This is one of my favorite shops! Marcos and Susan are both very kind and knowledgable. I enjoy the inclusivity and respect for all paths, ethnicities, and traditions. I saw a review about not getting enough attention. The shop does get busy on weekends, but isn't that a good thing? I'd reccommend going during the week if you need more one on one. I got an African fairy statue for my daughter here and she loves it so! The people here are really good people and their prices are excellent. read more

Moonstone Metaphysical - Spiritual Shop Near Me - Los Gatos, California

The store had a good selection but I walked in with my partner and spent about 10 minutes or so. The person working (I think it's the manager or owner) completely ignored us. She checked in on the other two customers in the store. There was only three customers in the store. But she didn't even say hi to us and just walked past us multiple times. Just be aware and yes I am a poc. read more

Moonbeamy. . . of course it is. . . but, give it a chance Heart stones and lavender scents and tarot cards, oh my. Yes, there are more and more stores offering these goods. . . my advice is to hold multiple realities at the same time. Hold the truth that you might not take crystals and angel-themed card decks seriously, but that you might also benefit from comforting your nervous system. OK, so we don't need to whisk you away in the back of a white van to a secret cult embassy for you to experience real change. Our nervous systems are crying out for peace and quiet. Start at Moonstone. They have an amazing selection of crystals and scents that you can take back home. Unwind with lavender on your pillow. Place a crystal in your pocket and feel grounded. This shop has some of the largest crystals I have encountered. So much beauty. Great for just window shopping. The staff here are clearly well trained in how to not hit you over the head to sell you anything. They always maintain a respectful distance, offering support if you need it, but never, ever hard selling. This is such a kindness in the world of shopping today. Expect magic and miracles. Stop by Moonstone to amplify your expectation of magic and miracles. read more

I loved the selection of stones at this shop! The options were affordable and the staff was helpful in answering all my questions. There is so much variety that there is no doubt you can find what you're looking for, whether you're a first time buyer or a veteran. I was visiting from SF, and this store has a better selection. read more

A large selection of every size crystal imaginable. Unlike most other crystal shops, most of the treasures are in locked cases which provides a welcome buffer between those of us hypersensitive and the sometimes overwhelming energy. A bit pricier than some similar shops but worth the visit when searching for the larger crystals to adorn your home. read more

One of my favorite stone stores around the Bay Area. Every time I'm in the area, I drop by here and spend a good amount of time browsing their gorgeous selection. The owners are so nice; I've come in with my friend's giant husky and they not only welcomed him, but they treated him very sweet and didn't freak out that he'd break something. Their selection is plentiful here from smaller pieces to grandiose displays of art. I love the Celestite collection they have and their prices are affordable. I have a few, but I'm building a house now and hope to add more crystals around my house for display and have my eye on a few here! If you're looking to cleanse your chakra or if you just appreciate the beauty of these stones from the earth, you'll likely find something for you here. read more

Truly this is a beautiful store for your crystal shopping, essential oils, metaphysical books, jewelry, candles and more. Everything is well displayed and of high quality. I basically wanted it all! Their amethyst stones were some of the most vibrantly colored I've ever seen. Ethereal music plays to add to the shopping experience. I did purchase a colorful Buddha for my mantle that I'm very excited about and overall it was a lovely shopping experience. Why deduct one star then? I didn't feel overly welcomed and there was a not-so-friendly energy from the lady ringing me up. Didn't say hello or thank you or have a good evening-very transactional. It's a shame that service wasn't more warm given the rest of the positive energy of this shop. It's located in downtown Los Gatos and it's not an area I visit frequently. However I'd still like to come back and browse and see what's new and if the service is more friendly. These are tough times, businesses have struggled and I need to give everyone some leeway-maybe it's just an off day. Still, loved visiting this shop and hope to be back. read more

The environment & energy here is beautiful first off Faelan was an absolute blessing and was very helpful & kind ! it was badass to see how she was attentive and held the store down she reminds me of a Valkyrie! A SAFE HAVEN FOR ALL MY FELLOW PRACTITIONERS! This is one of my Metaphysical favorites in the Bay Area aside from Serpents Kiss in Santa Cruz! Lastly the divine products ranging from Crystals , Sages , Dreamcatchers , Deities , BOOKS! , Tarrot Cards , Candles all you could ask for & more were even more amazing! Trust me when I say you will not leave disappointed or empty handed! If you choose to do support this place & be mindful of yourselves and energy that's the only neutral thing I'd have to say! read more

Moonstone Metaphysical - Angel Aura - Spiritual Shop Near Me - Los Gatos, California

BAD VIBES. I was trying to buy sage, and I was looking around for who worked there. There was an older lady sorta lurking by the front, but I couldn't even tell if she was a shopper because it's not like she greeted us, let alone attempted to help us. I had to literally ask, and even then she seemed to begrudgingly say the price and nothing else. Just walked away. It's very much of a boutique style place where everything is behind glass, and it's sometimes difficult to figure out the price. But the way the shopkeepers are, they aren't approachable at all. I'll be taking my crystal shopping elsewhere, preferably somewhere where I can at least feel comfortable asking questions. read more

for a place that's suppose to promote "enlightenment" for my very first step in that shop I was immediately profiled. Sorry NOT SORRY for my brown skin and black hair. I had a man in a cowboy hat (makes sense right) literally stand behind me (the whole time) as I was looking at their merchandise I was even thinking of getting that thing that was the slightest worth purchasing out of all the other typical crap there but a soon as I noticed the obvious profiling pretty much decided for me not to ...so I waited for my girlfriend who was actually buying something to be done. Needless to say I won't be going back to that place. One good stereotype deserves another so thanks moonstone for validating my stereotype of shop owners on that street. read more

Such a warm and inviting place. I LOVE walking into this store. They are so friendly and the store always smells so good.

In a world where there are so many possible choices, finding just the right fit in an intuitive, psychic, and past life person can be daunting. Briana is not only the real McCoy, she goes beyond expectations and delivers more than I could even have imagined. She gets to the underlying issues, with her keen observation and understanding. She give's you chooses of what to do to take control of your life. She is not only ON target, but also opens up the possibility for deep positive change and progress. Thank you! I will do my homework and I'll keep in touch. You gave me hope in the battle I have fought alone And scared if I was making the right chooses. I now know there is light at the end of the tunnel. You are remarkable and I'm bless to have found you. You are so informative, you knew my situation before I even asked. You had questions for me, instead of the other way around. Truly remarkable, you are a gift from GOD!!! A true GEM. Thank you, Pherwick read more

Love love love this shop! The store greets you with that calming energy scent that's just so good it made me buy some jasmine scented candles and incense. Also come if you are into collecting moonstones as they have aplenty. And that serpent oil section is interesting. I took a photo and noticed the labels have interesting names. It simply indicates the shop is all about the entire well-being and senses. :D read more

I have been looking for a metaphysical shop for quite some time and I found this place online. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for stones or Tarot cards or candles. I love this gem store. They have reasonable prices and a GREAT selection of gemstones here, you will definitely see something cool every time you come in. I've come here for several years! I had a couple bad experiences a few months ago (no greeting but I would be followed around in the store, feeling rushed) but it seems like there have been some changes and I have loved coming in recently! The staff were super friendly and happy to open the cases and let me look around and take my time. I'm happy it's back to usual and I look forward to coming in more often! The workers aren't very friendly and act like you are bothering them when you ask them for a price or for help with items behind the glass (which is pretty much everything). No one greeted us at the door. No one asked us if we wanted help. I was still looking for items when the lady asked me to bring my items to the front and she started ringing me up... I never once indicated I was ready to pay... and so I continued looking she seemed annoyed and announced my total to the entire store 3 times before I finally told her I wasn't done shopping yet. When I was done I approached her and realized I forgot my wallet in the car. I told her I'd be right back I parked right outside. She made an obvious and loud sigh of annoyance and voided the transaction. When I return with my wallet (less than 3 minutes of her waiting) she made another annoyed sigh and rerang everything up. She didn't say bye or have a nice day. Once I paid she just walked away. Safe to say I will never bring my business here again regardless of how pretty all the stones, candles, and books were. read more

Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The crystals are high quality and priced well.

Beautiful crystals, beautiful shop they had a wide selection. Came from out of town so it was my first time, the energy in there was amazing but the lady at the register gave me "either you spend money or leave" vibes, very much about her money not really about the experience or the comfort of the customer, soon as I payed for my item and continued looking around while waiting for my friend she immediately said "are you guys done? Because we can let someone else in" which I understand because covid restrictions, but I honestly still wanted to look & possibly spend more, very rush rush read more

Every time I'm on vacation I go to a crystal shop. I've been to plenty and this one is by far in the top three. They have an amazing selection and the staff is extremely helpful. Great value on the jewelry and stones. The lady working there was extremely knowledgeable, I had an asthma attack because there was a bunch of smoke from all the fires and I had to go outside and I was coughing really bad and she genuinely cared that I was OK. I will be back for sure. This place is great and deserves a look. read more

Kudos to Bridget for getting out of her way volunteering to bring my pertinent supplies all the way from Serpent's Kiss! Other than her congenial demeanor, she is also knowledgeable and patient to her clientele. Moonstone Metaphysical emits superb vibes and there are multitudinous crystals, custom-crafted candles and oils by Susan (store proprietor), books, tarot decks, statues, incenses.... to fit every budget. The prices of the merchandise is extremely reasonable, taking into the account of the quality and varieties. Lady there gives bad vibes. We were just shopping and this brown lady wanted help and the lady was very rude to her. I understand when you don't want other guests butting in for help when you're preoccupied but that's not how you treat others. The brown lady didn't know any better and how the way the owner handled could have been dealt better. The brown lady walked out all sad and the owner made everyone feel uncomfortable. Bad juju energy. Possibly racist too. Those crystals must be enchanted with a curse because they're obviously not working on the owners. None of this ensues positive energy. read more
