Top necklace is the one purchased from the shop.

Cute little shop and I just love browsing their jewelry section. They are always friendly and welcoming each time I come to the store. I purchased a necklace here that is really good for wearing on its own or for layering.

    The dudes love it here

Sandy was great and helped me pick out some earrings to take back home to SoCal. I love the small artisan community represented here! The California made clothing is so cool and fashionable!! They have a men's section with shaving kits, hats and cologne and an alcoholic section as well!! A+ store on Santana Row

Very sweet shop with good location. Perfect location for gift findings. Enjoyed the shop that's giving platform for makers and artists to display their work.

The ring! Oh my goodness the ring! :)

This store was a lot of fun! What makes it unique is all the CA artisans. I snagged a cool ring, tank top & necklace. Sandy was super helpful & I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. Total find!

Really cute and clever items to be found at this shop!

I have been in this cute little shop twice now and I just love browsing! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I LOVE their lavender incense and candle selection- it keeps me coming back. They have an array of different items- really cute towels, unique jewelry, clothing- etc I love that they support and sell local American made businesses. It's really fun to discover who made the product. In terms of parking, it's the row, so there is street parking and garages, this is at the very end of Santana row.

IMHO Kim, the manager warmly greeted us and invited us in before we even stepped the store! Makers Market is a cool Santana Row store filled with unique American-made gifts made by local crafts persons and artisans, that are actually affordable! I love their hand-made jewelry. Previously I found a beautiful druzy wristlet here, and today I purchased a beautiful druzy ring. Go check it out and walk out with something special for yourself and someone else!

I came to visit Santana Row after a really long time due to the pandemic and I noticed this store. I walked in and was greeted by Jay. I loved the inventory especially the jewelry. Jay was extremely helpful and helped me find a couple of items which I love. I will definitely be back and tell my family about this wonderful store. Great customer service and very welcoming team!

They were patient, thoughtful, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. We originally went in to buy just a sofa, but our designer, Michelle Winter, helped us think about the bigger picture -- how everything would fit together in our space. She has such a great eye for design and gave us so many helpful suggestions on how to decorate and pull the whole room together. While we waited for our order, Michelle kept us updated every step of the way, which we really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and it made us feel taken care of. I came in tonight to check out sectionals in person…read more After seeking a sectional to replace our family couch (which, is breaking down after three years! what a bummer), we decided to test out couches in person. Our last couch was purchased online and we followed reviews who had solid feedback, but no long term feedback. The couch was awesome upon first opening and using, but as the years went by the springs and cushions couldn't hold up as well. The couch has lost its shape and feels uncomfortable. This background story prompted me to seek West Elm for a better option. I know West Elm provides quality and durability. The last couch we had was a nameless brand and that red flag had me investing time in researching our next couch. West Elm's contract grade third party approval is something that I've admired and appreciate. Knowing that something can withstand high impact and volume is important especially when you have a busy life or entertain guests often. This was important to us. I've found and loved multiples of their couches online, but sitting in them in person made the biggest difference. I learned which couch was better for us (Dalton 2 piece) and the color that would fit with our room. We were helped by an associate who approached us and helped guide us in the process of choosing a fabric and material. I didn't catch his name, nor was he wearing a name tag, but he provided us swatches to feel and see before determining the final order. Him bringing out the swatches had a huge influence on our choices. He showed us a material that would withstand scratches (we have cats), and would also age well with future use down the line. Having a piece that would grow and adapt with our lifestyle meant a lot to us and the process in finding the next best couch. What I had appreciated was how attentive he was and how he helped us choose everything in store and printed out the order in case we were interested in pursuing it further. Ultimately, we ended up leaving with the order number and the specs for the couch. We decided once we had come home that that was the couch for us and we will be following up to place an order. It was a game changer trying out the couches in person since there were many lovely pieces and I would have otherwise overlooked the couch we ended up loving online. In the end, envisioning our home setting and layout was made a lot easier in store. I appreciated the stellar customer service, along with getting a quote for the sectional we're going to purchase. There is so much to see and appreciate in store, we will definitely return to purchase other delightful pieces in the future.
