Their Seiko expert, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also extremely helpful in adjusting my Seiko and showing me how to properly operate the functions of the crown. I was then passed in to another rep who I had to explain to again, he then passed me on to another guy which I had to explain again. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store, the lack of care in my business was apparent. He quickly told me that I needed an appointment and would have to go home and call them. Unbelievable that they couldn't offer to schedule or help me any further. I've followed Ronnie for over 20 years when he had his previous store in San Ramon but can't fathom visiting this store anymore. We'll i broughted to my other jeweler and they took it apart and realized there is some kind of paper underneath to make to opal shine more plus they confirmed it is not crack and they are repairing it for me otherwise the ring was just ruined. Plus, tthey plan to close up thd little hole that was on the bottom of the ring so no dirt or water will go into it. Additionally they will ensure it is completely sealed on the edges since the opal is bezel. I will not recommended this place any more to friends as the expertise is no longer there. Little tiny hole in the wall, a complete mess. The back of my watch came out and wouldn't go back…read morein. He said he'd give it a try, but if he were successful he was going to charge me $20. It seemed excessive but I said ok. He took out the pin that held band together and said "This is what happens when you try to change your own battery, why would you change your own battery?" In an insulting and arrogant voice. I explained that I took to Cousins, where I'd been going for 30 years. He tried it for 10 seconds, said he couldn't fix it. He handed me back the watch, without the pin, band still unattached and said nope. It was a cheap watch for 5 years service at HPE, so I just dumped it in the trash and left. The guy has no customer skills, doesn't know squat about fixing watches and was a complete dick! Do not go to this dump!

The service I received here was beyond polite, from the security person who held the door for me (who I just thought was a chivalrous man before he magically appeared to get the door for me again), to the staff, (both male and female) who greeted me and were very welcoming. To the man who helped me, talked me through the entire process and invited me to come back with my husband to make sure he liked the options I had selected... to the later staff that was closing up, but opened the door to us and took the items back out for us and helped us place a special order when we arrived not realizing they closed a bit earlier than the mall. They called promptly when our item arrived, and when I came in the staff member didn't hesitate to test and weigh the gold for us to insure it was as ordered, and provided an appraisal for my insurance.
