Of the "toys" mentioned: Molly, Dimoo, T monster, Hitono, Twinkle Twinkle, Skullpanda, I saw a few. Striking similarities with Labubu which I didn't see. Most boxes $19.99. I just looked, no touching. Saw a patron shaking a "blind box" probably trying to ascertain what figurine was within. 3 associates I later saw. None approached me. Nothing struck my fancy. Later learned a set of boats were modeled after One Piece, a uber popular Japanese anime. I may be interested in these, especially with Luffy aboard a ship.

If you're lucky you can get a table. The tables are hard to come by as so many people get a drink and peruse a book or magazine for hours and occupy a table. We were lucky and got a table, so we sat there a little while drinking our drink and discussed a couple of books. Then we went back to the store and shopped around a little. There is so much to see in this store. She found 2 books that she wanted to get, The Orient Express by Agatha Christy (I haven't read the book, but love the movie) and another book, but in the end they settled on getting a game for my parents. The box looked intriguing, but when we opened the box at my parents house it turned out to be a complicated game. We'll have to study the directions and play it another time. We were tired by the time we made it to their house. I found a great book too. It was the unofficial guide to Disney World 2025. They have a new one that comes out in August 2025 for the 25-2026 year, so this one should be on sale soon. I was going to get it, but decided it wait to ensure we're really going to Disneyworld first. I don't want to do all this planning if we aren't going. The book is as thick as a dictionary. Apparently, there is a lot you need to know before you go. I'm excited for our trip and a bit overwhelmed. I look forward to our next trip to Barnes and Noble and finding more books and treasures. They also have a toy and gift section.

So, my child ended up getting something different. At a whim, I decided to ask Cole, the team member that assisted us at checkout, even though it was already a long shot for me. To my surprise, Cole knew what I was asking about and said he recollected there may be some left and checked the drawers but wasn't able to find any. He then asked if I wanted him to check the back room but he had already gone the extra mile just by checking the drawers for me so I declined. However, he insisted that it would only take 10 seconds and I said why not - so as long as I wasn't hindering him from anything. Sure enough, it was less than 10 seconds and he came out with them!! I WAS SO HAPPY but not as happy as my child! So, because of Cole, we left extremely happy and satisfied. It wasn't the fact that they had the item, but I felt Cole went above and beyond to actually TRY to ensure customer satisfaction and didn't give a dismissive attitude or answer. Even if hypothetically, he recalled incorrectly and there wasn't anymore in stock, I still would have been satisfied because of the effort he put into checking multiple places to see if they had it. Genuinely, it was my first time being helped in that manner in any retailer, so it gave me hope that customer service compassion isn't dead or something of the long past. So, I don't know if anyone has had a similar experience like me, but I'm very glad to have had such an impactful experience here by this particular team member and I'll be sure to check here first for all of my children's needs!

The staff in the picture did a great job managing the crowd. I appreciate Lego for having these fun summer activities for kids. The staff are friendly and helpful. I chose to get a t-shirt for full price so I can get a second t-shirt at 30% off. This location also sells what's trending and popular plush animals and characters. Also, this store offers its customers an incentive program by joining their loyalty membership. It can get busy in here but it didn't distract me to much from browsing their array of interesting products.

Yesterday, I visited the Dublin Big 5 with the intent to buy some ammo for a weekend get together with the boys. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and then I proceeded to walk over to the firearms section. Haylee was the person who helped me pick out my ammo and I was impressed of her knowledge of the variety of ammo. Anyway, when it came to running my background check, I ended up being rejected. This is the first time that it's ever happened to me so Haylee was kind enough to walk me through that process and gave me the necessary paperwork to get it fixed. With the help of her resources and expertise, I was able to sort it out the next morning (today.) Now that I had the background check situated, I made it back to Big 5 in hopes that I get approved and actually buy ammo. When I arrive, Haylee was already at that counter and was ready to help. She remembered my situation and the ammo that I was interested in which I thought was impressive. When my background cleared, she was very cheerful. With her help, I was able to buy my ammo. Overall, I think that her customer service is the gold standard on how to treat customers. This encounter has made this specific Big 5 my official go-to place for all of my sporting goods needs.

They have lots of inventory and stuff and greeting cards for every holiday and occasion you can imagine. One thing I don't like is you can t return an item at another hallmark store you have to return your purchase the EXACT SAME location you bought it which in this day and age & it's absurd. I was told they are separately owned businesses. The coupon s which come in the emails are frequent and very useful and make you think that they care and come handy when a lot of ornaments are pricy during the Xmas season. Lots of parking , service is friendly and they answer any questions you may have. Lots of keepsakes , Bay Area team merchandise and even Star Wars stuff and wrapping paper too but of course you can get wrapping paper cheaper other places . For the coupon validation they help you find it on your email or ask you for your cell phone number that you registered with. It's one of the largest Hallmark shops I've been to. Spaced out nicely, clean and organized, with not too many visitors on a Friday afternoon. I spent a good amount of time exploring the greeting cards in the humor section, as I was looking for a birthday card for a family member. The selection was okay, but I didn't find anything that particularly stood out. I did end up purchasing one that was good enough. Plenty of gift bags to choose from as well. These were basic items I'd expect to find in this store, and I left with what I came for. Service was fast and friendly too.
