Came here on a Saturday and the employee in the fitting room are too busy talking to each other instead of asking of if you needed help .

This is going to be a quick review because the only thing I want to say is that my quick visit here was a good one! Granted, it's an outlet and I do expect bargain buys, I had no plans of making a purchase. I saw a few packs of socks and thought, "Huh, I could always use those..." So, I grabbed a couple of them priced at $9.99/pack which was fine. But it got rung up and they came out to $2.99 per pack!!! Shit service. Had to emergency find clothes for an event the next day, and arrived with enough time to quickly find things and over 10 minutes to spare before they closed but they had closed fitting rooms early and the guy employee didnt let me in, even when I said I really needed this and would be out in under 3 minutes, I just had 2-3 things to try on. I could've paid and been out of the store before they closed. But clearly they didn't give a shit about customers nor about making any sales. Also asked the guy if things could be put on hold to quickly pick up the next morning but again the immediate response was no. wtf? how the fuck does if affect them or cause any trouble for them to let me do any of these things? he eventually had to think about it and said he would ask a manager, but its already so clear how horrible service was. read more

This is a good size store. Everything is in order and you can see what you were looking for. Right now it is a good size amount of women's clearance but men's clearance for sale items as they put it is lacking. Check out he's pretty fast as well. read more

Worst H&M I've been to with the worst customer service. The store is in the outlets so it's large & packed with people, which is to be expected. The store had literally ONE fitting room that they closed 1.5 hours before store closing so the staff wouldn't have to recover the fitting rooms. No one announced the closure of the fitting room- there were no signs anywhere. It was just suddenly closed and the staff began telling people who had spent the last hour shopping to try the clothes on over their clothes. What kind of clothing store doesn't offer fitting rooms? It's ludicrous! I watched people sneak off to corners to try clothes on somewhat privately then leave the items on whatever rack they were next to- which probably created more of a hassle to recover than simply cleaning out fitting rooms. Absolutely absurd. The staff were openly talking about how they didn't want to be there, joking about the ugliness of certain clothing items, and were outwardly annoyed by the people in the store. This place needs a management overhaul ASAP. read more

So, where do I start. I went to H and M Livermore to shop and exchange. I found two pairs of jeans on the sales rack. I was confused on how much the jeans were advertised as considering they were both on the sales rack. There was no price. Each item was different. Right behind me was Nathanael who was rearranging the rack directly behind me and working the fitting room. I handed the jeans over, and asked him the price. He scanned both with a price of $9.99 for the black leggings and the boyfriend pair no price, but that I can ask up front at check out. No problem. I tried both on, and the black jeans fit but not the other. Gave the other pair to Nathanael. At check out was Jesse. I explained I wanted to exchange two items for the jeans. I had a $4 baby shirt and $5 baby pants with receipt of purchase. The black jeans fit. Jesse said they're not on sale. Coming up as $29.99. Not only were they on a sales rack, but a sales rep confirmed sales price. Mia who is the store manager did a horrible job of trying to help make a win-win for everyone. She was nasty, unwilling to give me the price that was advertised as a sale product and what the rep gave me. She was stating policy this and that, and was doing everything to make this situation right for the customer. All of this at 10 am in the morning. She stated I can call corporate , and wasn't willing to help nor provide the contact information for corporate. Ok, what about the return? Because I didn't have the card for the return which was used by debit, and the purchased was made 1/16 and today is the 19th, H and M has already been paid which means giving me $9 cash shouldn't be an issue. Or store credit, but no. Mia said I had to find something that cost me $9. Her unwillingness to help me is the reason why she should not be in sales nor working with the public. H and M has already been in the press to be known as a racist store, so you would think that Mia would not want to continue to through flame on the fire. The bottom line is that Mia could have found away to hear where I was coming from as a paying customer and a loyalty member by making this situation right. She was unable to articulate her words and have a normal conversation with me about my dissatisfaction for this situation. Please avoid this store, because Mia who is an awful manager, can't articulate her words, rude and nasty, unhappy woman who makes H and M look really bad, and gives these fast fashion retail stores a bad name. read more

Ed is amazing!! Great customer service by an amazing employee at the store. I saw this flannel shirt during the holidays and came back the next day to find out that the flannel shirt had been sold out. Every size except the one on the mannequin, which, was the size I needed. I was told that it could not be removed and that I could leave my contact info and someone would call me when the visual department removed it. Surprisingly enough, It was stolen off the mannequin the following day. I was so disappointed. However, Ed went out of his way to ensure that his entire stock team knew if one has arrived to put it aside for me. He continued to keep in contact with me and pursued to give me updates about then item. After a few weeks passed, I received a call from Ed. He mentioned that they received the flannel shirt. I came down the next day and purchased it! As a retail Store Manager, I rarely don't expect great service like this from a larger store. I was greatly surprised! Cashiers both gave me and my girlfriend dirty looks and argued over who was going to ring us up, my girlfriend ended up not buying her stuff because of this. Don't want to assume it was racially motivated but we didn't really do anything to elicit this reaction. They were making rude comments and not really hiding it either read more

Last month I purchased a pant in store and I went to return it on time but they said that the item I bought was returned by someone else and someone returned it in store. That item I had bought after it was returned. They said that the number on the receipt doesn't match to the item. I asked them if they could do something about it and they said exchange only. They won't help us and were super rude to us. We asked if they could call the employee who scanned the item and they said no. They weren't admitting their fault and started meaning very rude. When there's nothing we want to buy in return of it we still had to. Never shopping from them ever again..employees were way to rude. read more

I was trying to do an online return that was made June 25th and they would not except it on July 27th. Literally two days after their 30 day policy. Horrible customer service and very rude about it. The store was also a complete mess. This is why I hate H&M. read more
