This place really came in clutch for me! Water damage to my phone and they were able to fix it in under an hour. What's so annoying is that Apple claims to have waterproof phones, but a little splash at the pool causes my phone to shutdown completely? Anyways, the guy that fixed my phone for me took his time and really cared about my questions and longevity of the phone. I paid $280 which was $250 for labor/parts and $30ish for tax. I came into Computer and More for an iPhone screen replacement, and I deeply regret it. I was sold an aftermarket screen for $299 + tax, with the assurance that it was "exactly like the original." That was absolutely not true. Right after installation, my phone started lagging and glitching. I compared the new screen side-by-side with my husband's original iPhone screen, and the difference in color and display quality was immediately obvious -- the replacement was clearly inferior. I returned the next day asking for a refund, and the owner gave me a hard time, trying to charge me a 20% fee for his "work." I told him I'd go through my bank instead, which offers full protection. Only then did he agree to a full refund and returned my original screen. But when I got my screen back, I noticed a burn mark (see photo attached). He claimed it was just from a heat gun and would fade, but I took it to an authorized Apple service provider -- they told me the phone is now damaged beyond repair. So not only did Computer & More sell me a subpar product under false pretenses, but they also destroyed my phone in the process. This business is shady and dishonest. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. ----update! I brought my phone to Apple for repair, and they informed me that the antenna was broken--something that was working perfectly before I visited this shop. The issues started after they uninstalled the aftermarket screen, the phone completely stopped working. To make matters worse, the staff member had previously straightened my bent frame so well that you couldn't even tell it was damaged. But when I went back, he bent it back again. That's incredibly shady. Before going to Apple, I even checked with another repair shop, and both places agreed that something was definitely done to my phone--likely because this shop was upset I asked for a full refund. read more

I bought 4 devices from this shop. But when I got home and checked, I found that one of the devices was MDM locked. MDM means the device was still tied to another person's or company's account. When I told him about it, at first he didn't agree, but eventually he admitted and agreed to deduct $200 from my next purchase. However, from January until now (October), during these 9 months, he hasn't sold me anything else, so I never got to use that $200 credit. Now, when I bought something from his brother today, I came back to claim that $200. But he said it was too long ago and refused to take responsibility. Basically, he wants to take away my $200. Computer and More is an outstanding phone and computer repair store. The owner, Mohammed quickly addressed my iPhone issue. Mine was a simple problem in that I wanted the screen guard replaced as it was messy. There was a small crack so I wanted it shored up with a new screen protector. I'd never do this myself as I'm all thumbs. Mohammed did it in an expert manner plus he cleaned it. It looks and feels brand new! I won't hesitate to return with my phone, iPad, laptop, PC issues. Amir is wonderful! My dad has early-onset Alzheimer's but he still loves using his computer, so I've had to come to Amir for help getting rid of the computer viruses. Amir is communicative, knowledgeable, fast, and produces high-quality results. My family and I will probably be returning for another computer fix soon, so we are so thankful to have someone we can trust and who does the job well. I also needed help with my own laptop. The battery of my MacBook Air suddenly stopped charging despite the charging icon showing. I use my laptop for everything, so I was worried I might have to buy a new one. The "more" in "Computer and More" apparently stands for incompetency. I have never written a review, but I need to warn others about this place. I came in on Monday, November 17 with a charging port issue on my MSI. This has happened twice before, so I know what this issue looks like. I decided to try Computer and More after they quoted me $50-$100 for this repair. When I got there, the guy spent 20 minutes asking me the same questions over and over again, googling, and calling someone. Then he told me that it would be $180. I said I'd go somewhere else, and he suddenly went down to $150. I agreed and left. They said it would be done by the weekend. Also, they didn't have me fill out any paperwork, which is very unprofessional. So, Monday comes with no call. I call them and they tell me that they had changed the charging port but it still wasn't charging, and now it wasn't even booting. My laptop was also booting when I came in, so they had definitely messed something up and didn't want to tell me. They said they'd call me back in a couple of days. But they never called me! I called instead. They said they'd call me back after a couple minutes, but ended up calling after a couple of hours just to say the same exact thing as before: that it wasn't charging or booting. I told them that I'd be in to pick it up by Friday. The next day, I get a call from them (the only time they have ever called me). Some guy asked to erase my hard drive. Why would you need to erase my hard drive for a CHARGING ISSUE? I said no. He said that they could put in their own placement hard drive instead, so I went in to pick up my hard drive. He made me wait a super long time before giving it to me. I asked what was wrong with it and he said that the AC wasn't taking any power, which is literally why I came in to begin with. They said they'd call me back. Well, they never called me back! So I called them on Thursday, reminding them that I'd be in the next day or over the weekend to pick up my laptop. Then I asked specifically if it was not booting. They said, "Yes, it is not booting." So they admitted that they had messed something up. I come in on December 7. He eventually finds my laptop (after I had to point out which one it was), and then spends fifteen minutes opening it up and getting their hard drive out (which they should have done way earlier). When he hands it to me, I ask him for my charger, and it takes him ten minutes to find it (after showing me four chargers to see if they were mine). After he hands everything to me, I tell him that my laptop is not booting, and that it was booting when I came in. He confirms that. I said, so, you broke my laptop. Then he smiles this guilty smile, makes me wait even more, and calls someone. This other guy comes in after a while and tells me that it IS booting. I tell him that his coworker has said several times that it is not booting (so either he is lying or they are incompetent and don't know what booting is). I tell him to show me that it's booting, and he just shows me the ports screen and lies, saying that it means it's booted. I tell him to put in an actual hard drive and prove that it boots. So, they spend a long time trying to put in a placement hard drive. After forever, they come back to tell me to go home and get my original hard drive because his wouldn't work in my laptop. I was on a call with my boyfriend who fixes laptops, and I heard him say that this guy is lying. So, I start yelling at them (and I have never yelled at anyone in my life). They make me wait three weeks for a two day issue, then an extra 40 minutes, just to break my laptop and not do anything? This guy is not listening to me, though, and even starts blaming ME for taking my hard drive to begin with. So I eventually just put my boyfriend on speaker. He tells them to boot into a USB (very basic knowledge), but this guy is yelling at him, saying that it won't work. Eventually, my boyfriend has to yell at him to let him talk, so the guy finally shuts up and does what my boyfriend says. He pulls out a USB that was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM THE WHOLE TIME, and does what my boyfriend says, and it works! All that arguing for nothing! So, it boots up to the most basic page, at least (which I'm very surprised about). We'll see if it boots up properly when I put my hard drive in, and if they messed up my charging ports pins or not. I just grabbed my stuff and left. It took a whole hour to be able to even leave. These guys are a incompetent and unqualified and do not deserve your time or money. Go here only if you want them to ruin everything. Surprised they are even in business since they are so disorganized and horrible. UPDATE: They broke my laptop and my hard drive. Made some idiotic excuses. Never trust these guys. read more

I brought my PC in for repairs, but after three days, I received no updates despite repeatedly calling with no answer. On the fourth day, I finally got a call saying the diagnosis was complete, and the PC was ready for pickup. I paid $50 for the diagnosis, and they claimed the issue was with the GPU. I purchased a 4060 for $589 on Amazon, replaced the old GPU, but the problem still persists. Amir and Mohammed were very helpful. Mohammed even would text me updates and respond to my questions via text throughout the process. They made it very easy to communicate with them. My laptop hinge broke, so I was unable to close my laptop for about a year. Finally brought it to them to get it fixed. When I got it back, the power adapter input was misaligned, and the screen wouldn't work. But, this was because I failed to include my power adapter when I dropped my laptop off for repair. So Mohammed was unable to test it out. So, I brought it back the day after, with the power adapter, and he was able to fix it in less than 24 hours. He even came in on Sunday, on his usual day off, to fix it. As far as pricing - it's not cheap, but not expensive. But the service was great, and they did fix my laptop! Brought my computer here in December and still don't have it back! It's 4/4. They "fixed" it in January with a new battery (for $330) that died 30 minutes after we got it home. The built-in webcam on my Macbook Air stopped working, so I took it to the Genius Bar for service. After diagnostics, the Apple tech quoted me almost $500 for a replacement LCD screen assembly, and about $200 for labor! So I noted the part number and started looking for a less expensive option.
