So nice to have an honest place to stop in and purchase gold and silver. The store vibe is great, everyone so nice and helpful. I had some misc pieces of gold jewelry to sell and was offered a very fair price. I also purchased a piece of jewelry from them, seamless, fair priced transaction. No need to head to big jewelry stores. They have a lot of inventory and have a lot better prices. Rick, Jordan and Connor are the best! read more

This place was a total rip off. I brought in a ring that was both silver and gold and they valued it so low. I don't know if they think I'm stupid, but they clearly are masters of ripping people off. read more

After having had a very bad experience in the past, I was leery of transacting in precious metals. Consequently, after working with the staff and owner of Silver and Gold Trade, my faith in the process was restored. They are trustworthy and extremely fair. All my business was conducted in my presence which added a layer of confidence in the process. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to my friends and family and will return for business there should the need arise. . read more

Went in with a gold chain that I believed was fake and met Rick who tested it for me and immediately informed me that it was. My worst EBay nightmare had come true. I had been duped by a seller and it was a costly mistake. Rick and his staff were great and honest people and I went back and purchased a gorgeous REAL gold chain that was double the weight and almost the same price as the eBay chain I was scammed on. The store has incredible prices and beautiful jewelry. I will definitely be going back for more real jewelry. Thanks Rick and staff. read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful right as I walked through the door. I brought in an engagement ring to sell, and was treated with nothing but professionalism. The gentleman who helped me, knew I payed way more than what he could offer me for the ring. He explained why and gave me his advice. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest and did not try to pursue me. Business' with people like this are hard to find these days.. Will be recommending this place to friends. read more

Amazing place. I felt treat d right from the moment I walked it. They are an honest lot and they do the whole process right in front of you. There are no secrets here. They want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the moment you leave. The employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain the process to me and show my son's what it was he was looking for. I'll come back here time and time again. Other local places are not as trustworthy. I was offered fair market value with them and this was hundreds more than offered at a less reputable location. Grade A+ read more

I went to the Gold and Silver Exchange to sell a piece of jewelry and it was such a positive experience. The owners and Connor have such integrity with their honesty and character. They will educate you while deciding on price with market value and how they assess it. I will be going back. I enjoyed the experience as well as the customer service which is higher than 5 stars. Give these guys your business. Both business partners are friendly and very professional. I recently visited Gold and Silver Exchange and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I was wrong to assume I would to haggle and deal with someone trying to take advantage of me as the seller. That couldn't be farther from the truth. While other places that buy gold and silver may have that reputation, it's certainly not true here. The overwhelmingly positive reviews on this page are well deserved.
