What was most disappointing was witnessing behavior from the service desk that appeared discriminatory and inappropriate. Staff members were criticizing two older women who appeared to be a couple and then seemed to have security guards keep an eye on them for no apparent reason. Watching customers be treated that way was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Good products can only go so far when the customer experience is this poor. I hope management addresses the behavior of their staff and creates a more respectful environment for everyone.
