One of my favorite stone stores around the Bay Area. Every time I'm in the area, I drop by here and spend a good amount of time browsing their gorgeous selection. The owners are so nice; I've come in with my friend's giant husky and they not only welcomed him, but they treated him very sweet and didn't freak out that he'd break something. Their selection is plentiful here from smaller pieces to grandiose displays of art. I love the Celestite collection they have and their prices are affordable. I have a few, but I'm building a house now and hope to add more crystals around my house for display and have my eye on a few here! Truly this is a beautiful store for your crystal shopping, essential oils, metaphysical books, jewelry, candles and more. Everything is well displayed and of high quality. I basically wanted it all! Their amethyst stones were some of the most vibrantly colored I've ever seen. Ethereal music plays to add to the shopping experience. I did purchase a colorful Buddha for my mantle that I'm very excited about and overall it was a lovely shopping experience. Why deduct one star then? I didn't feel overly welcomed and there was a not-so-friendly energy from the lady ringing me up. Didn't say hello or thank you or have a good evening-very transactional. It's a shame that service wasn't more warm given the rest of the positive energy of this shop. It's located in downtown Los Gatos and it's not an area I visit frequently. However I'd still like to come back and browse and see what's new and if the service is more friendly. These are tough times, businesses have struggled and I need to give everyone some leeway-maybe it's just an off day. Still, loved visiting this shop and hope to be back. read more

BAD VIBES. I was trying to buy sage, and I was looking around for who worked there. There was an older lady sorta lurking by the front, but I couldn't even tell if she was a shopper because it's not like she greeted us, let alone attempted to help us. I had to literally ask, and even then she seemed to begrudgingly say the price and nothing else. Just walked away. It's very much of a boutique style place where everything is behind glass, and it's sometimes difficult to figure out the price. But the way the shopkeepers are, they aren't approachable at all. I'll be taking my crystal shopping elsewhere, preferably somewhere where I can at least feel comfortable asking questions. read more

for a place that's suppose to promote "enlightenment" for my very first step in that shop I was immediately profiled. Sorry NOT SORRY for my brown skin and black hair. I had a man in a cowboy hat (makes sense right) literally stand behind me (the whole time) as I was looking at their merchandise I was even thinking of getting that thing that was the slightest worth purchasing out of all the other typical crap there but a soon as I noticed the obvious profiling pretty much decided for me not to ...so I waited for my girlfriend who was actually buying something to be done. I love this gem store. They have reasonable prices and a GREAT selection of gemstones here, you will definitely see something cool every time you come in. I've come here for several years! I had a couple bad experiences a few months ago (no greeting but I would be followed around in the store, feeling rushed) but it seems like there have been some changes and I have loved coming in recently! The staff were super friendly and happy to open the cases and let me look around and take my time. I'm happy it's back to usual and I look forward to coming in more often! The workers aren't very friendly and act like you are bothering them when you ask them for a price or for help with items behind the glass (which is pretty much everything). No one greeted us at the door. No one asked us if we wanted help. I was still looking for items when the lady asked me to bring my items to the front and she started ringing me up... I never once indicated I was ready to pay... and so I continued looking she seemed annoyed and announced my total to the entire store 3 times before I finally told her I wasn't done shopping yet. When I was done I approached her and realized I forgot my wallet in the car. I told her I'd be right back I parked right outside. She made an obvious and loud sigh of annoyance and voided the transaction. When I return with my wallet (less than 3 minutes of her waiting) she made another annoyed sigh and rerang everything up. She didn't say bye or have a nice day. Once I paid she just walked away. Safe to say I will never bring my business here again regardless of how pretty all the stones, candles, and books were. read more

Every time I'm on vacation I go to a crystal shop. I've been to plenty and this one is by far in the top three. They have an amazing selection and the staff is extremely helpful. Great value on the jewelry and stones. The lady working there was extremely knowledgeable, I had an asthma attack because there was a bunch of smoke from all the fires and I had to go outside and I was coughing really bad and she genuinely cared that I was OK. Lady there gives bad vibes. We were just shopping and this brown lady wanted help and the lady was very rude to her. I understand when you don't want other guests butting in for help when you're preoccupied but that's not how you treat others. The brown lady didn't know any better and how the way the owner handled could have been dealt better. The brown lady walked out all sad and the owner made everyone feel uncomfortable. Bad juju energy. Possibly racist too. Those crystals must be enchanted with a curse because they're obviously not working on the owners. None of this ensues positive energy. read more

Cool store. First visit was amazing! Bought a chain and pendant with essential oils. Chain broke the first evening worn. Bday gift for my mother's 56th bday. Trying to exchange the chain that broke was ridiculous. A different employee was working this time around. My original purchase was on Thursday Nov. 29th. I came back in on Dec. 3. This employee said she worked Thursday the 29th so it couldn't have been another employee who did the sale. Excuse me?! You're brown haired and totally different build from the slender blonde from the 29th. Customer service was terrible the second time around. First time was such a pleasure. I have been wanting to visit this store for quite some time. I finally had the opportunity to last night and it did not disappoint. Not only is there a HUGE selection of stones, candles, jewelry, cards, unique items, etc., the vibe in this place is beautiful. The problem I find with a lot of metaphysical stores is the selection is usually lacking and there is almost always someone overly pretentious on staff that hovers around me the entire time I'm there, making me feel uncomfortable. Not here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Wolf, who was absolutely welcoming. He gave me the space I needed to shop but was also attentive and kindly offered his help in a way that didn't make me feel like he thought I needed to be supervised. He was also very knowledgeable in a "let me share a fun fact with you" kind of way, rather than a "I can't believe you didn't know this" way. I wish all metaphysical shops were like this one. Needless to say, I dropped a pretty penny there last night and I can't wait to go back and do it again. 100% recommend. read more
