It's so hard to find an authentic botánica. They are mostly located in the East Coast. I was across the street filling out some paperwork and my neck just shifted towards the direction of the place and decided to go there after I was done. I went in knowing but not knowing what I wanted or needed besides my favorite perfume I always purchase that can only be authentically found in botánicas. Yes, I like to have a unique scent. I was greeted by a young man and then entering is where I met Javier and a young lady. Javier was very stern but on point. The minute I walked in he knew I was unbalanced and carried something more deep that I couldn't control or understand. However, he was patient enough to want to help my not knowings and needs. I'm looking forward to seeking what I need to feel cleansed from the heavy weight I've been carrying my whole life. I can't explain how I felt during my visit but what I do know is that I'm looking forward to getting the knowledge, understanding, and healing from Javier.
