The guy working there looked it up on the computer, and said no. But didn't offer to order it for me. Still I did get one thing I wanted.

When I stopped by to explore the store, I met some really nice staff and customers. It felt like a great spot to shop or just hang out with friends who share the same hobbies. They got a little bit of everything and also host weekly card tournaments too! I got to witness a live Magic the Gathering event on my random visit, which was a fun experience and gave me a good feeling of nostalgia. Dollar boxes sorted by team, what could be better? Time flew by and I actually came back after my appointment to continue looking. Ended up buying over 100 cards! Lots of graded cards, vintage, and unopened boxes. They also had a large collection of signed memorabilia, Star Wars figures, Matchbox cars, and Starting Lineups. I looked around at the merchandise in this area for a bit longer and then proceeded to browse other areas, where we also encountered more employees who were too busy (not helping others) to look in our direction or acknowledge us. The planner that I came for was no where to be found even though the online information told me that it was in stock at this location(it even told us which aisle). I did not bother to approach any of the employees to ask for anything because they all seemed pretty unapproachable, and the opposite of friendly or ready to assist. I found a different planner that I felt would suffice. My daughter found a bunch of yarn skeins that she liked for a crochet project, and then we made our way to check out. The woman who was checking us out sarcastically and abruptly stated "Ya got a planner, now your life's gonna be perfectly organized" as she scanned it and placed it in a bag. She was bitter about something, and that was obvious, but why would she bring that to work? I awkwardly attempted to laugh, my daughter pinched me, and then I just thanked her and we left. We should have spent at least double what we spent, but nobody wanted to help us spend our money. It's too bad. I don't know why, but it seems that this Michaels has a dark cloud over it or something, because the folks who work here absolutely hate their jobs and it really shows.
