I immediately went back inside and explained the situation, but the cashier refused to help and said it was my fault for not checking the vape before leaving the store. I understand that stores have policies, but a brand-new product that doesn't work should be handled better, especially when the customer returns right away. The staff showed no concern and offered no solution. Poor customer service and no support for defective products. I won't be returning and would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I believe he actually cared where I purchased my smokes! yep wanted me to come back! It doesn't take a lot to offer a lil customer service and Raj did. They have other smokes too ; ) and vaping goods and sum snacks, drinks and gifts, a few Raiders sweatshirts and that other team. I was there for the smokes didn't browse. It's located on Yosemite across from Big Lots, Save Mart shopping center.

Take your money and time elsewhere because they can't even open up their own shop on time!…read more I showed up on a Saturday at 1:30PM and the sign posted at their door clearly says they open at 12:00PM (website says so too). Responsible shops usually let customers in a couple minutes before their scheduled opening time, but this one had their doors locked, lights off, and not a single employee in sight 1.5 HOURS PAST THEIR OPENING TIME. Couple of the would-be customers waiting with me thought that they went to the local fairgrounds, but even then, how hard is it to put up a simple sign saying you won't be there? This place is truly one of a kind... because I've never seen a shop that didn't open during their own scheduled hours! LOL!

It was also super hard to find the store, since there were no lit up signs outside, and I thought it was closed. The address on yelp map is also wrong. They led you to a store further down north. My first impression is that they were sketch. HOWEVER, DON'T LET THE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU! The guy working there was knowledgable and super nice. He also is very talkative. I can just sit there all night testing samples, and talk to the employee. We ended up chatting about everything, while I test out liquids. Even though there were out on their top flavors, I still got some e-liquids. I'm mostly down in LA, and they are super competitive with prices. However, even though this is the only vape shop in merced, the prices are very good and a lot of selections.

This shop is ridiculous a bunch of unprofessional kids. I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. This is what I do. I will be seeing this through by trying to locate the shops owner. Let me add that they deleted my casino account while I had a money on it still.
