The person I left them with said he would try examine them the same day. I know it got busy in the shop just before I left so I can understand if that didn't happen. The staff is pleasant to speak with yet I'm having a similar experience to Nathan regarding communication and them setting expectations for me. Based on past experience, I am used to a 1-2 day turnaround so have been very antsy waiting to hear back. It's a shame because I really love this shop but I can't handle them not communicating and/or setting better expectations. When I understand the situation I can be pretty understanding.
