They've got a good size store near one of the back side entrances to the shopping center. There's plenty of products to choose from here. Some really good deals too. They also had a ton of changing rooms to try clothes on, and plenty of staff to answer questions for you. My daughter was able to get 2 pairs of jeans, a shirt, and 2 swimsuit sets too. The store inside looks better organized than the other outlet department stores. Shopping there is more enjoyable. Customer service is also better than the average outlet stores. I can found a sales assistant easy and they're always ready for help. I also like the cashier counter is one line only and usually no waiting for too long to pay for the items I want to purchase. They have the promotional items right at the front entrance also make it easier to found some of their best deals. I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.

Outstanding service. I received a Tumi carry on bag 10 years ago as a gift. Recently one of the 4…read moreroller board wheels started to separate, which would "catch", making it difficult to walk with the bag. I first checked with 3rd party luggage repair shops. A highly rated shop did not repair Tumi (unable to get parts). I read that Tumi stores can do some repairs, and I called the local outlet store in Livermore (few miles away). Since this was an outlet store, I was prepared to be told that I need to contact a "standard" store. I talked to Dillon, who said he can take a look. When I got to the store, I first talked to a Tumi Sales associate who told me that the repair process is to 1) pay $25 (non-refundable), to ship the roller board to a central Tumi repair site. 2) After they review and pricing the repair, they would contact me. 3) I could OK the cost of the repair, or if I wanted the bag returned, it would cost another $25. Note - this official repair process & pricing seems reasonable, as a replacement bag is likely $700-$900. I mentioned I talked to Dillon about the repair and my bag was taken to the back. I was told that Dillon would take a look. After a few minutes, I was told to come back in about an hour. When I came back, wheel assembly was replaced. While the replacement is not exact (the bag is 10 years old), it was similar and you really can't tell. When I asked about the repair cost, they told me there was no cost. In an age of being "nickeled & dimed" for everything, this was a total surprise. I am not aware if this is "standard" policy, or if this store (and Dillon) was doing a favor. Nonetheless I cannot let such a positive experience go without mentioning.

They had a burnt orange saddle color and a bright blue. Monica walked by to see how I was doing and let me begin my neurotic handbag shopping assessment. My heart stopped because it felt like the stars had aligned so that our paths would cross today. The planets aligned too since they were an additional 30% off the sale price. I couldn't believe my luck. The last thing I wanted to double check was to see where the bags were made. Maybe I've worked with handbags for too long. Maybe I care too much about sourcing. Whatever it is, Monica confirmed that they were made in Italy. From there, I had to decide which size I wanted. It took me a while and when I called my boyfriend in, he was of course no help. When I had decided on the small one, Monica checked and saw that they had another one in the back. After having dealt with handbag sales for so long, I didn't mind either way. But I know that shoppers care and it was really nice of her to bring me that one.
