It looked like they may have recently opened since there were a few boxes and some unpacked items around, but it did not take away from the experience at all. If anything, it made the shop feel fresh and new. The staff were very kind and approachable. They took the time to answer our questions and explain the meanings and uses of different crystals, which was really helpful since we are still learning. It did not feel rushed or intimidating at all. We also learned that they offer aura photography, which is something I have always been curious about. The booking process is simple and can be done online, and 39 dollars for a solo session feels like a fair price. We did not try it this time, but it definitely gave us a reason to come back. The crystal selection was nice, and the prices were very reasonable, making it easy to pick up a few items without feeling like you are overspending. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit. Saw their TikTok videos and decided to swing by when we visited our friend. It's a small shop, but they have a good variety of tumbled crystals available. I got myself two cute little crystals (a small moss agate egg, and a labradorite cloud), in addition to a little prehnite crystal. The total was $18 for all three crystals which I think were pretty reasonable compared to online sellers. The cashier was very nice as well! OMG this store is totally my vibe! Where have you been all my life? LOL Recently I got really into crystals after a friend gifted me a cute Jade bracelet that she bought from Bad Witch Crystals! I was so curious that I had to check this store out. I also found out that they offered aura photography which was something I always wanted to try. The booking process can be easily done online. $39 per solo session for a session is reasonable, in my opinion. I highly recommend you book your session before coming because spots are limited! You can park at the parking garage on 2nd and San Carlos corner. It's free for the first 90 minutes which should be ample enough for all your crystal browsing needs :) This store is so cute!!! The interior is bright and light with neutral floor and beige wall! You'll be like a kids in a candy store if you're a crystal enthusiast like me! There are cute crystals everywhere!!! Cute mirror for Instagram photo ops! Honestly I can stay here for hours if I could! We went inside the aura photography room for our session. My friend and I each did a solo session. You'll sit in front of a Polaroid-looking camera. You put both of your hands into the metal outlines of hand shapes next to you. Look at the camera and voila you're done! Theresa the owner was so warm and accommodating. She made us feel welcomed and at home. The aura photos came out quickly within minutes. Theresa sat us down, presented the aura chart and the list of aura colors and their meanings. She asked us to guess which aura colors we might think we had and then presented our aura pics for us. Both my friend and I were blown away by how accurate our auras were! OMG ! I'm hooked now! Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and left the store with some cute bracelets for ourselves and loved ones. We also felt uplifted and spiritually cleansed! Stumbled upon this literal GEM of a shop whilst galavanting around the downtown area recently. This place definitely gives off a "I'm in my collecting crystals era" vibe and I'm totally here for it. Super fond of the layout with all the descriptors for each crystal's respective properties listed above or below it. And the selection is gorgeous! Not to mention the beautiful array of knick knacks that are sprinkled throughout the area: from crystal power packs, hair accessories, jewelry and even window charms! This shop definitely has all the qualities of a witchin' good time. I left with a small collection of crystals and definitely felt like I received a decent bang for my buck. The staff is friendly here and very willing to help you on this crystal-based journey. Definitely looking forward to going back soon for a spiritual pick-me-up. 10/10 will be back again! read more

This store is pretty cool ! They have cool jewelry like bracelets and more . They have big crystals small crystals so many cool things to look at . I noticed on the wall they had pictures and it said aura photography I was so excited! I had been wanting to do this forever .. I talked to the young lady working there and she was so helpful. So the way it happened was we each went individually to the room take the picture after the picture is developed she brings u back to the room and reads you the aura colors. She was very good at explaining the colors and explaining what meant which was pretty spot on . Honestly we really enjoyed this experience and would definitely come back to do it again. read more

This is the BEST place for your crystal needs! I love how each crystal has their own price so I never have to wonder how much it costs. There is also jewelry there that is handmade by the owner and safe to wear in the water that is super cute! The vibes in here are so relaxing, they have a small room that is sometimes open for meditation with the owners personal collection! I found this place from following the Instagram page @badwitchcrystals where the owner hand picks each crystal she sells. What a hidden gem downtown! I wish I had heard about this sooner. In the Bay Area I feel like we don't have enough or any stores that cater to crystal loving spiritual people. It's side by side with plant slut, which is a plant store. Walking into these two stores was great, the air felt so clean, the energy is the space was uplifting and calming. There are so many crystals to be choose from, she also has sage, candles and much more. The main reason I came here was to get an aura portrait. I originally saw her listed as a vendor for SJ made ; and I immediately followed her and booked her for an aura portrait within a few days of finding out about her. I had walked by this shop a few times and finally went in last Thursday. It really has an amazing selection of crystals, from large raw pieces to many little tumbled ones. I loved the details of how everything was laid out. Music and ambiance of the store is very calming. The owner of this shop makes crystal jewelry, and they really are some beautiful pieces there at a great price.
