My contractor sent me here to look for a vanity. The vanities here are much nicer and more stylish than what you can find at Home Depot or Lowe's. This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. It's my one-stop-shop for all my remodeling work now. I worked with Denny a few years ago for a kitchen+WD area remodel and was very happy to work with him. So, when we had to build a new bath I just went to find Denny. I showed him the architect drawing for measurement, told him the color scheme we prefer and showed some pics from Houzz that we liked, and just waited for him to make a list of materials we needed to order. He's smart, experienced and responsive. This time the General Contractor I hired is rather inexperienced so I had to ask Denny's help for fixing some things that my GC couldn't do. Luckily Denny's very experienced and has tons of network to come to the rescue quickly. I think the price is reasonable, too, knowing I'm saving a lot of time and headache since I don't have to source and deal and arrange shipment from various vendors. Everything in the pic is from PHD. We completed a home remodel and our designer took us to PHD to shop for cabinets for our laundry room and mudroom. The displays in the show room are beautiful and Erica helped us pick what we needed. We even purchased some pre-fab countertops and appreciated that they let us take home some samples before making a final decision. They are proactive, proficient, and knowledgeable in this trade of work. We ended up working with two different staffs at different desks who were both honest, resourceful, and problem solvers. No issues getting what we ordered. What we liked were the variety of selections, sizes, and colors for everything across the board. The place is very organized and if you need assistance, they will come to your rescue. You can take all the time to browse around. No pressure buying. The smallest size cabinets, vanities, and sinks can be found here. They have beautiful designs and colors not found elsewhere too. Looks unique! It takes time. They may not have everything or the quality that suits you, but the faucets, shower items, vanities, tiles, backsplash pieces, and flooring is worth looking at. There were so many times I was missing additional cabinet side panels and she will help me order it so I can pick it up within 48 hours. We worked with Denny and Kenny from their San Jose location on our kitchen cabinets, cabinet pulls, and backsplash. Both were super knowledgeable and very helpful. Kenny squeezed us in right before closing to create our first cabinetry layout which was so helpful to really envision the new space. We then finished the process with Denny who was responsive to all our many tweaks and changes, and able to accommodate our delivery needs and timeline. We also felt that PHD had the best, straightforward prices of the 3 places we quoted (no stipulations such as you need to buy countertops to get discounts, etc.). The cabinets were delivered in perfect condition and feel sturdy and well constructed with dovetail joints. We choose the snow-white shaker and they wipe clean well, have a smooth pull action, and soft close. We didn't see any noticeable difference in quality between PHD vs other cabinetry places that were 2x the price. We also really liked their selection of backsplashes and pulls as well and are happy with how it all came together. Overall, super happy with everything we purchased from PHD and our experience working with both Denny and Kenny. We would definitely recommend coming here for remodel projects and are likely going to purchase our bathroom vanity from them next. read more

I LOVE this place, Richard is AMAZING!! I walked in not knowing what to expect... the front desk person sent me to the back where this lady was just talking on the phone. I thought initially it was rude but as I walked out, I saw Richard and he asked me if I needed any help. Came here the other day after a weird visit to Uni down the road. Super big, nice and clean showroom. Lots of vanities to look at, and they had tons of cabinets as well. The faucets they had were off brand so I probably wouldn't recommend them. Not too much of a selection in countertops though, but they likely have what most people want anyway. Unlike other places the salespeople actually greeted me and answered any questions I had. No rushing and even though they didn't have what I wanted, offered alternatives to make my situation work.
