Besides the free comic book, the owner has booked a Smash Bros truck, a smashed burgers truck. We tried it, and the burgers were good!! A bit pricey ( 1$ extra for one slice of tomato and 1$ extra for some shredded lettuce ) but they were good! And somebody was selling coffee too. We sat in the car to enjoy our lunch, then went back to the store for more bargains. The bookstore has some outside vendors too. He's patient, honest, and always happy to share his knowledge - exactly the traits you'd want in a card shop owner. He's upfront and transparent about his prices when he's buying/selling cards, and makes sure people leave knowing how to check fair market values for themselves. His prices are super fair in today's crazy market, and he goes out of his way to hook people up with promos and deals whenever he can. My kids would live at this shop if I'd let them!

I used to collect sports cards growing up and had a Pokémon collection as a kid too, which I sadly sold at a garage sale before I knew any better. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owner and his wife. Even with the holiday weekend keeping them busy they were super welcoming and took time to walk us through the store, explain how they price things, and answer our questions. First time shoppers also get a cool Pokémon pin which my son loved, and he picked one out for his sister too. Make sure to signup for their newsletter as they have a nice little $5 promotion too! Great selection if you're into Pokémon--from packs to slabs to singles. They also had a solid variety of video games and consoles from vintage to newer stuff. I had fun digging through the sports card boxes too, just wish there were a few more to look through. Best part was my son had such a fun experience. We opened packs together and put his cards into a binder we bought there. Definitely felt like a core memory for both of us. Would definitely recommend if you want to support a local shop. They are neat and well organized, Tony was a super nice guy and lit up when I told him I was looking for SNES and Playstation games complete in box, you can tell he is very passionate about gaming and loves people who are also into it. I told him some of the games my friend is looking for and he told me they had a lot more in back. I really enjoyed seeing the box of SNES games that had smoke damage Tony had hidden behind the counter. Very cool story and loved seeing interesting and unique things like that. Up front is a pong game and mini arcade the kid enjoyed playing at while I was looking around. The prices are very reasonable and the price he had on the Parappa game was the same as the one I bought for my friend on ebay.

The building has this old school feel with an upstairs quarters someone lives in it looks like. This place has all kinds of books, countless funko pop figurines, anime books, baseball & all sports cards. Super cool finds in here.
