Go to GameStop, Simple as that! (Proof of items ,sold)

Zero stars if possible DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. went into Phoenix Games with A bunch of older stuff Owner was absolutely disrespectful and kept getting mad when I was asking simple questions about games they had in stock & he got annoyed started acting like a child. Proceeded to say they'd only give me $109.80 for everything listed above^ + like 15 games that (GameStop wouldn't take) he knew he was being a cheapskate and tried to get me to trade it in by saying it just wasting gas and time going all the way to GameStop. Went over to GameStop within 30 mins before closing and the manager was great , took half the stuff and ended up with $370!!!! Not $109.80 like phoenix games told me. DONT WASTE UR TIME BUYING OR TRADING ANYTHING HERE. I used to support them for years but the way the manager with the Ponytail acted COMPLETELY LOST MY BUSINESS.

The game was in good condition

The game was in good condition and the staff was very friendly and a lot of great games

The employees here need a huge overhaul. My family came in looking for something specific,…read moreunfortunately this particular store doesn't sell the same thing as the one in Fairfield. When I asked the first female employee I came across she was so quick to say, "I don't even know what that is." No "I'm sorry we don't carry that" or any type of customer service. Then when we were ready to check out the line was three customers deep and only one employee was working the register. The other female (?) employee was on the phone for about 10-15 minutes on a personal call. The man in front of me bought a pre-owned PS5 and he was asking about if he really needed to buy PS Plus. Again, female employee #1 was quick to say, "I don't know. I don't play PlayStation I play X-Box." Okay??? This is a video game store, she should have a working knowledge of various consoles right? Or is that expecting too much?? When it was our turn to check out my son just so happened to want a PS5 controller. At first he wanted black, but she said they didn't have that color. Why even have out as an option to buy then?? It'd be so easy to take out the cardboard sign so customers know it isn't available at this time. Again, I'm expecting too much I guess. She then tried to sell us a warranty on the controller for $15/year. I declined and she rudely said, "Okay, see you in 6 months then. I've had to replace my PS5 controllers 3 times." What? So she is either lying to me or she was lying to the guy in front me. Towards the end of our transaction a male employee with shoulder-length hair interrupted us to greet the other two female employees at the register. Absolutely no respect or professionalism. We left as quickly as we could, but my daughter unfortunately left her water bottle on the counter. We came back and saw there was a long line. Female employee #1 was the only one helping customers, female employee #2 was doing her own thing, and the male employee was sitting at the register eating. I approached him and asked him for the water bottle we left which we could clearly see on their back counter. He looked at me like I was the rude one for interrupting his snack break. He said nothing to me, grabbed the water bottle by the mouth piece, and handed it to me. I had the misfortune to see his hands up close and it looked like he spent the morning gardening without gloves. Gross!!! Experiences like this make me want to depend on online shopping more and more. Employees are no longer expected to have customer service skills, professionalism, or basic hygiene.

Visited the store today today with my kids. They beelined right to the switch games while I looked…read moreinto the selection of older games. I found a Gameboy SP console in the locked case. I approached the cashier and asked it was one of the backlit ones. She said she didn't know and refused to open the case to check or allow me to check. I had every intention on purchasing it, but she treated me like a criminal because I wanted to see an item before purchase. This isn't how you treat customers.

We rented a few games from Video Amusement for an offsite Corporate Event. The drivers arrived on…read moretime and had the games set up in no time. They were efficient. The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.

I sent in a proposal asking for specific games and pricing, as well as corporate graphics and…read morewraps, and included the location of the event. Despite the website and all socials stating they service the West Coast and listing Seattle, WA and Portland, OR both as one of their cities, they emailed back stating that Washington was out of their service range. I emailed a screenshot of their website and asked if that was another company or perhaps only certain games, and was told the following: "For your information, our office and warehouses are located in San Francisco, CA. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery." Needless to say, I would not suggest using them.
