We recently renovated our kitchen. We went to a few different stores. Kassa stood out the most with beautiful and different options and customer service. We worked with Kelly who was amazing throughout the process. She is someone that really knows her field well and very customer oriented. She listened to us carefully and patiently, and created designs and drawings for us. There were a few times that we changed our minds and she was OK with those at all times; she always had her smile. Also, she is incredibly smart and proactive. For e.g. our refrigerator is next to the wall ; proactively she made sure that we are not stuck with only those refrigerator options; she included side bars (fillers) so that we can get any fridge we wanted. Any time we called her and asked her 'Kelly what do we do?' She would say 'don't worry. I thought about it for you'. She was always helpful and on spot when making decisions. She also has a good taste and if you ask her for design ideas, she would offer those to you without being too pushy. Kelly is also incredibly responsive. She responds to emails and messages very timely and thoroughly and it really shows that she is there to support you. Another amazing aspect of working with Kelly was that she made sure everything was perfect till the end. She checked with us throughout the process. For example, we had already put in and paid for our cabinet orders. Kelly knew we were getting new kitchen appliances. We had a very good experience with Kassa Kitchen and Bath. We actually started working with another salesperson at the beginning, but she later left the company. Kelly took over our project very quickly and the handoff was really smooth, which we appreciated because we were already in the middle of making a lot of decisions. Summary: best cabinet and floor store, service, and installation we found in The Bay. Purchased kitchen, bathroom, and laundry cabinets, vanities, and sinks, as well as SPC vinyl flooring. I would describe the cabinets as good quality (one or two levels below super expensive luxury level) for a good value price (ie, good value!). Flooring was cheaper here than at other dedicated flooring stores. Lead times were generally good (times given were accurate and competitive), though two cabinet fronts were delayed after ordering (see below). Worked with Kevin Fu, who was absolutely great. He responded quickly and had helpful design suggestions. We really appreciated his laid back style that didn't put any pressure on us to make decisions ASAP and he didn't waste any of our time. Delayed cabinets: Kassa covered the installation for free (after the cabinet fronts arrived) so our project was able to move forward without issue. The Kassa tech even came back a week later to mend holes (since he didn't have the correct color at the time of the installation) and make one more adjustment to another cabinet that wasn't closing well. read more
