He is a real cool dude and a straight shooter. I really enjoyed talking to him. Down to earth dude that won't BS you. He gave me a really good deal on the top loaders he had. Five stars just for the fact that they have holographic anime stickers here. I've been wanting to buy some for my friends for Christmas but they're pretty pricey online when taking shipping into account. This shop has the same stickers I had my eyes on anyway plus more and I don't have to pay for shipping. Hoorah. They've also got other interesting anime stuff here but none that particularly caught my interest today. I'll definitely be back though, if only for the stickers.

This is a fairly new Barnes and it was my first time coming in. The space is huge! Really clean,…read moreand has that modern and minimalist feel that most of the new B&Ns have. It was pretty easy to navigate the store. Each genre was in sections versus being in a column like other stores. It made the shopping a little confusing, because some of those sections wrapped around each other. But not too hard to figure out. Came to scope out the romance section and the newly released books. Kind of small as far as selection goes, but there are a lot of focus tables that house popular books. Might just be their choice of displays and arrangement that makes it feel like there are less options. Still, there is so much product, and you will definitely find books, trinkets, or gifts to take home with you! I left with Red Rising since I've had my eye on it for a while. There were a few BOGO tables that had a couple books I was eyeing, but I opted against grabbing those. Value is overall the same as other Barnes & Nobles. Their book annex was really well organized and not too cluttered. Good price options for notebooks, cookbooks, and other sale items in that section! Will be back to shop here again!

However, if you're willing to sift through out the items might find a few gems. The prices are fair, but to tend to run on the high side. There is definitely an array of goods to rummage through. And through appointment and hand selection of items the store accepts, it makes for quality picked used merchandise. Finally -- it's nice to see that they have a phone number posted now. This business didn't have one connected to anything for awhile. I believe this happened around the time the new owner, Lupee bought Growing Pains. Once I had an appointment and brought some gently used baby items in I was given the option of store credit or money. The store credit being higher. I don't remember if this was before Lupee bought the store. When the phone number for the business went dark I wasn't sure how to make an appointment for bringing my baby things and kids things in. So I started just dropping them off to create space in my home. I realize this isn't the most ideal situation since the items could go to a non profit so I've stopped this. If you're looking to make a little extra cash or store credit this is an ideal place to take your items.
