There are bins for scrapbooking items, birthday party items, you name it. They had a cute themed Valentine's Day corner too! I wish they had a larger book selection, but they have a larger everything else :) I bought 4 long sleeve shirts for $22 which is so insane to me. One of them was Ann Taylor, and another was a cozy turtleneck. That particular row was sorted by color! My friend found a small Simple Human trash can and a ceramic coffee filter; she left more than satisfied. I loved that they greeted customers by name. It's clearly a popping place that I've only just discovered, and I will be back!

The ladies up front know all the Regulars names and seem genuinely interested in their customers lives. They really put a lot of pride in the appearance of the store. It never has that old funky thrift store smell and they're always running a daily discount. Us old folks love that they have a senior discount EVERYDAY!!! There always seems to be an air of joy as soon as you walk in. But, that could just be me loving thrift there so much

I…read morehave been to some in Pleasanton, Livermore, Oakdale, Sunol, even Niles with it's small, yet rich history from the old MGM studios and their silent film museum. I walked into Blue Door Antiques just the other day and my jaw literally dropped! This is quite possibly the best antique store I have ever been to and that's saying a lot! The dealers that run this place really know what they have and know how to price everything. They have thousands of truly beautiful and unique pieces anywhere from the 1970's, dating all the way back to mid-1800's! They have books, they have sewing and crafting supplies, they have furniture, clocks, jewelry, kitchen supplies, vintage gowns and ice skates, photography goods, and just about every type of vintage knick-knack and thingamabob you can imagine! I went here looking for a specific Christmas gift and ended up getting lost in history for hours until my knees ached for me to sit down! The employees and the dealers here have been so wonderfully warm and friendly with me and love striking up a friendly conversation with their customers, more than I have seen in any other business, ever! If you need to kill some time in Livermore, do it here! It will be a highly fulfilling experience for yourself.

Did not know of its existence after living in Livermore for over 2 years when did a Google search of best flea markets in SF B ay Area. Was amazed at many reasonable priced furniture pieces. If this "flea market: would get the word out, I am certain that it would bring even more vendors. It is worth to explore since not too many antique shops nestled together in the Tri-Valley area. Only opened once a month for 4 days.

Open to the public 3 1/2 days a month, got a chance to visit for the month of November (Nov 6 - 9). The service was awesome, if one of the store associates see you holding an item, they will ask if you want them to put it in a basket for you. When u check out, just mention your basket name and they will ring it up for you. Love it this way so you aren't carrying a bunch of things around since the hallways are really narrow. The warehouse itself has a hallway with a bunch of rooms and stairs to a second floor. Each room has a lot of decor that you can buy, even the ones hanging on the walls. It was really packed even on Friday morning when I went, but it was manageable. I spent an hour and a half here. They mentioned having an outdoor market on Saturday and Sundays but I went on a Friday so I didn't get a chance to see it. However, they might only do that for this month because of the rainier weather next month. Prices were decent. Definitely worth checking this place out. I left with some cute decor for my new place (:

RAVE MAIN STREET DESIGNS INC. 2196 First St - Downtown…read moreLivermore About 20 years ago, I first discovered Main Street Designs, Inc in downtown Livermore, and I remember being instantly impressed--not just by their beautiful inventory, but by their kindness. Candles, shirts, the cutest belts and shoes you've ever seen--it was all so thoughtfully curated. They even hosted a special event I attended, and I vividly remember someone pouring wine outside. Anyone else remember that? I stopped by again today (I've been in many times over the years and made plenty of purchases), but this visit was especially meaningful. Seeing the third generation involved truly warmed my heart. Sherry and Dennis are absolute Livermore treasures. It's safe to say they may be one of the oldest stores downtown--and certainly one of the most beloved. What made this visit extra special was meeting their granddaughter, Kendell, who was working that day. She is a rare gem. Kendell is a wonderful young person and PHENOMENAL listener. She genuinely cares--something that's hard to find in retail these days. She's truly one of a kind. If you're looking for a cute belt, great shoes, a standout outfit, or the perfect pair of earrings, OR something else, I highly recommend Main Street Designs. It makes me so happy to say that the people who made this place special 20 years ago are still the same--if not even kinder--today.

They help keep people off the streets and gives people some basic human needs and they need a lot of help. The ladies at this store give a warm greeting and a smile to boot, every time I come in. I know one thing all of these awesome ladies are volunteering their own time, I would have never thought this seeing how much and how hard they work. They also have killer deals on stuff you would have paid 3 or 4 times the price. So these girls work their tails off and expect nothing in return but to maybe shut the damn door after you come in its not a barn lol. I give all the helpers there A++ and it keeps me coming back hope you have a good experience there is a lot of good deals take care PEACE!!!

Lots of other local businesses to check out and plenty of places to stop for lunch help make a day of this event. I've purchased mid century Italian glass decanters and have gawked at gorgeous vintage jewelry, furnishings and other collectibles. Very few vendors at this event accept credit cards, so bring cash.
