    These guys are just amazing! Got my phones fixed fast and was impressed by their quality work!! Only recommend phone repair plus !!! Update: screen is broken again, I'm disappointed.

I filed a claim through AT&T/Asurion, and they offered to send me a replacement phone, but only in a different color. I really like my black iPhone 16 Pro Max and wasn't interested in switching to the desert sand option they suggested. I knew there was a uBreakiFix nearby, so I decided to stop in and see what could be done. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Rhea, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She pulled up my claim, walked me through everything, and got the repair process started right away. Since it was about 25 minutes before closing, she initially suggested I come back another time so she could complete the repair without rushing. I asked if there was any chance it could be done that evening, and she graciously obliged. Of course, I slowed things down by forgetting my "Find My iPhone" password, and by the time I sorted that out, it was already 6:45 PM. Despite that, Rhea took my phone to the back and got to work immediately. She even stayed a few minutes past closing on a Friday night to finish the repair, which I truly appreciated. She could have easily asked me to come back the next day, but instead chose to go the extra mile and take care of me on the spot. That level of customer service doesn't go unnoticed. I left happy, impressed and very grateful to have my phone looking like new. Thank you, Rhea! You're simply the best!

    I really should have stayed away based on the many poor reviews, but I thought since I had a PS5…read moreand not a phone repair, maybe my experience would be better. I dropped off my PS5 about 3 weeks ago and was told it would be $100 non-refundable for a diagnostic/attempted repair. If they could fix it, it might be done that day. If it needed replacement, I was told it would take 2-3 days and cost $150 total, including the non-refundable diagnostic. Since Sony quoted $220 to fix it, I agreed. Three days later, I still had not heard anything, so I called. That is when I was told the Fremont branch handles PS5 repairs, so my console was just sitting there waiting to be picked up and sent over. No one mentioned at drop-off that the Dublin store does not even work on PS5s and that it would take several extra days just to get looked at at another location. From that point on, I basically had to call Fremont myself for updates. Now, 3 weeks later, and after several phone calls from me every few days, they still have my PS5. They have never once contacted me proactively with an update. First it took several days for them to even look at it, then several more days to order a replacement part, and now I am being told the replacement part was defective and they have to wait for yet another part to come in. On top of that, the total cost is now going to be $280, which is absolutely not what I was quoted originally. If I had been told that upfront, I never would have dropped it off, especially since Sony quoted $220. If it were not for the $100 non-refundable diagnostic fee, I would probably just pick the console up from Fremont at this point. But after already paying that, there is not much I can do except keep waiting. TL;DR: if you have a game console that needs repair, absolutely stay away from the Dublin store and be very cautious about anything they tell you. My mistake was not insisting on a written estimate or some kind of documentation, because all I have is a $100 charge on my credit card and no receipt or contract.

Appointments were quick and easy. I was able to make next-day appointments with Mobile Kangaroo online. Good follow up and reminders in email and text. Drop off of the MacBooks were easy. Staff was professional, asked good questions to understand the problem, and even knew about extended warranties due to manufacturers issues. One MacBook was ready in 3 days; the other in about a week. Got a text and email to pick them up. Pickup was just as easy as the drop off. Great Apple service provider. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

    We needed to quickly change the password on my elderly father's Mac laptop ASAP. As a PC/Windows…read moreuser and didn't know how to navigate the Mac toolbar to do this. I tried to schedule an appointment at the Apple genius bar but they had no availability. The Apple website listed Mobile Kangaroo as an alternate source of support. I walked into the Pleasanton Mobile Kangaroo location with my father and his Mac laptop and asked the employee at the front counter if he could tell me how to change the password on a Mac computer. Rather than answering my simple question the employee rudely told me I needed to pay him $65 before he would tell me anything. I again asked if he could just point me to the right screen icon to navigate to the change password feature and he again rudely refused to tell me without a $65 payment. Then, another customer walked in and the employee dismissed me and began assisting the other customer. My father and I left the store and while sitting on a nearly sidewalk bench I figured it out on my own in just a few minutes by googling for the instructions. Had the employee been helpful we might have purchased a service agreement because the store location was convenient, but given the service they get this review instead. I do no recommend them because of the employee's attitude.
