Clean, convenient and great staff. Wide range of vape products and isn't hard to find something you like. I'm personally picky and have always found my go to and something new to try. Appreciate the clean store and patient staff. If you're looking for a place that actually has a great variety of smoke and vape products, definitely check it out. read more

Clean store, friendly staff ready to help you out, and man the selection. They have EVERTHING you could possibly ask for. Especially when it comes to vaping supplies and equipment like coils ect. A while back I asked them if they would be stocking up on Halo Subzero e juice. The boss of the joint told me to come back next week, and lo and behold, they had my favorite E juice stocked and ready to go. Unfortinately, thanks to the A-Holes in charge of the state, their selection of e juiceis ls almost nonexistent (I am currently about to experiment making my own e juice, and going to test out a couple of clone recipes of Halo E Juices including Subzero and Kringle's Curse). But that's not their fault, as much as it' BS politics. I still go in from time to time to pick up new coils for my kit, and the store and it's friendly staff still carry on with helpful service, and a clean and well stocked store. Highly recommend them. read more

Went from 5 star to 1 and you can thank the long hair guy for that. Sad too because the guy that helped me return my 510 battery that didn't work exchanged me for a new one no hassle and made sure it worked. He was very nice that was months ago, the other guys at the counter are usually nice as well, and the guy that rang me up today was very nice. The negative experience was the dude with the long hair who came up to me and asked "why I was taking pictures of everything " and that "the boss doesn't like that" and looked at me all weird and scared. First of all. I didn't take pictures of everything. I took two pictures of the pipes because I couldn't decide what I want so I snapped a pic so I can decide at home and come back since I was pressed for time. Also I took one pic of the santa Cruz shredders prices so I can compare. And then I looked up few other things on my phone to see the reviews he probably thought I was taking pics. So 3 pics bro. 2 of the pipes and 1 of the price tags of the santa cruz shredder Not "everything " Also I get if someone is taking a bunch of pics and don't buy anything that could be sketchy. I get it. But the guy looked at me all weird and I even apologized and explained to him why I took pics and he still gave me a weird ass vibe. So I still bought one Santa Cruz Shredder, one cookies kindstack & a 500 count of Kratom. I would of bought even more stuff if it wasn't for his attitude and comment. I always come in and buy kratom as well. I might have to just choose another store and you can thank him for that. I was also planning on buying a bunch of shit next week like a pen, a pipe, maybe even a bong, a scale, some papers, and maybe even a cookies ashtray and scale. And when I did buy the items I did the long hair guy was acting all scared like I was going to grab something when he opened the glass door and try to run off or something. Anyways that's my long rant. I wasn't going to leave this review but it really annoys me when people treat people that way and judge. It's not like I look like a convict or a bum or something lol. read more

The one star doesn't reflect the employees, but you seriously doubled the price of your stiiizy biiig batteries. That's crazy I've bought several for me and for gifts, but now you're more than the dispensary, no thanks! read more

The people that work here are incredibly friendly. Living in a new town has proven very difficult for me and my anxious and agoraphobic self. There are just a few places I feel comfortable going. It's a very short list. It's funny to say this smoke shop is on my list of safe spaces, but it is. They're patient, friendly, and always answer my questions. I had some friends visit from out of town and also said this smoke shop was the only place they felt welcome lol. Thanks for all your help guys! read more

Type of business to tell you the return policy after the fact. Usually don't like being a stickler so when I noticed the vape I bought didn't have the protection sticker under it I still tried it out and it seemed to work fine until it died the next day. Went back 2 days later hoping the same guy I bought it from was there, he was. I told him about it and he then tells me how they tell people to test it in the store beforehand, not once have I been told to do that and this was my 4th time there. Then he says if I would have called and kept the package then maybe they would have considered exchanging it. You'd hope business's would give their customers the benefit of the doubt but this is not that kind of business. Good thing there's multiple other smoke shops in town. I'd check them out before buying faulty products from this place. read more

This is now my go to spot for vape juice, vapes, and coils! Weis the owner is one cool dude! He knows his stuff in the world of vape in and out! Furthermore, a local cape shop closed its doors a few months back, that was the only place I could find my vape juice I preferred and the coils I use. Weis took it upon himself to locate and put the vape juice and coils I use in stock! Thanks to all the friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff a 209 Smoke shop! Got the device that was recommended. Stopped working within 5 days. Came to swap it out but didn't have my RECIPT and they didn't swap it. Even was taking to the guy who sold it to me lol Been coming here since I moved to the area. Time to find a new place that appreciates a loyal customer. There's one every block so not an issue. Unfortunate to lose a customer over $40. read more

It's truly unfortunate that this shop refuses to wear masks due to "personal choices" even though it's mandated and is just a matter of respect and being SAFE. Do not come here if you want to feel safe because this is not the place. Sucks because they have a great selection despite they are overpriced. I will happily drive to Tracy Ziggy's shop to spend my money. Clearly these guys don't care about their customers or the safety of their community. read more

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review for this place. But here we are. I've been coming to 209 for a few years now and my god these guys are amazing! All the guys who are here care for their customers like they are they're own family. And will help you find what you are looking for as well as take care of any issues you may have with the devices you smoke with. I recently came in again because I bought two aloe mango ice puff bars (obviously a favorite amongst everyone!) and when my hubby and I took a hit it tasted super weird and burned like crazy! The aloe mango bars are not usually super strong like that so we both new these two were definitely not smokable. Not normal for the brand and shop since they have always been really strict in making sure the have the best products. So I brought one of them in see if they knew what could be wrong with it and so that I may buy a new one. It was no surprise The guys were shocked that the puff did that and assisted me by replacing the funky one with a new one for free!! Along with the rest of the purchases I made prices are always the best and will definitely continue to go to them!! Unfortunately we were not able to find out why the original two bars were off, possibly something to do when they were made, some defects that made it to the store. Thank you so much 209!! read more

If you're looking to get dry ass dutches come here, otherwise save your time and go somewhere else. I bought a box of dutches that includes 15 dutches. Had a great experience, excellent customer service! Broke a piece I had bought in the same day, they were able to cut me a deal on a sturdier piece and even threw in a couple cap and banger. These guys are the best in the valley! read more

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We bought a new piece and broke the down stem right after getting it. We bought a new one from them and it ended up not fitting, so we went back for 3rd time that day and they replaced the down stem and bowl and ensured fitment for free. Customer service is a big deal, I'm glad to see this shop does things the right way! read more

Dry dutches here and the no return-exchange policy is stupid. Products aren't fresh and a lot of the times defective.

I would come here all the time cause my coils would burn fast, and Weis recommended that I replace my vape pen AND he threw in some extra pods and juice on the house because he knew I spent a lot of money on replacement pods due to them burning so fast. It was definitely unexpected but definitely appreciated! Thank you so much! read more

Boy, this old girl learned something new today. Came here to buy a dab pen (first time) for THC wax. Dealing with horrible back pain, I need something to feel some relief so I'm hoping this will help. We met Christopher, who was an absolute gem!! He walked us through how to operate it, tips and pointers and different options of what I can use the pen for...they made us feel right at home. Yes, we were the dinosaurs in the room but if you are in my situation, give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Christopher....THANK YOU for your time, you ROCK!!!!! read more

This place is so friendly and helpful. Whatever you need these guys are experts and will set you on the right track. If you're wanting to try something new they'll help you look around and will help you with the right steps before you make any purchases and they don't always try and point you to the most expensive items they really help you find what you're looking for. Can't say enough good stuff. read more

There is a lot to say about this smoke shop! I am pretty new to vaping and really didn't know what I was doing, I got my first mod in Napa at a vape shop and they did not explain anything to me about it. When I decided to upgrade I came here, the owner has a great selection of mods, tanks and RDAs. I had no idea what to get and didn't really have a big budget. The owner explained all the different types to me and set me up with a nice little set up. Once I purchased it he helped me set it up and explained everything about it to me, he showed me how to make my own coils and how to re-WIC the cotton. Once that was done he went over all the different settings with me and explained what the differences were. And I was on my way. E-Juices: what a selection! This shop has the most juices that I have seen so far. I like the fact that I can go in there and tell the guys "hey I want a new juice and my taste pallet is this..." I pay the $1 tasting fee and they bring out some very tasty juices. I have narrowed down my favorite juices that I liked and even tried some that I probably wouldn't have tried till they recommended them. They have a deal every Friday and Sat where you get two 30mil bottles for $30 so you are saving $10. Plus they have other random deals every now and then. Check out their facebook and web site for them. And make sure you follow on facebook to get updates on deals. And no they aren't paying me to say this, this is just a really good smoke shop. Staff: the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like to stop by on my way home from work and bs with the guys. They do get busy at times but they do acknowledge you when you walk in the door making you feel welcomed. Overall this is by far the best vape shop I have ever gone too and I recommend that if you are in the market for vaping to come see these guys because I have had the best experience with them hands down. read more

This place is nothing short of a very well kept, organized, and highly exclusive smoke shop. I walked in with the intention of just getting my vape juice. But I was honestly caught off guard as to how knowledgeable these people are in here about EVERY single product they sell. They had all the brands I was looking for and in addition to that they also take the time to ask you what works best for you. Thank you again 209. Smoke shops like this are literally a needle in the haystack, and I appreciate the truly exceptional customer service. read more

Overpriced batteries , and they say you can return items that don't work but then hassle you when you try...better off spending your money at one of the other 100 smoke shops in town that will actually let you return things that don't work, I've never had an issue anywhere else. Very disappointed. Called to ask about a product and the owner taunted me and laughed in my face. Because to him, it was a stupid question. He told me I needed to see a psychiatrist. Wow. Very unprofessional. I use to be a customer, but I won't be anymore especially after this encounter. read more

I come to 209 smoke shop for all of my smoking/vaping needs. Zachary is the man and is very knowledgeable. One stop smoke shop in Manteca.

Wais and Marco have easily become two of our favorite people to see. The customer service, selection, and quality are something that is rare in a vape shop in this area. Can we talk about prices being fair and amazing?! First off, my boyfriend and I occasionally set out around Tracy, Modesto, and Stockton to see what other vape shops are offering but I will tell you nothing beats 209! Most shops in the area are selling mods for 10-30 above the prices I have seen at 209. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I only hope to see them grow into a larger space one day. Stop in and you won't be disappointed. Great glass pieces too! read more

I went into the shop after using the laundry store next-door. I believe I was greeted by Kevin I believe. And he helped me tremendously ! He Educated me on vaping CBD oil and the what would be the best, good quality CBD oil. Also, showed me the Vape pens and how to use them. The store was very well stocked and clean it look like it was just open brand new. This is going to be my go to shop and I have been to at least 10 in the last month and they sold me crap! The other smoke shops never asked me what I needed it for, Kevin did. read more

Had a phenomenal experience coming here. I'm originally from SoCal and I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy this shop has. Definitely the best customer service I've had since joining the vaping community. Excellent flavor selection, mods, boxes and accessories! This cannot be explained well enough in words, so you have to visit yourself. I don't usually write reviews on yelp, but when I do, I do it because it was well deserved. Came in to buy a battery for my cartridge, I was told were the battery's were at! I asked how much for a certain battery, the guy with long black hair and glasses told me it's 30 plus tax! So I asked him if I could buy it for 28$, he said no you can't it's 30 plus tax, then I asked if he could do 30$ , and he said no it's 30 plus tax, now my problem is that in order to make people want to come back, you want to make them feel good in some shape of way or form, what it comes down too is I'm a smoker I go to smoke shops all the time, I just moved to Manteca, I'm already not liking this town because of this smoke shop, every single smoke shop I've been to in my life has given me some type of discount, weather it be a dollar or 50 cents, do something for the customer so that they'll feel you did something for them, don't be a jerk and not hook a brotha up, at the very least y'all should put a little sign that says, we're 40$ today on special for 30$ even though it's be a lie, it'd still be something for us customers! Don't just tell me, it's 30$ plus tax and that's that! Man forget you! I will never go here again!
