From the beginning, he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Instead of simply replacing the watch, Kasey walked me through several different options and explained the pros and cons of each. Based on his expertise and recommendations, I ultimately decided that getting my daughter a smartphone made more sense for our needs. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Kasey genuinely seemed focused on helping me make the best decision rather than just making a sale. That type of customer service goes a long way. Thank you, Kasey, for making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Verizon is lucky to have you!

Two people who may have been employees might have been helping customers but there was no conversation going on. A third guy came out of the back and exchanged hugs and back slaps with another guy. Then, he sat down at a desk and got on his phone. After several more minutes one of the other guys said, "He can help you, you know" pointing at the new arrival. The guy did a couple things and said he never saw a phone like mine (which is new) so he didn't know how to help me. No resolution. Maybe it was just an off day?

When I arrived there was only one person working and he was helping someone else. Then a second employee arrived and saw the customer that didn't have an appointment before me. I had to return my phone 30 days later and so I called to see if I could make an appointment and they said no just walk in to drop it off. I attempted to drop in but there was only one person working and helping someone else, so I couldn't interrupt. I had somewhere else to be so I left and came back later and experienced the same thing. When I walked in I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff member. I never leave yelp reviews, but my experience was so exceptionally horrendous that I felt it necessary to share. I've never experienced such a horrible phone retailer and do not recommend this place whatsoever.

However, I'm quite disappointed that many of them are probably not displayed in this store. You'll have to scroll through their website for more options. Just like other Best Buy stores, they're only good to go to if you're not being too selective with what you want. If you do, again just go online and make a purchase if you find something you can get right now. I'll just continue to do that.

The sale rep was insisted that I try the 2 week "free" trial of their internet service. I took the equipment, and returned it within the allotted time frame as I did not want the service, and there was no charge for the equipment, However, the phone line was not cancelled so my free trail cost me $93. I went back to the store and had the worst customer experience and no refund or credit was provided. Jesse was rude and condescending.

I have to say after several and I mean several times going into the store and calling CS I have…read moreresolved my issue ( I think ) I also have to add Austin has been working hard to help me get it done. I have learned that it is not so much the staff's fault as it is their CS and what they make them go through to cancel everything. I still have not received my $171.00 plus dollars back or the $18.56 air tags money (that I never even got ) and TMobile wont take the charges off my so called account that never existed but now at least this "account" is officially closed Austin the manager has said he will pay out of his own pocket the almost 25 dollars that T-Mobile charged me out of the blue for July and August????? yes T-Mobile has mailed me a bill for almost 25 dollars for 4 air tags I never got in February and canceled. So the moral to this story is Be wear of T-Mobile and their promises, I feel it is a bait and hook type of company that wont let you go even when you cancel etc. Again, I do have a different perspective of Austin, he is only able to do what they (CS) will allow him to do and unfortunately he is the one that gets all the heat. So my rating of T-Mobile has not changed but my Rating of Austin has gone up to a 4

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- NOT A CORPORATE AT&T STORE…read more DAN EXTREMELY RUDE Extremely poor customer service. I spoke with Dan, and he hung up on me twice simply because I asked whether this location was a corporate AT&T store. This location is NOT a corporate AT&T store -- it is an authorized retailer. What I found especially concerning was how defensive Dan became over such a simple question. There should be absolutely nothing wrong with a customer asking whether a location is corporate-owned or independently operated. Instead of answering professionally and explaining the difference, Dan was rude and hung up on me -- twice. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how this location treats potential customers. If you're looking for AT&T service, I strongly recommend finding an actual corporate AT&T store instead. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
