Love coming here just recently bought my first off road cars here the traxxas erevo and a traxxas slash 4x4 everyone is nice and very knowledgeable. The owner takes care of his customers I had a issue with one of my cars and he took care of the part even though it was a operator error and not a product default. I was told by an employee, after waiting sometime to be helped, that this was a very good alternative to the much larger size 2200s. It turns out that the internal resistance value of this brand new product is worse than any battery I've had for the last 5 years. The service staff seamed to have better things to do than help me. Good selection, But they seem to help who they want. I wasn't happy with my service there and probably won't be back. The owner runs around doing everything while all the employees sit around and ask him questions like they don't know what they have in stock. I waited 2 hours literally while 10 different people where in and out. They are like lil kids arguing and trying to act funny. Maybe they just didn't like me I have no idea. One of his cashiers is zero help and just sat there complaining about how he was working so hard cashing people out. Maybe my $500 spent there wasn't good enough. read more

My husband loves coming here for his rc cars. But they have terrible customer service. They're either just standing around chatting up while customers wait to be helped. My husband has walked out a few times irritated for being ignored. If you want people to keep coming and having business in your store. Hire friendlier people. I recall my husband and kids coming in with a rc car and the guy yelled at them cause the car was dirty. What do you freaking expect its a rc car and it can get dusty when in use. Horrible customer service. I have gone a few times and each time bad service. They just stand around talking to each other and don't help. I have 15 rc cars so I always need parts. I will not go here and waste my time. I'll go to RC lynx or order on line. I do not recommend this place. read more

Rc-pro. C17. Beginner Aircraft ($49.99) I went in to browse and ended up leaving with this plane. The owner was super great on helping. Me. Out and the experience was good. To build the plane took around 45 minutes and is semi easy. Got it out for first flight. It flys good turns easy and is semi easy to land in grass. For a first plane id say buy it. The owner was so helpful taking a buddy in this weekend to get him hooked up with a plane in same line of planes!! read more

A huge thanks to Damon and his staff at CenCal Hobbies for hooking me up on their Black Friday specials! I picked up a Arrma Granite 4x4 BLX and a lipo battery at a great price! They were helpful in making some mods to my new battery to run on the EC5 connector that's on the Granite. Damon answered some of my questions via social media prior to me coming into the store. I'll definitely continue to support and do business with this local shop.
