I had brought my phone in for a battery change and I was desperate because I hadn't backed up my phone in over two years so I brought it in and I spoke to someone named Alex on the phone who agreed they could do it for $85. When I got there it was one guy who wasn't Alex and he told me it'd be 30 minutes. When I came back he told me he was in the process of replacing the screen because supposedly that was the problem not the battery and that it'd be over double the price however I'm 100% certain that was not the issue because I had been told it was a battery problem straight from Apple. At this point I knew that he was attempting to take my expensive iPhone screen and replace it with a cheap screen which is exactly what happened. I then had Nonstop glitchy issues with the screen but I admit I was just relieved to have my phone back. A month later I fell asleep while my phone was charging and woke up with a slight crack (on the inside of the screen) and black marks on the bottom. I didn't worry about it until the phone was unusable and took it back. They told me it was now $175 to fix the screen but ended up charging me $160 but the very next day the screen had a very similar issue to the first one with the black marks and cracking along with white lines that ran vertical and horizontal and the phone was again unusable but I had work and wasn't able to go in for almost 3 days I got back to the kiosk and explained the situation and the original scammer was there and told me warranty was voided because he "could tell" I had dropped it which was not the case and if it were I would simply have agreed to pay full price. I called the number and again talked to Alex who told me point blank I had been overcharged and he'd call me back. To my surprise he called me back but only to tell me his scamming technician told him I dropped it which I didn't and I assured him I did not. He told me he could only give me a partial credit so I told him I'd think about it. I went to another legitimate phone repair store for a second opinion and they told me the issue was they bent the phones edges while prying the screen off then added an extremely cheap and thick screen which the new technician told me would result in the screen eventually breaking. He said very plainly it was not the result of a dropped phone and I even asked him if he'd be comfortable putting it into an email so I could show this company which he agreed to. I called back the company and simply asked for a refund only on the most recent purchase not the previous one and was told nope that he already talked to the owner and offered me a partial refund. I told them I would simply contact my credit card company and make sure I reported it as fraud/scam and I assured him (Alex) on the phone I'd write a review about my experience with the company which he replied "Bro I'm just a worker you think I care if this company gets a bad review?" And I assured him I'd make sure to add that to the review as well. He then got a little threatening asking where I work which I replied and hung up. Do not go to this kiosk. read more

I needed my iphone 12 back glass to be replaced and got it done by them. Good: They repaired my phone in a couple of hours. Bad: The phone was repaired but the job did not look very neat. The back glass definitely looks cheap as compared to apple oem and has gaps at the edges. read more

I came back to see if they can fix it and the owner proceeded to yell at me on the call. And made excuses that it wasn't them. Went to get an antenna fixed. Told the people there a diagnostic had already been done and what was wrong. The tech proceeded to open the phone and broke the phone screen. Then on top of all that, they don't even have the parts to fix the phone in the first place. We aren't even from the area and have a busted phone until the parts can come in. Tell me the point of opening a phone knowing damn well you don't even have the parts available and won't have them available because they need to be ordered? Why? Why would you even attempt something like that? Then blame us for saying we wanted the phone open? Why would we say that when we told you already what the problem was?! Yes, they are willing to pay for the screen to get fixed but, did I mention, they don't have the parts for an iPhone 13? Then! They have the audacity to tell us to get Apple care and tell them the phone fell and then Apple would fix the phone...shady! read more

My wife cracked her iPhone 8+ screen. The service tech was very nice and completed the screen replacement efficiently. We are happy to have my wife's iPhone 8+ fixed; however, after taking the phone home, we noticed that the response time for the pressing keys on the keyboard is way slower. They do offer a lifetime warranty but we are worried that if we bring the phone back the response issue will get worse or another issue will pop up. That happened to us in the past with a cracked iPad mini with a different screen repair place. Every time we brought the iPad in, more issues came up. If the response time was the same as it was before, I would have given 5 stars hands down. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough to people. They saved me so much stress and money, came in here for a quick screen fix and ended up paying a pretty reasonable price, was finished in 10-15 minutes (granted, I came during a time of day that tends to be less crowded) I've come here once before and had to wait a little longer but it wasn't a problem cuz at the time I worked in the outlets and I just picked it up after work.
