Hope I find my tiny red lucky cat charm soon. However, not sure how I can fix it or attach it back on my crystal beads bracelet. Ai ya!!! Violet is sales associate and owner. She is petite, sweet, and very informative. I really appreciated that. We asked lots of questions and were informed the meanings per each color of lucky cats. The lucky cats were all hand painted and hand made under 1,300 celcius temperature degrees. Amazing and I love the handmade and hand painted details! Wishing you all my best Violet! ^_^

They have lots of inventory and stuff and greeting cards for every holiday and occasion you can imagine. One thing I don't like is you can t return an item at another hallmark store you have to return your purchase the EXACT SAME location you bought it which in this day and age & it's absurd. I was told they are separately owned businesses. The coupon s which come in the emails are frequent and very useful and make you think that they care and come handy when a lot of ornaments are pricy during the Xmas season. Lots of parking , service is friendly and they answer any questions you may have. Lots of keepsakes , Bay Area team merchandise and even Star Wars stuff and wrapping paper too but of course you can get wrapping paper cheaper other places . For the coupon validation they help you find it on your email or ask you for your cell phone number that you registered with. I am a fan of hallmark stores because of the cool items they have. 5/5 Just wish they were more of them. Btw across the street is Phil'z coffee drive thru first on in the SF Bay Area !

The selection was okay, but I didn't find anything that particularly stood out. I did end up purchasing one that was good enough. Plenty of gift bags to choose from as well. Candles, shirts, the cutest belts and shoes you've ever seen--it was all so thoughtfully curated. They even hosted a special event I attended, and I vividly remember someone pouring wine outside. Anyone else remember that? I stopped by again today (I've been in many times over the years and made plenty of purchases), but this visit was especially meaningful. Seeing the third generation involved truly warmed my heart. Sherry and Dennis are absolute Livermore treasures. It's safe to say they may be one of the oldest stores downtown--and certainly one of the most beloved. What made this visit extra special was meeting their granddaughter, Kendell, who was working that day. She is a rare gem. Kendell is a wonderful young person and PHENOMENAL listener. She genuinely cares--something that's hard to find in retail these days. She's truly one of a kind. If you're looking for a cute belt, great shoes, a standout outfit, or the perfect pair of earrings, OR something else, I highly recommend Main Street Designs. It makes me so happy to say that the people who made this place special 20 years ago are still the same--if not even kinder--today.
