Go to GameStop, Simple as that! (Proof of items ,sold)

Zero stars if possible DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. went into Phoenix Games with A bunch of older stuff Owner was absolutely disrespectful and kept getting mad when I was asking simple questions about games they had in stock & he got annoyed started acting like a child. Proceeded to say they'd only give me $109.80 for everything listed above^ + like 15 games that (GameStop wouldn't take) he knew he was being a cheapskate and tried to get me to trade it in by saying it just wasting gas and time going all the way to GameStop. Went over to GameStop within 30 mins before closing and the manager was great , took half the stuff and ended up with $370!!!! Not $109.80 like phoenix games told me. DONT WASTE UR TIME BUYING OR TRADING ANYTHING HERE. I used to support them for years but the way the manager with the Ponytail acted COMPLETELY LOST MY BUSINESS.

The game was in good condition

When I asked the first female employee I came across she was so quick to say, "I don't even know what that is." No "I'm sorry we don't carry that" or any type of customer service. Then when we were ready to check out the line was three customers deep and only one employee was working the register. The other female (?) employee was on the phone for about 10-15 minutes on a personal call. The man in front of me bought a pre-owned PS5 and he was asking about if he really needed to buy PS Plus. Again, female employee #1 was quick to say, "I don't know. I don't play PlayStation I play X-Box." Okay??? This is a video game store, she should have a working knowledge of various consoles right? Or is that expecting too much?? When it was our turn to check out my son just so happened to want a PS5 controller. At first he wanted black, but she said they didn't have that color. Why even have out as an option to buy then?? It'd be so easy to take out the cardboard sign so customers know it isn't available at this time. Again, I'm expecting too much I guess. She then tried to sell us a warranty on the controller for $15/year. I declined and she rudely said, "Okay, see you in 6 months then. I've had to replace my PS5 controllers 3 times." What? So she is either lying to me or she was lying to the guy in front me. Towards the end of our transaction a male employee with shoulder-length hair interrupted us to greet the other two female employees at the register. Absolutely no respect or professionalism. We left as quickly as we could, but my daughter unfortunately left her water bottle on the counter. We came back and saw there was a long line. Female employee #1 was the only one helping customers, female employee #2 was doing her own thing, and the male employee was sitting at the register eating. I approached him and asked him for the water bottle we left which we could clearly see on their back counter. He looked at me like I was the rude one for interrupting his snack break. He said nothing to me, grabbed the water bottle by the mouth piece, and handed it to me. I had the misfortune to see his hands up close and it looked like he spent the morning gardening without gloves. Gross!!! Experiences like this make me want to depend on online shopping more and more. Employees are no longer expected to have customer service skills, professionalism, or basic hygiene.

I approached the cashier and asked it was one of the backlit ones. She said she didn't know and refused to open the case to check or allow me to check. I had every intention on purchasing it, but she treated me like a criminal because I wanted to see an item before purchase. This isn't how you treat customers.

What an awesome book shop! They've got a bit of everything - apparel, fandom gear, vinyl,…read morecassettes, CDs, current books, vintage books, collectible editions, signed editions, newspapers and magazines, clearance items, games (both tabletop and console)....not sure if I'm missing anything else. They also buy! There's a nicely-stocked kids area, and clean bathrooms as well. Friendly service too. If you're interested in different editions (Easton Press, Illumicrate, FairyLoot, etc.), there's a special section, but sometimes they have them in the regular shelves. While the prices are certainly lower than retail for these editions, they are about on par with what you could find on eBay. Still, it's nice to be able to see and hold the editions first!

Being that most of everything they have here is used, I feel that the prices might be a little too high on some things. I've sold many things to this store and I don't mind that they pay me pennies for things that I paid more for as I have no use for it and somebody else can enjoy. I just wish that some of the books were not almost the price of buying it new. It defeats the purpose of calling yourself half priced. The staff are very nice and some of them have been working there a long time. Some of them I've seen working there before Covid, which tells me they like working there. I talk to them all the time and I think they know me by now. I love their comic book section, video games, but what I'm like the most is their clearance corner where I find a lot of random things. If you're selling here, just avoid coming on the weekends because it's too busy and you will be waiting too long for your name to be called out. Overall, a great place to find books, but maybe not at the price you were expecting.

The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery."
