For outlet their prices are still quite pricey. I found a pair of jeans I liked but at $98 that was regular retail price. Hard to find your size if you're petite. Overall large selection of options however it would be much more appealing if it were actually outlet prices. read more

I am a very pretty big dude and I personally have a hard time finding pants that fit me. So I Came into the store and saw how crazy everything was at the time. Customers were pulling pants left and right making a mess everywhere. I was a bit worried that I was not going to be able to get assistance for the pants I was looking for but thankfully one of the employees who's name I think was Christian made me feel very welcomed and at ease given all the chaos going on around the store. He helped me find the perfect pair of jeans and was very helpful. He also recommended to take advantage of the sale going on which gave me more bang for my buck!! Overall this store definitely has one of if not some of the best customer service and satisfaction I have felt in who knows how long. One of the best experiences in any retail store. I believe her name was Alyssa can't 100% remember but she helped me with everything. I suffer from really bad social anxiety so I was already anxious about going into the store alone, when I went up to the register I had to do exchanges for 5 pairs of jeans she went above and beyond to help me find the exact sizes and styles I needed. Instead of being annoyed to even have to do exchanges she offered to help me find what I need. This is the type of employee everyone should be. So stuffed full with people and probably the most dirt and dust covered floor I've ever seen in a retail store situation. Right by the front door its possible that the recently moved a display box. 1/2 inch thick dust and dust bunnies hopping all around. The built in front door type mat - flush with the regular foor was doing overtime duty. Quickly walked through. Didn't notice any selvedge or anything that caught my eye in terms of a good lookign wash or made in USA stuff. I would go to Diesel instead. Not all their jeans are made in the USA but some are if you check the labels. Left quickly - felt good to get out of there. read more

We thought we got a good deal, but when we got home and check their online sales, the prices were way better online. Buyers beware. Anyway, this is about their return policy. We never got our email receipt somehow, and that was the only receipt we would have had. Apparently returning something without a receipt is a nightmare. Yes, you will get store credit per company policy, but the store decides how much you can actually get no matter how much you pay. Even after we showed the charge on the credit card statement, the cashier wouldn't give us the paid amount as store credit. We ended up losing 25% of what was actually paid. Today, on September 26, according to 2 associates the store was understaffed and they closed fitting rooms earlier. It was at 6:25 PM on Sunday, According to store hours they close at 7 pm. Two older ladies one with short gray-haired hair another with red hair and pony tail were not only rude and unprofessional, it turned out they lied about staff shortage. 5 minutes later when I walked to the register I counted total of 8 associates. 4 at the counter and 4 on the floor with may be only 5 other shoppers in the store.. Ridiculous. Also this person with the gray-haired short hair slammed the door and scared my children! Crazy! read more

Went to the Levi's store at the Livermore Outlets today and when I went into the fitting room, I noticed how filthy it was, I was trying on black pants and the floor was so filthy and so full of dust it was hard to try them on without getting them dirty, I mentioned to the store manager MEGAN and I showed her the pictures and she said that the fitting rooms get cleaned everyday, I'm sorry but there's no way the fitting room would get this filthy in a day. read more

They're rude. One of the worker girls came near me while I was looking at jeans as if she was looking to put something back and proceeded to walk to towards me as if I was supposed to move without saying "excuse me" then as I'm in another section a guy approaches me, I can only assume he thought I was trying to steal, when I say I'm just looking for my size, which they didn't have, he says rudely with an attitude "I could help you" and then just walks away. Even I was trying to steal why would I be stealing a stack of discounted khakis? They're obviously discounted because no one is buying them. read more

Very unfriendly and mean employees- me and my friend were waiting in the line for at least ten minutes, there was only one register open (the place was pretty empty, with 5 employees, 3 of them doing literally nothing). I asked if there's any chance they are able to open the second register (since the customer in front of us was taking forever)- got the answer "No, we never open it". I asked how much longer is that gonna take then "A MINUTE"- the employee almost yelled at me. I apologized and said I didn't mean anything bad it's just we were waiting there for a little while now. The selection of great denim jeans and prices are astoundingly great. It's very close to alot of my favorite coffee shops too. They have the best in fashion trends and non trends to like y'know something I'd like. They have some jeans that seems like they were made specifically for me. Guys on the floor helping out very friendly. Female cashier not so much. Her name might of been Valerie. To be in customer service she really needs an attitude adjustment. If someone asks you for a stock check I don't see how that can be an issue, given the fact that' it's part of your job. Also, next time you tell someone not to sit on a certain section you should try asking politely. You are lucky I didn't feel like making a scene. I'm pretty shocked, honestly, that an employee would be this rude to people who simply wanted to get some pants. Living it up in the mist of the Paragon Outlets sits a wonderful Levi's Outlet Store that contains the magical pants the MR needed because he has what I call "skinny people problems" Pants either too big and to short, or too big and too long, or the back pockets makes his arse look terrible. We were at the Rack earlier in the day and found a nice pair but wrong size and there were holes. So at 40$/pair, we though to make a quick drive to the outlets to try our luck. The pants aren't that much cheaperrrrr than say Nordstrom Rack or Kohls, but they do have all the sizes and the colors AND its neatly piled together. YES. It was also 40 a pair if you buy at least two, which was our original plan so it worked out perfectly. All the sizes are there and very organized. The dressing rooms were clean and big enough and you don't need to wait for an employee to let you in. When we arrived, there was a total of two employes working. One at the cashier that wasn't paying attention and another lovely young lady who was rushing around trying to help all the tourists with their American sized Levi's to bring back to the mother land to mark up and sell to their friends and familys, haha. But really, there was no service which was okay since they left the step stool out so we could grab what we needed. Don't need to pay for bags which was a nice touch. We got what we needed, in and out quickly, and were on our way elsewhere. It's a really nice store that caters to both men and women with all sizes and styles and colors, like an actual store that has options instead of whatever that might be left over from last season- which could explain the prices. But good quality for that price, is a sweet deal. read more

I was in here looking around for whatever caught my eye, I wasn't looking for anything specific. But while I was checking out the hats by the register (because I collect hats) a young girl and her mother both walk up to the same register at the same time and I over hear the cashier ask the girl "are you guys paying together or separate" and the girl replied "separate". The cashier then rudely told the girl to "back up, so that he (her coworker ringing up someone else) can help you get out of here faster".. the girl says nothing and proceeds to get back in line and the cashier that told her to "back up" ends up ringing her up anyways. I just didn't like how the girl was talked to in my opinion. Other than that I tried on some clothes in the fitting room and the fitting room I was in was dusty as hell. Over all the employees had a poor attitude. If you can make it out to the Milpitas location just go there, they have better stuff anyways read more

I came here yesterday to find some jeans that will fit me when I wear my knee braces. Marsol (sp?) helped me sooo much. She found the perfect pair, the perfect pair. It was men's jeans, but it did the trick. I came home, put on the braces & put on the jeans. Loose, but not tooo loose. There was a crowd, but it wasn't tooo bad. I walked into Levis not really looking for anything and was helped by a rather short girl named Farhana. She asked me what type of jeans I was looking for and I wasn't really sure. She recommended white demi curve modern rise jeans and they looked amazing on me!!! Every time I wear them I get so many compliments on how good they look on me! I went on a busy Saturday, but the store had plenty of sales staff. At least 4 different sales staff asked me if they could help. They were quick and went off to find other sizes on the shelves and bring them back to me. No complaints about service. The prices aren't compelling, but OK for Levi's quality. However, there are so many Levis on the shelves that I have come across two pairs with quality issues. One was labeled incorrectly. It clearly was not a 32" inseam. It was 30". So I pointed this out to the sales person who took it in the back and thanked me for pointing it out. The other was a black pair of 505 jeans that I really liked and wore for several months. Then the stitching on the leg in the calf area pulled loose and I had to return them. I have never seen this on a pair of Levis and I had owned many pairs over the years. Since I didn't have my receipt and I'd worn them for a while, they gave me a partial refund of $21, which is probably a little less than half what I had paid. I didn't protest because I did get some wear out of them. Only problem was they didn't have the same style in my size in black. Too bad. My rating is based on very good service, so-so prices, and so-so quality of the product. By the way, Paragon is a zoo on Saturdays and probably most days. Good luck finding parking! read more

This Levi store is pretty decent for only being a couple years old. I always tend to go the the one located in Gilroy, but this one is good enough. It all comes down to what your looking for and how much your willing to spend. I go to the clearance section to see if they any good stuff there and majority of the time they do. You just have to luck out and hope they have your size in t-shirts or jeans. Over all, its well kept and clean and customer service was great. Although this isn't my go to Levi store, but since its close by i wouldn't mind stopping by every now and then. read more

We went back in Sunday to exchange them. They had my fiancées size but I still had no luck. I told one of the workers of my issue and asked if there would be a different option since I was driving pretty far. They told me of the option of returning and them calling another store to see if they had my size.
