Pop Mart in the mall is one store I check whenever I come to visit . It has new merchandise from time to time . They change their displays quite often and there are always new items to look at . Today I find a thermo bottle inside a bag with lots of great bear fur for the HIRONO road journey series . Before there was only one bear , now that have 6 different mini bears with one mystery bear . They are slightly bigger in size with details and costs $36.99 . read more

Pop Mart opened a few months ago on the lst floor of Stoneridge Shopping Center at a corner location not far from Apple. Place looked smallish. Noticed it was surrounded by guardrails. (The kind seen in banks, lines at popular gatherings). These limit some areas one can see. Following same I discovered myself soon at the exit. One way only. Of the "toys" mentioned: Molly, Dimoo, T monster, Hitono, Twinkle Twinkle, Skullpanda, I saw a few. Striking similarities with Labubu which I didn't see. Most boxes $19.99. I just looked, no touching. Saw a patron shaking a "blind box" probably trying to ascertain what figurine was within. 3 associates I later saw. None approached me. Nothing struck my fancy. Later learned a set of boats were modeled after One Piece, a uber popular Japanese anime. I may be interested in these, especially with Luffy aboard a ship. read more

My very first purchase at a PopMart Robo Shop. This one is located inside the Stoneridge Shopping Center, located at 1112 Stoneridge Mall Rd. Pleasanton, CA. Look for the PopMart brick and mortar store and you will find this vending machine just outside it. There was no line when we approached the PopMart Robo Shop! Amazing find. We looked at our options and I selected a Space Molly and Hachipupu. No Labubus here today! Swipe or tap your credit card to pay. So much fun! No personal service here. You make your choice via a character selection screen. Once selected and payment is processed, the machine selects it and brings it to an open window. Pick it up and enjoy! It's a new PopMart store in the Bay Area at Stoneridge Mall on the first floor. Yes, I am addicted to these figurines! The store is right in front of Kay jewelry. Came to the opening week. We had to wait in a freakin' line to get in. It took about 45 min. Service was ok.... It seems the prices have gone up since the last PopMart store that I have gone to in California but it might be due to the tariffs. Damn Trump! So happy they opened a Pop Mart closer to home! Wished they had labubus in store instead of just purchasing online. Had a great time checking out all the blind boxes. The employees were super friendly and helpful when I was looking for something specific. There also a vending machine out front so make sure you check that out. Shopping bags are 30 cents fyi. Finally finally finallyyyy a Pop Mart has sprouted in the Tri Valley! No more agonizing shipping wait times or dealing with website crashes during item drops. Granted I won't find what I'm looking for every time I pop in, but it brought me so much joy just to look at everything in person for the first time! It is soft opening right now, and I believe their grand opening is slated for 6/28/2025. You know what that means...Labubu galore! ....and lines galore lol. Their hours are noted on the mall website as open: Monday to Thursday 10AM - 7PM Friday to Saturday 10AM - 8PM Sunday 11AM - 6PM I'm so excited for the traffic it will bring to the mall (a Nike store is also opening across the hall). Well stocked pop mart with a full store and a vending machine. They regularly get Labubu and other series restocked at random by corporate. I don't know much about Labubu's but the staff was friendly, helpful and patient to explain to me what are the current available inventories and which ones are popular. Even with sold out series like the tempura labubu case. The price is standard, you can order online and pickup. Again I actually don't know much about labubu's, new to them. Small thing, but very insensitive to a parent. My son had ran underneath the little fence line they had and I went in to get him and the worker there made me go all the way around and made me lose sight of my son in the process. Workers should have more common sense than to separate me from my son when I could simply move the line fence grab him and put it back. read more

Just so others are aware--Pop Mart removed my previous review, though they didn't specify which rule I supposedly broke. I'm reposting because I think people deserve to know what kind of experience we had. My wife was banned for simply shaking, weighing, and guessing which figure was in the box--something countless customers do when trying to pick one. She really wanted a secret Hirono. The staff told her it "ruins the experience," but in reality, they completely ruined ours. One staff member went to tell others, and when looked up she was surrounded by three staff members as if she was caught stealing. The reaction felt petty and unnecessarily harsh, and in the end she felt so embarrassed because she felt like a criminal when she did nothing wrong and what normal customers do in other pop marts. We won't be returning. Compared to other locations like Valley Fair and Stonestown, the difference in professionalism is night and day. Those stores have friendly, respectful staff who actually understand how to handle customers. Meanwhile, during our visit here, one employee was so distracted checking her social media that they didn't even notice someone walking out with a box. It just felt unprofessional across the board. If you're looking for a welcoming and well-run Pop Mart, this isn't the one. read more

Love how they opened a Pop Mart in the East Bay! I went on a Monday morning just to pick up a couple items, and I even ordered at their vending machine outside the store. Was surprised to see the vending machine fully stocked with some great items, like the monsters wacky mart series and others. I only got one box of the wacky mart series but wish we got more! The store was very clean and had a lot of selection to choose from, variety of blind boxes! As with most Pop Mart stores in the USA, you can't find labubus and you have to order them online. The staff seemed friendly and I was asked a few times if I needed help. I haven't gone here on the weekends so I can't say how they operate when they're busy, but if you want to go on a downtime, definitely go weekday mornings. read more

Small inventory of items compared to all the other popmart locations I've been too. Open wall layout is confusing only in the sense of when the store is full capacity there's a roped line area off to the very side, so why not just rope off the whole store? And have a smaller entrance. I only say this because when my boyfriend and I were waiting in line, the 3-4 store workers who were standing around (one girl was just talking to some friend passing by?) and none of them saw the 2 young girls walk straight in disregarding the line and yet they weren't stopped.. the San Diego popmart location is very organized letting in the amount of guest to every guest that steps out. Pop Mart Stoneridge Mall is new and their customer service is much better than Valley Fair. They had a great selection and there was an associate Chloe who was very friendly and actually took time to help my child find what she was looking for. They Said that when they do it sell instantly so just beware when reading other comments, those people probably went in the line during restocking. This is the first pop mart store we've been to, and we were really excited. My two kids and I picked two items each. My 10 year old and I each bought a digimon box, excited to select from the same case so we'd get different characters. Got home and opened them, and they were the same exact character, which means the store must be combining cases when you purchase individual items, which is really disappointing. Please reconsider combining cases! Buying our first two items in a set from the same "case" and already getting a duplicate is VERY disappointing, and honestly a waste of money when we're starting our collection. We understand blind boxes come with some duplicate risk, but not when purchased in person, from the same case, at the same time... Besides that, the cashier was very friendly and kind, helping me figure out how to get to my membership card in person. read more

When I asked for help, the staff -- including the manager -- showed zero empathy. One male employee in particular visibly could not handle basic customer service when an issue came up. Used the app for a pick up purchase. Drove an hour plus. When I got there, the store was closed and was told that the bathroom flooded. The girl named Kaitlyn in the front helped me grab my order but stuffed all three boxes into a small bag. When I asked for another bag because the one I got was ripping, she said we will have to charge, I was ok with that. She went back in the store and came out after 5 min and said sorry I can't give you a bag. I asked her if she has any bag available since the bag she put my items in ripped. She went back inside. While waiting, another customer came to pick up their purchase and was given three bags. Kaitlyn came out and said my manager is watching very closely and I can't give you a bag. I was very frustrated. Felt discriminated. POP MART, you need to do better especially after spending so much money. Unacceptable. We will not be coming back. read more

This was our second time visiting this location and I was very disappointed. I went over to a phone case that was laying on its side and went to pick it up to make it upright, when I accidentally knocked it's plastic holder to the ground. An employee slowly walked over with an annoyed look at simply said "you are not allowed to touch the items" and I responded "I was fixing what was already knocked over, I'm not the culprit here". I continued to look around with my kiddos (the only real reason I was even there was for them) and every step I took, I could feel an employee watching me like a hawk and following me around. At least 3 different employees lurked behind me at any given moment. Not sure why I was being targeted. I'm literally a middle aged mom there with her kids. I let the guy who rang us up know that I was extremely uncomfortable with all the workers following my every movement and it was super uncool. (I spent $120, freaking yikes.) When I was telling him about this, I looked over at the other cashier who was one of the girls following me around who was happily smiling and chatting with another customer. She looked up at me and gave me a fake ass sarcastic grin. The whole time I was there I was met with nothing but seemingly annoyed minimum wage rage. All with the exception of the girl at the front door, who smiled, said hello, and asked if there's anything we were looking for. She deserves a raise. Poor customer service , went on a Thursday night around 3:30 the was mall dead there had to be about 7 -8 employees and the store is tiny so they are literally on top of you .
