The loud music and the confusing lights are purposely here to trick you into buying something that is triple the price of it online or on Amazon. Do not buy the mysterious Sonny Angel for $11. Legos plush toys you name it. It's a new compact version of Toys R Us. Friendly organized store that little kids seem to enjoy like no other store. I found some things that I liked myself. Lego pirate ship for example. I think it was a version that was 2 or 3 models in one. Newer store here in the outlets as far as I can tell. Horrible. I bought a "labubu" today at 4 something pm, we scanned the box and it took us to the real pop mart website so we thought it was real. It was 39 plus tax which was 45 bucks just for a lafufu. When we opened the box the keychain part said "POP MAPT" instead of POP MART. Wow, as soon as I walked into the door I was greeted with a warm and kind smile, the kind that reminded me of all the good in the world. I have seven beautiful children to get toys for (that's a lot!) and Toys N Motion had EVERYTHING I needed. If I thought of it, they had it. This store has done so much for me, it's even the reason I'm still with my wife despite her affair. It brings happiness into the souls of all who are lucky enough to experience it. If I am ever in the Livermore outlets I will without hesitation poke my head in every time just to say hi and purchase 5-10 items. My house is lined wall to wall with toys from Toys N Motion, and I even plan on purchasing a storage unit to get more. AMAZING!!!! read more

BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! My daughter went in to buy a figurine, the figurine looked pretty sketchy so we asked if it was original. The guy told us, sounding offended "If it was fake do you think i'd be selling it for this price?". But when we bought it and unboxed it, there were SO many flaws on the figurine. I was extremely mad, so I went back and demanded my money back. The guy hesitated but gave my money back and told me "to not open things if I didn't like them" to which I responded "don't scam people then". Because to my knowledge, selling counterfeit products is illegal. So gross that there are people like this taking advantage of others. read more

Possibly the worst toy store in the Bay Area. Absolutely unfriendly towards kids. Kids can't touch anything or sit on the cars or motorcycles they have in the front. They're immediately told to not touch. Never seen such a kid unfriendly toy store. Prices are very inflated as well. Stick to Walmart or Target for toys. read more

I bought an electric toy car less than a year ago. I was skeptical at first but the lady at the store said it came with a 1-year warranty. I didn't receive the warranty on paper upon purchasing the toy car, so I thought maybe once they delivered the car to my home it would be included. I asked her through text if there was a paper copy of the warranty or how would I have proof of the warranty and she never replied. A few months ago the toy car stopped working, I was unable to drive it with the parental remote, my child could only drive it manually but he's unable to do so yet. I've been calling the store for a few weeks now, trying to talk to someone and i have not received an answer. Poor customer service and a warranty is not actually guaranteed! read more

My mother went into the Toys 'N Motion location in Milpitas, California. She is new to America and does not understand English well. She bought some merchandise from this store and was dissatisfied with the quality of the products, as they were far below par. I gave them a call and they had unresponsive customer service and I was forced to drive an hour for this confrontation. Nowhere on the receipt does it state that there is or is not a refund policy and there was not a refund policy clearly posted anywhere. As a matter of fact, there was no official documentation kept of this "no refund policy", except for a poorly handwritten, and egregiously hard to read piece of crumpled binder paper, the size of a Post-It note. To anybody with eyesight issues, or less than optimal eyesight, it's completely illegible. When confronted about this, and when I attempted verify this policy with any kind of official documentation or reassurance, they repeatedly and blatantly falsified titles and misled us into calling phone numbers of people who's identity or position is not clear. They also blatantly lied to my face. They told me repeatedly that there was no owner of the establishment at all and they gave me a fake customer service phone number and I was told this would be the highest person in power that I could reach. Not even 10 minutes later, they changed their story saying that this person was in a lower position than the supervisor I was on the line with earlier. They cannot keep their fake story straight and it disgusts me that they can siphon money away from less aware individuals. I asked for the supervisors number and they did not give it. They were okay with giving me this spoof number, but not the actual number to a "real" member of this establishment, position ambiguous. These exploitative and unprofessional market practices do not belong in a store for children, especially at one of the busiest malls in the Bay Area. read more
