more time and it's not during the holiday rush.

No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

After visiting a couple other places, we decided to use him. The fitting experience is solid. We received the first suit today and it's perfect. All we have to do is hem the pants. Amon is really helpful and accommodating. Renting is really affordable and it's a brand new unused suit. If you decide to keep the suit, the additional cost is unexpectedly reasonable.
