I had a loose lightning port on my iPad 7 (hard to get it to charge) Ryan quoted me $80 for a port replacement (which I think is a solid price). When he got into it he found that he just needed to tighten the screws, lowering the cost to $50. Good service, nice guy. Also he pivoted to be a card shop first with the electronics repair as a more of a side thing. So don't be surprised if you feel out of place at first. read more

I was having trouble charging my iPhone. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a minimal fee. Works great!

Awesome guys & Service - will be going to them going forward! I messed up the charging port of my iPad - it was fixed in minutes. Ryan is awesome and so nice! Thank you! read more

Kevin was amazing! I had a great conversation with while he was fixing my 11 pro screen. He is warm and welcoming and definitely in the holiday spirit. He even gave me a free screen protector! Definitely recommend and will come back countless times read more

I called and was quoted a great price and when I went in - was greeted by a really nice guy who had my iPhone XS Max broken glass replaced in 10 minutes! Amazingly great service and he guarantees his work. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Easy on and off 680 at Alcosta to get to his shop too. read more

I broke the screen on my phone on my way to take a hike. We had some time before friends came and saw that this place had VERY high reviews. Perfect timing. Unfortunately, I got to the shop at 11A (opening time), and no one was there. I made a call to the shop only to be told that they were running late. It happens. But, he said because he was running an errand for his wife, he would not be there for at least an hour and if I can come back. Although I'm positive they do great work, I cannot be a customer. After my hike, I went to the mall kiosk to complete the work by someone else. I would have liked to be a customer. read more

Screen replacement for an iPhone X. Fast, friendly, and competitively priced. He provided good advice on what type of case to use to prevent future damage, and even provided and installed a free screen protector. read more

Ryan is unbelievable. Had a Shattered iPad Screen and he popped a new one in in hours. Highly Recommend this Business.

I been here a couple of times. I believe the owner is Ryan who has worked on my cracked iPhone before. He was quick and really nice. It was a walk in which was great because I honestly didn't have my time to take my phone to Apple and wait for hours I was in an out in less then 15 mins and the cost was only around $104 I saved hours of my time just going here. I went there 2 more times another times my iPad was cracked and Chris was the one to work on it he was really nice about it too. This time I dropped the iPad and came back the next day to pick it up reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone short on time and does not have hours to spend at Apple and in those crazy lines they are really quick and the prices are reasonable. There has been one time that Ryan told me it would be better if I go to Apple because it would be cheaper, this shows me this business is not all about making money and they really want what's best for the consumers. read more

Here is the bottom line. If you are looking for a fair price, honest service and quick turn around. This is the place. A pleasure doing business with this establishment read more

Ryan is Houdini when it comes to fixing all types of electronic devices....not just phones! This is my 2nd 5 star review in less than a year. Last time he fixed my water damaged iphone in a couple hours when no one else could. This time, I went in because my cell phone had been run over by a car after i dropped it loading groceries. Took it in and he ordered parts and next day in 1 hour my screen and camera were fixed! At a price that is 80% less than a new phone would have been. BUT THEN I mentioned my audio drivers in my laptop were fried and the laptop company, who tried everything on phone with me, wanted me to send it back East for 10 days. He told me to bring it in and in less than 5 minutes he figured out a way to make the microphone work again! BUT THATS NOT ALL! I also jokingly asked if he could fix car key fobs and of course he said yes, even sodders the wires if needed. The man is a genius. If your in a bind electonically- GO SEE RYAN. My Samsung Galaxy S6 broke due to my clumsiness. The LCD was basically gone, bled out. AT&T disappointed me, had to pull out my S3 for a few days. Looked around for a repair shop and Ryan's store popped right up. Went in to see him, very friendly and honest service at a fair price. He fixed my S6's LCD (replaced it) as well as the cracked up back panel. Took it in Monday afternoon, had it back Wednesday afternoon. I highly recommend his store. REMEMBER to bring CASH or DEBIT card...no credit cards accepted... read more

Ryan did a great job fixing a cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 2. His quote came in 30 dollars less than the next closest competitor and was 80 dollars less than at least one other location. He didn't have the piece in stock but got it within a few days and gave me a call when the part came in. I am writing this review from my fixed phone, which feels as good as new. Overall, I was very happy with the service he provided and I would recommend him to others. read more

Worth the price! We've used them a couple of times and get consistently great service for repairing our iphone screens! Great hours, great service, and they do a thorough check that all the features work upon pick up. Thanks R&S! read more

Very bad experience. I brought in my sons iPhone because the charging port wasn't fully holding the lightning cable. Technician stated we needed a new port and it would cost $50. He replaced the port and we paid. After leaving we noticed the phone was shutting down and acting erratic. We decided go take it to Apple, who stated that motherboard on our 13 month old phone was fried and we needed a new phone. We took it back to R&S, but he refused to even look at it and said it wasn't his fault. No accountability, no customer skills. So now we are out $50 and the costs of a new iPhone. I would recommend going somewhere else that doesn't destroy your phone. read more

Ryan was very accommodating, very fast, and very fair. I recommend him for screen repair, computer networking and backup services, as well as T-shirt printing read more

My daughter's IPhone 5 phone stopped charging, so I went to Verizon and they told me the pins on the charger port were almost all stripped and that it needed to be replaced. They could not fix it because the warranty expired. They then referred me to Mobile Device Repair in Dublin. I went there and the kid told me he thought the price was $50 for a new port and then he went into the computer and then said it was $74 after tax. I never had a cell phone fixed so I just figured it was the going rate. It was Saturday and he said the guy who repairs them will be in on Monday to fix it. I then come in on Monday and then they told me they are out of ports and have to order one. He said it will be here on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and they call me and said the part has not come in yet. He now said the part could come as late as Friday. I come in on Friday and the part is still not in yet. Now I am super pissed. They then called me on Saturday and said my phone is ready. I come in and they have no charger to show me if my phone charges or not. Finally after 10 minutes they find one. The phone does charge now, but the phone speaker now does not work. They said the port is defective and it would take 3 to 5 days to get another port. I was furious. I asked for my money back and then left. This is the same place that got 4 out of 5 stars on Yelp. $74 for this horrible service. Not happy! I was then desperate and the closest place was R&S Cellular Solutions, which only got one star on Yelp. I called and the owner told me to come on by and he would help me. I got there near closing time and he said don't worry I will stay after working hours to help you out and get your phone up and running. He only charged me $45, which was $30 cheaper then Mobile Device Repair charged me. He was really down to earth and really wanted to do his best to help me. I was how the heck did this guy only get 1 star on yelp. He provided great customer service with a great price and the phone is working perfect now. I am so grateful that I found this shop. I will only go here from now. I need to get my Ipad 2 screen fixed and he quoted me price that was $30 cheaper then I got quoted from Mobile Device Repair in Dublin. I so recommend this place,! read more

Had the parts for my daughters 5c in stock. I called a few places and they had the best price for the repair and sounded very nice and competent over the phone. He was able to fix our phone in about 10 minutes while we waited. The owner obviously cares about his business and his customers. He treated us great, made nice conversation while he fixed our phone, and got us on our way. read more

Extremely rude employee...The store opens at 11 so I came at 11:13 and the man said We aren't open stand outside or come back

I completely busted my iphone screen and needed it fixed ASAP because its my only phone that I use for business. Every hour I am offline costs me money. I stopped by the local ATT store and was really dissapointed by how long it would take and also how much it would cost to get my iphone 4S back up and working. I did a quick search and discovered R & S, a local repair shop and was pretty blown away by how quick they got my phone up and running without losing all my phones data including my photos and everything that i would have lost if i had sent my phone back. The owner Ryan? fixed it right on the spot. Pretty inexpensive option and its good as new. I highly recommend going back to this shop. Cheers, Dave read more

Ryan did a great job fixing my son's Iphone 6s. It had a cracked screen and I literally called R&S at 6:40 pm and even though they close at 7 pm, Ryan waited for me to get to his store at 7 pm. Awesome job and quick too! Normally going to an Apple Store you'd expect to leave the phone there for them to work on, but he does it right there and then. He replaced my iPhone 5s with a slightly water damaged screen and fixed the camera in under a half hour. Very friendly and pricing is affordable compared to other screen repair places. read more

Quick service - great price for screen replacement. Replaced while I waited.

Don't go there! The employee was so unprofessional in so many ways. I went in for a screen repair and he ended up breaking my phone!
