It's located in a shopping plaza so parking is free and readily available, with several options for food nearby. The store has a lot of room for tables for board games, tcg, and there are even tables for war games. They have a pretty good inventory of games, wargame product, and tcg. I first came here for a Lorcana TCG league, but quickly learned how the store is on pricing things. I only played for 1 season, because of the pricing. The materials we received were always priced higher than if you just bought them outright. I haven't looked much into other games, but I've heard they price things very high. This was also the hub for when I got into beyblade, but after a few months, we learned that new management didn't want us hosting events there anymore in place of another game. It was fun when I first got there, but over time, the store didn't really support the games I played, so it didn't feel very welcoming after a while. Your mileage may vary depending on your game.

The staff were not only disorganized, but they were also extremely rude. They muttered insults under their breath, condescended to customers, and even went so far as to fake attendance numbers. When I called them out in their Discord, they responded with outright aggression. This is completely unacceptable. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in customer service, and they failed on every count. I will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before supporting this store.

Had a couple Ohtani MVP buybacks and saw that this shop was one of the only ones in the area who will exchange them for credit, so finally had a reason to come in. Ray is the man. He is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have with a smile on his face. I've seen other people on here complaining about the prices that he charges, which are a little bit marked up, but to his defense, he is a small business owner and has to pay the bills. The markup isn't anything crazy like somebody on here claimed, very fair prices plus you don't have to pay for shipping and can get it same day. Thank you, Ray. The prices are very good in terms of mainlines, treasure hunts, premiums, and RLC's. The only reason why I decided to bump the rating down to four stars is because I noticed pretty much all of the super treasure hunts and chase versions of premium hot wheels were quite overpriced, which bummed me out. In addition, the service is neat; although I was unable to speak with the owner, Tom, who I noticed was there, he seemed very friendly to other customers requiring assistance. The lady working the register was also very friendly, willing to answer any questions if needed. This is an establishment I would certainly visit again at some point, as I look forward to new inventory arriving. The hour-long drive was in fact worth it.

I appreciate their helpful approach when asking about new releases, recent books on their shelves. They definitely have a solid selection of graphic novels and comic-related collectibles to browse through. Oh, their back-issue wall has so many great books on display! On a Friday afternoon I decided to check out Delta R/C, which on a good day is a 35-40 min drive from Oakland. Expectations were not high as their website seemed outdated, didn't list current info about events, and they had no online storefront. However, I was more than shocked by what I saw when I arrived: Largest brick/mortar store I have found, extensive parts department, indoor track and micro crawler course onsite (more race courses across street at fairgrounds). Staff was friendly, esp. Kristin at the front register. Also, found out about some events next day that I attended (just wish it was on website). I think Delta will become my 'home hobbyshop' but just wish they had an online store so I could peruse their inventory before making the 40+ min drive.

The battery was open box, but never charged, never used, essentially brand new except for the tape seal having been cut. The act of opening the box breaks their return policy and my request was rejected. No one told me about this detail in their return policy during my conversations with the parts counter employees or at the register. Needless to say, I'm disappointed enough to write a review. The atmosphere was open and inviting, and left plenty of room for people to browse. There was a variety of merchandise (key chains, figures, stickers, mystery boxes, and more) from a number of well known and lesser known anime. I purchased a lot of items and felt they were very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely happy and pleasant to be around. This isn't your cheap, rip-off merchandise you see at hobbie and toy stores in the mall. This is quality merchandise, name-brand and brand new.
