So as I normally do when I'm new in a town I search for great places and ZIGGYS it's one of those places, walking in probably after the just open and Nick was there like Superman lol he helped me with every question I had no pressure to buy and was just breath of fresh air in the world where customer service is going out of the window, since Tracy going to become my new hometown Ziggy's is my new shop, plus the cool sticker that's going on my laptop I truly appreciated the experience!! Came here to buy a budget bong for a quick smoke, as soon I entered I was attended right away, since it was my first time, he guided me and showed me around. I like it here. It feels like a good environment and energy. They have variety. They have all the high hemp wraps and I like that about this shop. Parking is the easiest thing here. Don't buy a puffco from them, they don't tell you this but they have been banned from selling Puffco products and puffco will not honor their warranty with you and Ziggys doesn't offer anything to make this right. Pretty shitty. read more

There are not enough things in the world that I could say about this establishment that has been brought to Tracy that was very much needed. The customer service and shopping experience Ziggy's has provided to my wife and I is 1st class in every single way possible. upon entering I was humbly greeted by staff (Mikey & Billy) and was amazed on just how clean, open, vibrant and organized this place was. parking is spacious and it is easy to find might I add! anyways! we came in looking and checking out what was new in our community after being told from their other successful smoke shop in Stockton that they were open here too, which is awesome because we would drive to Stockton to get what I needed that other smoke shops just didn't seem to really offer us. we came in looking for CBD cream/lotion we did some research on and browse their other options because my wife has tried various forms of brands to help alleviate her from her serve eczema breakouts that she gets quite often and was very not open to disclosing why she needed it but I told her that in order to get what was correct to talk to the owners. we were helped by Mikey who was very compassionate and caring about my wife's situation and recommended the perfect option and took the time to educate us on the benefits CBD had to offer and how it would help with the breakouts and skin rashes. he ended up giving us this awesome lotion for my wife to try and has been successful in taking care of the itch and getting rid of the red flare up patches that my wife was self-conscious about so thank you for restoring some faith in her Mikey if you or the owners ever read this. you have a faithful and loyal customer from here on out. aside from that we got to look around and were offered water and was advised if we wanted to see anything they would be more than happy to open up and of their many display cases to let us hold and get up close and personal with any of their water pipes which were cool because most smoke shops you go to you're just standing behind a counter looking at items from like 6 feet away. it's so cool to actually be inches away to look at things in fine detail and not feel rushed or asked if we want to buy that after stating we just wanted to look at it. i ended up asking Billy to open up like 9 cases because i got indecisive about what i wanted and each time he was more than happy to open up and i didn't feel like he got annoyed he was always smiling and offered to open up every case in the store if i wanted but i wasn't about to do that but awesome knowing that he, in fact, would if i wanted him to, i got to test out a product i wanted to see its function and it was perfect. i got to the counter and made light convo about where they were originally from and everything was just super friendly and they cared and i felt cared about and not rushed or pushed to buy anything. this is the #1 shop to come to if you want to be treated right and get grade A top customer service thank you Ziggys Team!!! read more

When we asked where a product was the gentleman who worked was sitting in a chair with another man and pointed over there. After we figures out where over there was we asked info including how much it was and all we got was I'm not sure. Then he said I think their $60. We left without purchasing anything. read more

Cool store with neat glass stuff. Me and my husband came in a couple of weeks ago to look at CBD products for arthritis and also look at different Bong glass stuff for my nephews birthday. The guy and the girl there were very sweet and very helpful. Friendly people and it was only about a 20 minute drive from our house. Very good CBD products in there and I will be stopping in and buying some stuff next week. Very clean and presentable shop and I felt safe. I am surprised because the store I used to get my CBD from in San Francisco was stereotypical 'smoke shop' and was pretty dirty and felt uncomfortable. My nephew is into Bong stuff and I have recommended him to this place because they have very cool glass. I am from Livermore but this is a staple of Tracy now if I have family in the area. I did not take any pictures of the place but I will add them next time I stop by. I have nothing but good things to say about the shop and those two. Good conversation with the girl and the gentleman there talked to my husband for a little. If you are in Tracy stop here and also check out a restaurant called Magellans. Very good food. I've always shopped at the Ziggys in Stockton, id drive there from linden. But the Tracy location made a great stop on my way home form work in the Bay Area. Best smoke shop in town!!!.
