Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We asked in advance if it was possible to place a bag on hold at the front, and were clearly told yes--twice. We were assured that we could return later, skip the line, and complete our purchase. When we returned a few hours later, a different set of staff were working. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge what we had been told, but one staff member wouldn't even open the door to speak with us. She simply pointed to the back of the line, rolled her eyes, and dismissed us completely. When she finally cracked the door open, she accused us of being "audacious" for even asking--and then shut the door in our faces. It was shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and shows a total lack of communication between staff. We were treated with zero courtesy, despite following their instructions exactly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business. They need better training for their staff. I came in over the weekend on a mission to search for a specific piece that my mother wanted. Immediately upon entering, I found my mother's handbag displayed in the front. I grabbed it and browsed other selections, discovering another cute handbag at a stellar price. As I looked for the best condition of the purse, a lovely woman named Ping approached me. She greets me, "Hi, you don't have to look for a good one! I'll grab you new ones from the back, just leave those there. I'll take care of you!" Ping made note of the bags I wanted and relayed that she'd have them out at the register for checkout. I was so relieved that I didn't have to rummage through and had a pleasant experience being helped. To think of it, everyone that I encountered here was kind and courteous. Even while checking out, the young gentleman answered my questions regarding their return policy and made sure to inform me that my phone number would be associated with any warranty details. For a first-time purchase at this store, I can't get over how great of a shopping experience I had here. Wow they will do anything for a sale. I came in today for their labor day sale, and found a bag I liked. The sales lady told me how much it was and offered to get me a new one from the back, all normal. I keep looking around and literally every sales person asks me if I've been helped. A little annoying, but I can see why they do it. I check out with my bag, a great deal, super happy with it. I guess it was too good of a deal, because they sold me a damaged display model as a new bag. You can see in my pictures that there a good amount of damage on the bag. I should have known when they said no, this one doesn't have a dust bag, but no one my whole experience said this was the display bag, and my salesperson even specifically said she got me a new bag. I came a week before Columbus day and I bought 2 purse and 1 pair of shoes. Came back home and found out the price was not match the receipt. The staff scan the wrong price. The full price of my bag is $298 but the one on the receipt is $328. So i have to came all the way from half moon bay to Livermore again to get a refund for that. At the time i went to the counter staff double check about the mistake and give me a refund about $16 without saying anything. No sorry at all. I did not hear any sorry!!!! from staff. The older asian lady seems busy and just correct the price and said your are done and go somewhere else. It is your false at lease you should say sorry to customer who had to drive 1 hour back here. I bought a Carter satchel bag here and while I was checking out in the register, the sales associate told me that she's going to get me a new one in stock. Unfortunately, they gave me a damage bag with scratches and faded paint of the bag in the bottom of the bag. Also, the store is willing to sell goods that have obvious wear and tear. This also indicates that the quality of Tory Burch is not up to par to other high end brands like Coach or Michale Kors. Tory Burch failed to indicate that the bag is damage or labeled it as such. I called the store and sent pictures of the bag and the receipt. The store manager her name is Victoria couldn't do anything for me unless I send the bag back to the store. The problem with this is the store can't guarantee a refund if it gets lost in the mail and I am not risking a $300 bag without a guarantee of a full refund. read more

Update on my last visit Contrary to what i yelped the first time, i was at the same store 2 days ago to get 2 cross body bags It wasnt as pleasant as i walked in, majority of staff were chinese and never approached... when eventually i got help from one staff i asked her i am getting red and green bags and i want it in a plastic sealed stock from the drawer.. only gave me red seales but green had no more stocks so i opted for one of the display.. I checked thoroughly everything was ok.. i asked her if the bags were same as the ones displayed on the clothes rack hanging there along with diff colors and she said yes.. As i paid and left i traveled an hr to get home and as i unsealed the red bag it was diff from the green bag chain strap wise.. This store disappointed because is mostly focused in bags, purses and alike...and at that point of my shopping spree day I was tired to see similarly designed and same color palette as in the other stores. Woohoo! As good as it gets! Ladies, this Tory Burch is worth going too. The store is located on the SF Premium Outlets side all the way at the end. Conveniently located right across from the Gucci outlet, and next to the Ugg outlet, a few of my favorite stores. Parking is just steps away. The selection here is great, its not the pick of the litter! I mean the store is clean they have a fair amount of inventory. The bags run from $199-$500. They always have deals like 25% off shoes or 20%-30% off the handbags. Everything is marked down and at outlet prices too, making the sale so much better! I came in and was immediately helped. As I went around the store, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, which was a tote bag for work. I asked if they had anything in the back and surprisingly they did, marked down of course. I was pleased. Aside from this experience, I did buy two pairs of shoes and one of them I was not happy with. Still one of my favorite stores to shop at when I come to the outlets. However, on my last visit (12/26), I encountered a rude SA, who was less than helpful in the shoe section. I didn't catch her name, but it a young Asian woman who hardly cracked a smile. When I asked her for help, her only response was "I'll help you after these 2 customers". After waiting for 15 minutes, she never checked back with me, and I was starting to get tired of getting ignored. I asked another SA in the shoe department, who grabbed my sizes immediately. Not sure if Michelle was just slow, or didn't want to help me. Probably a combination of both. Big shoutout to Pandi, who was hustling to help everyone on the floor. She helped me grab a purse that wasn't on display, just from me simply describing what I wanted. I walked out with 2 new purses and a pair of wedges thanks to Pandi! Aside from waiting an hour to get in, then ANOTHER hour to wait in line to look/try on shoes, it was a successful shopping trip at TB. Stopped in to shop their 4th of July sale and the manager, Jennifer, really made sure I had a very positive experience from beginning to end! I was offered water as soon as I entered since it was triple digits outside (and I was probably visibly red), then was met by Diane who assisted me in picking out a bag and wallet in a gorgeous blue shade I hadn't seen in store before (she also assisted me the last time I was in). I was torn between which type of wallet to get in this new color and another SA, Christine, assisted me in my decision. I was bracing myself coming here for the first time based on other reviews about poor customer service and so-so discounts, but luckily I had a great experience over labor day weekend! (I've been to this outlet mall before but didn't go inside Tory Burch because it is all the way at the end of the mall, plus the one time I walked there, the line to get inside was 50+ people long. I've always liked how the bags and shoes look, but they don't go on sale that much at the department stores.) So I came here on Saturday morning at 10:30 and there was no line! I enter and am so happy to see many bags and shoes, and 40% off everything! The shoe area has lots of flats, wedges, flip flops, pumps, etc in different colors and fabrics, and it was very crowded. A salesperson was calling in the requests for shoe sizes as they asked customers to form a line. Some customers were rude and inconsiderate as they tried to cut the line or ask for many pairs of shoes as others waited. I ended up getting a pair of Mini Miller 45MM pumps in navy, and a Bryant Quilted shoulder bag in red agate, for 40% off (the bag was on sale already before the additional discount). The salespeople were hustling on the floor to help customers, but the line to pay moved very slowly because they only had two cashiers. I saw a lot of cute bags, wallets, shoes, and would have bought more stuff but I live far away and knew it would be hard to return or exchange anything in case of issues, especially because their return policy is only 14 days. Considering that it was a holiday weekend, the store was clean, well stocked and had a great variety. I'd love to come back. read more

This is my first time here at the Tory Burch Outlet. It was Veteran's Day weekend and there was a line just to go inside the store. But the line moved fairly quickly and the whole store was 40% off that day. I didn't plan on buying anything but with such good deals on quality bags and shoes I gave in and purchased a new bag and flats. They seem to already ran out of my size in all the flats I liked but I was able to get my hands on a pair. The sales person was fine and I was happy with my purchase. But buyer beware as it is an "outlet" store, do your homework and know that the items made for the outlet do not have the circle around the double T's, if it does then it came from the retail store as a discontinued item or mark down. I love going here on a weekday, less crowd, better parking. I love Tory Burch and this store has affordable purses and shoes compared to the shopping malls. I got espadrilles for $97 and a ballet flat for $130. I think that's pretty affordable, for the brand. This store usually has an additional 40%off on top of the sales. The last time I went here, a lady named Grace helped me, she was very friendly and nice. I had my toddler with me so she understood how I was a bit distracted, while shopping, crying baby and all. But she was checking on me on how I like the shoes, and if I needed more help, I really appreciated that. Great location, came in for their new years sale, it was 50% off + 20% or 10% original prices. Samantha was my sales associate and she was a gem, incredibly helpful, was very patient despite me asking for different designs and sizes the whole time, lol. I love this store and so does everyone else, apparently. It is always a madhouse in here with people and their kids and strollers, and husbands trying to keep themselves scarce to let the fiending women through. The sales associates are super helpful albeit sometimes I feel like some of the ones up front follow you around the front tables trying to act nonchalant but totally look suspicious (like they think you're up to something.) Subtlety ladies...work on that! In the back, the shoes are a very popular destination. With so many amazing styles included in their sales it's no wonder they attract such a crowd. Sophia helped me and 4 other people at the same time and was a sweetheart. She was patient and put together despite being in a sea of shoes and people needing her attention. Inventory was stocked on my most recent trip - and the extra coupon in the coupon book was an added bonus. The one thing that I noticed that could use fixing is the seating area for trying on shoes. Some of the couches look completely worn out. This is not a good reflection of the Tory Burch brand. None of her retail stores would keep a couch that looked like these for more than a day before it was replaced. I understand that the outlet probably sees 5-10x the traffic of a retail store but the maintenance of the store and products should be the same. There's nothing less enticing at TB than having to sit in a dirty looking seat to try on an expensive and classy pair of shoes. read more

They prioritize certain customers over others because they wanna sale as much as they can. I was literally standing in the shoes corner trying to get an associate help me try flats I wanted to wear to my new office job. I was super excited to find out that they opened a Tory Burch Outlet. It was the primary reason I wanted to come to the outlets. It was super busy that you can't really get customer service since they're all occupied. The outlet discount price is not that big. The classic Tory Burch Flats (black leather with the Tory Burch Pendant) is $199 it's originally around $275. The purses were also upwards of $200-$300. Not worth it since you can get Tory Burch on Poshmark app for even cheaper some are even new with tags plus you can haggle for a lower price. read more

This is about quality and not customer service. Customer service was fine nothing bad but also nothing remarkable. Don't go on the weekends and don't go during sales line is out the door around the corner and so not worth the wait. Well, I should have followed my own advice but I really do love the product. I have more Tory Burch products than I can count and love them all, except for the one item I purchased at the outlet. I had never purchased from the outlet but thought the quality would be the same fast forward less than a year later and a bag I bought for over $300 (on sale) is ripped at the seam. I barely used it because I'm always changing purses. I'm disappointed because yes although I did pay less for it than what I normally pay for my Tory Burch bags from Nordstrom's that's still a lot of money and at least with Nordstrom they honor their products whereas I have no idea what the policy is at the outlets. Bottom line -- I'm wondering about the quality of the products being subpar to that at major retailers. I'm also wondering if they honor the integrity of their own products. A must-visit if you are a Tory Burch fan! The savings really can't be beat. Shoe section always seems to be the most popular, as there is great variety at almost 50% off, at least from what I observed from my last 2 visits. Their bag selection is not too shabby either! Every time I've visited, the store associates have always been too busy to proactively ask if I needed assistance, but I've always received great service whenever I did ask. The only inefficient aspect is the line. There is always a line to get in, which makes sense considering the savings, but the system seems inefficient. They let only 4 or 5 people in every 5-10 minutes, even if a large crowd of people exit within that span of time. I feel the line would move much faster if the amount let in = the amount exited. Came here just yesterday (my second visit) to take advantage of the Labor Day sale: Buy $300 get 20% off, $500 get 25% off, and $700 get 30% off. I arrived at the store around 11am and had to wait half an hour in line. The line progressed pretty fast though so it wasn't too bad. My goal were shoes so I made a bee line for the shoe section. It was already packed, as expected. Surprisingly they were very well stocked this time (my first visit was just meh). I'm a size 7.5, and they had my size for all 3 pairs that I was interested in. I ended up getting 2 of them, both flats. I was tempted to get a pair of slippers but in the end could not justify the $140 for it. xP The SA who helped me, Jenny, was very nice. In comparison, the TB store at the Camarillo outlets is much bigger and has a bigger selection of shoes. But overall, great experience here. Thank goodness the Tory Burch Outlet is in Livermore now! When the Paragon Outlets first opened I wasn't too thrilled with the limited options. However, since they've expanded there is definitely more to see. My family and I visited Tory Burch today. My mother informed me that; as she entered the store. NOT A SINGLE sales associate greeted her or gave her any kind of assistance. She said she felt like they shunned her because of her appearance. She did meet this extremely helpful and personable sales associate named Paul. She noted that Paul was the only person to approach and offer his help after she'd been shopping for over 10 minutes. Note: The other sales associates (women near the register) were gossiping and saying rude things about Paul. My mom asked him to hold a hat for her at the register, she said the ladies were cackling and mocking him. Saying that would be the only sale he would get. WHAT KIND OF TEAM MEMBERS WORK HERE?!?!!? Paul helped my mom, cousins, and I pick out amazing accessories! My mom purchased 3 hats, I got a red bag, my cousin found a cute clutch! We all left happy =). I am trying to return a pair of sandal that I can't wear it at all since it is very painful as it has this wood Tory Burch design on the middle. The manager told me that I missed the 14 day window. I emphasized how uncomfortable this $200 sandal is. I wore this sandal from my house to the front door of the house. The cashier called the manager and she told me to call the customer service number. When I asked her for the number, she asked me if I know how to google. Really ??? Worst costumer service ever! I like Tory Burch brand because it has a good quality and elegant style. Getting it on a discount is always better than paying full price. But this outlet store has a bad costumer service. They have TONS of employees on the floor working but their not organized at all. I don't know how they set things up here, but you can see who are the employees that are hustling and who are the one just talking and chilling. I bought a shoes here and I swear I waited 45minutes just to get a my size. The particular one that I like happened to run big so I keeping asking for a smaller size. The lady was assisting a lot of people aside from me, but non of her co-workers step in and help just to lighten up her load or something. When I'm about to leave because I just had enough, she showed up and brought me the right size that fits me. Of coarse she had some explanation why it took her forever. But whatever... So when they rang my purchase the cashier told me a different price. And I told him that it was on sale that's why I'm buying it. And he insist that those collection was not part of the sale. Then of coarse I have to demand why would your employee tells me that it was on sale then? So he ask the employee on the radio if she really did told me that those shoes were on sale. And she said yes. So the cashier has no choice but to give me the sale price. I ain't paying full price if they told me that it was on sale. I finally made my way out to shop at the San Francisco Premium Outlets and Tory Burch was the first boutique I entered. It was 3 days before Black Friday and the hustle an bustle of shoppers seeking great deals were already in full effect. The customer service from the associates were so polite even with the frenzy of women all hovered in the shoe gallery trying to get the perfect shoe. It was my first time here so the chaos was a little overwhelming. An associate must've caught my frantic face and graciously told me there is a line in the middle right over here where you can take the shoe you want and someone will get you the size you need to try on. ((Thank you so much)) she was so sweet, I greatly appreciated that. My girlfriend was in the apparel section and wanted to try on a vest but couldn't find the size she needed. An associate in that department asked her to wait and within minutes found her size and it fit perfect. Little did we know the size she needed was on the manikin we saw earlier on display in the back of the boutique. We went back to check out the display to see how it looked on again, and the vest was gone - sales associate already had a new coat on the manikin. That's how we knew the vest she wanted in her size was the one on display. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - even during the madness of the holiday rush. The shoes I purchased were a little snug but they were the last ones available and 1/2 size smaller than what I normally wear, but I wanted them so badly that I bought them anyways. I should know by now after owning a few pairs of TB that they tend to be a little snug in the toe area on heels and wedges with a little height so I should go up a 1/2 a size. After a few weeks I called the store to see if they had the same shoe in the size that I needed and they did. The associate politely told me that they were super busy at the moment but would have someone call me back in 20 minutes. I thought that was just a nice way to blow me off, so I was expecting to trek out there in the morning to buy them. Little did I know they kept their word in calling me back, looked up my customer profile and before you know it, I received my new shoes in the mail today.
